Good products, interesting products; UNFORTUNATELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't believe they actually have a call center. It's a pre-recorded message that leaves you waiting indefinitely. Noone replies to emails. And yet, their web site states they will not accept returns after 30 days without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST. WTF. I currently have one pending shipment and another shipment I'd like to return because it is below the standard of what I thought I was ordering. How is it possible to return merchandise if noone answers emails, answers the phone, and the email via the web site clearly generates no confirmation? Will not order from Zazzle and will file a complaint with the BBB.
Tip for consumers:
After posting this review, Zazzle promptly contacted me by phone and issued a refund for one of the items and provided a shipping status on another. It's unfortunate it took a terrible review for that to happen but I am grateful and pleased with the outcome. They sell cool things; just need better methods of communication with customers.

I ordered some business cards, shipping labels, promotion cards, etc. for my new business. When I received the business cards, they were crooked and the font was too small to read. I contacted customer service, who assured me they would be fixed and shipped back out ASAP. A few weeks went by and I never received anything so I finally called back to check the status. Apparently the order was never fully submitted to production by the rep so it obviously wasn't produced or shipped. This rep put a "rush" on the order and expedited shipping. She said I would have it by Monday (I called on a Friday). Monday comes and goes and so does the rest of the week. I call back on the following Friday and the same conversation/process was repeated. "You'll have them by Monday," she said. I call Wednesday in somewhat of a panic because I have a vendor event the next day and surely they've been mailed out, right? NO. It has been a month today and I still don't have my replacement product. The customer service representatives are friendly but not capable of doing anything to expedite an order with production (even when the company is at fault). Now I have to go to a vendor event with NO business cards to hand out, all because this company is a complete joke. I have yet to be contacted by a manager or anyone who has offered to rectify the situation. I will never order from Zazzle again and would advise others not to either.

I was ripped off by Zazzle User Candace69. I reported to the BBB, the Illinois District Attorney, and FBI cyber crimes. Zazzle, please pull this merchandise. They are ripping off thousands of people due to false advertising and fraudulent designs. PLEASE HELP.

Extremely disappointed with my most recent Zazzle order. Ordered two framed posters on 12/12/14 - they arrived on 12/19 rolled up in a tube, not framed as I had ordered. Spoke with a very nice customer service representative named Kathy who ordered an entire replacement. The replacement order arrived on 12/24 and although they were framed this time, one of the prints the glass was broken during shipment. I was surprised to see that no bubble wrap was used, just the frame in a box wrapped in a piece of plastic so no surprise that it was broken. After a couple email attempts to *******@zazzle.com with no response I finally called to discover that they were closed over Christmas break. I found another way to create a Case # on the website and described the broken glass with an attached picture. I finally received an email indicating that a package had been queued for shipment. Yesterday, (1/5/15) I received my 2nd replacement order and it is another rolled up poster, NOT framed as I had originally ordered back on 12/12/14. I now have 3 posters, none of which are usable unless I go pay for them to be framed by someone else. I called today to get a refund - I'm tired of waiting for what I originally ordered and having to make phone calls to try and get it right. Very disappointing as I was really looking forward to hanging this print in my new remodeled bathroom. Also disappointing as all of my previous orders with Zazzle have been very good experiences which is why I gave 2 stars. Not sure why they could not get this one right.

I've ordered from Zazzle before but I will NEVER order from them again. I placed an order at the beginning of December with a delivery date of 12/11-12/12. My tracking information never worked but I wasn't alarmed at the time since it takes a while for it to be updated.
Once my package did not arrive I reached out to customer service via email who after 72 hours of waiting told me the delivery date was an estimate and I should wait until 12/17 to see if I get them. After that they promptly told me my package was in North Carolina and suddenly their tracking information on the website said the same thing. It wasn't until after I emailed again disputing my order they said it was in Philadelphia (which usually takes an additional 1-2 days to get to my house).
I demanded a refund for my product but "Tram" would only refund my shipping charge to my account for future use. After the product never showed up I tried to call their customer service line and my estimated wait was 95 minutes. Furious, I emailed "Tram" back demanding a full refund. He responded and said they would refund my purchase back to my card on file but it will take 7-21 business days for the transaction to be completed.
First and foremost 21 days for a refund is unacceptable but I wasn't going to get anywhere with these idiots. Suddenly my order (that was apparently in mid shipment) says it was returned back to the sender and arrived on 12/16 which is WELL before SECOND promised date by customer service which only leads me to believe they lied the entire time and never actually processed my order.

I placed an order on 12/6/16 with an anticipated delivery of 12/8/16 to 12/9/16. I called on 12/9/16 and was told after waiting on hold for 45 minutes that they should ship out on the 12th or 13th. I tried calling again after that date came and went but got tired of waiting on hold. I tried requesting an update via email which simply said they don't know when my order might ship. I would just like to know if my shirts will arrive before Christmas. I paid a pretty ridiculous amount for 2 t-shirts with express shipping. This has been very disappointing.
Update 12/27/16:
I was contacted by Zazzle via email regarding my bad experience. They offered to refund the cost of my order and still ship my items when they were ready. They actually shipped on 12/23/16 via overnight but didn't arrive until 12/27/16 due to the holiday. The shirts turned out well and the recipient was happy so I am glad for that. I have not received a refund yet, but my order status does show as returned. It would have been nice if the shipping estimate was more accurate. I am overall happy with how things turn out as I was able to purchase an extra gift since this one was free.
