I canceled auto renewal of membership TWICE and they still continue to bill me every year & refuse to refund/credit. They state they won't bill for next year but I'm sure they will. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP! Ever!

I ordered something that came to me incorrectly. Ithe description said i was to receive envelopes and instead I got envelope liners. Zazzle immediately credited me within 3 days.

I spent several hours designing my daughter's graduation announcments on Zazzle. Then I ordered matching return address labels and thank you notes. I spent nearly $300. At the bottom back of my daughter's announcement, I stated where she had decided to attend college and her choice of major. Within a few hours, I received an email that my daughter's annoucements had been cancelled (not the whole matchig order, mind you, but the announcements). They refused to print them and cancelled them because they said they couldn't print something with the name of the university on it. I called their 800 line for clarifciation that we were not using a logo or trademark of the univeristy, but simply making a statement about her college and major choice (which is her protected free speech right to state). They still refused to print them. So, I cancelled the entire order and have had to start over with a different platform. I have used shutterfly and snapfish before for our older kids' graduation announcements and never had any issues. I will never use Zazzle again - -what a waste of time! Funny enough their form had a place where you are to enter the student's high school name on the front of the announcement. Did they really get approval from all those schools to print their names? I think not. Don't waste your time.

Scam! I ordered an item and I never received it so I called and ordered a replacement and never received that either Scam DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! Both times from two different carriers the item was never received at the facility. And lost first item was order on the 24th of November today is December 8th and nothing! This is a scam very disappointed ruined my son's birthday party!

DO NOT BUY OFF RHIS WEBSITE! Ordered a t-shirt as a Xmas present nearly two weeks ago and it hasn't arrived! Can't get through to there so called "helpline" number! They obviously do not read messages that are sent to them. I want my money back, because your company has failed to do as It said it was going to do. I. e. Sending me the correct things, in a timely matter(not 5 weeks when you pay for express) and for your customer service to ACCTUALLY READ THE EMAILS THAT ARE SENT TO THEM!
I thought the first time I ordered it was beginner's challenges, but after the 2nd, and final time I'm refusing to shop again with them. I just want my money back, and wish I could have had my guests enjoy what I was hoping to be the prettiest of invites for my shower. But instead I had to buy from another company, for twice the amount, and I'm now out what I paid from zazzle, not the stress I need before my wedding!
