Ordered invitations from Zazzle for our wedding and the bridal shower. The bridal shower invitations arrived and were for someone's 40th birthday party. We had paid extra to have them shipped faster since we were in a time crunch. My mother-in-law was eventually able to get them replaced and they only refunded the priority shipping.
The invitations were sent to a different address and have yet to arrive. Because there was a weekend/holiday it is not past the latest possible delivery date, but the expected delivery date has passed. Normally I wouldn't be worried, but the OnTrac shipping that they use says that the order was received at the postal facility several days ago and the USPS tracking number says that they have not received the package yet. Additionally, the OnTrac site has the package "scheduled for redelivery on next business day" which has already passed. Not sure at all what is going on, but all attempts to contact both Zazzle and OnTrac have been unsuccessful.
Moral of the story: If you need something anytime within the next few months, order from somewhere else. Your order will get mixed up, the shipping will be a nightmare, and you won't be able to resolve anything in a timely manner.

Are you kidding me? I called and sent two emails detailing all my information in response! And when I called - I should not called and international number which was incredibly expensive for me in - - I was told that it was not a viable way to deal with the issue and I needed to email back. And now Im seeing that you are saying that I didnt respond? I am so unbelievably upset. And not to mention the delay you have caused me in the production of my product in time for Mothers Day. Now I will have to order from someone else and theres not enough time! You have singlehandedly ruined my launch! I am going to post this on every social media site you have. This was the worst customer service ever and I am telling everyone. You have lost a customer for good.

I ordered a T-Shirt for my boyfriend for Christmas, its something he has always been looking for and I finally found it! I was ecstatic about the find! After waiting a few days for money to be transferred to my PayPal account I ordered the T-Shirt on the 19th, I went to check on the order status today to see that the order had been cancelled and I didn't receive an email or any sort of acknowledgment that it had been cancelled! This is my first time ordering online in forever and I was completely disappointed! If this issue is not resolved my rating will stay at the 1 Star!
UPDATE: A Representative from Zazzle called my personally to apologize for everything that had happened. He offered me a free $10 off code for my next purchase, when I received the email for my code it was not for $10 but for 30% off, it was nice to have someone actually contact me and apologize. I did finally after having to remake my order receive my package, shirt is not the greatest quality by any means but I was impressed to see how well the picture on the shirt turned out.

I designed a personalized set of corn holes, and tried to create an account 3 times and no emails were sent. Finally able to create an account and had to RE-CREATE my custom cornhole set. After recreating I selected to SAVE MY DESIGN. And it refreshed my screen and AGAIN I HAD TO RECREATE! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE

So, they advertised that they would let us make a dartboard to well, relieve my stress, and guess what... they said: "not approved" because Britney wants all just the overhyped love. Way to false advertise especially I read the sitejabber reviews here complaining that they also wished they made a dartboard to relieve their stress against their least favorite celebrity! Turns out that those who reviewed on sitejabber also had sympathy for me that it happened same to them when their stress reliever dartboards were rejected... I will never use Zazzle ever again (also deleting my Zazzle account whenever I can) especially they just want to make me more disgusted. Why the heck whoever claims this business they respond to reviewers when the reviewers like me do not ask for that response?! Now I will just throw up my intestines until they let me make whatever relieves my stress. PS I hope whoever owns this business doesn't respond to this like how the poor poor reviewers never asked for the business responds. Blech.
Tip for consumers:
Maybe a site that will let you make least favorite celebrity dartboards. Never use Zazzle for that, otherwise your anger will unfortunately get worse...

I had ordered Family Reunion Invitations and specialized envelopes ~ I received my invites however, the envelopes weren't with them ~ I emailed customer service ~ Much to my surprise there was a response right a way ~ It was explained to me that they were specialized it would take longer to print ~ Explaining I had to send my invitations out ASAP I was told that they would expedite the process and it was escalated up ~ AGAIN, much to my surprise I had my envelopes within 3 days and was able to get my invites out in time... I can't say Thank you enough to Lorraine (Customer service rep) She took care of me keeping me abreast of every step ~ It was wonderful having someone care about me and my issue as much as I did... You have a real jem in Lorraine... I hope this gets to her boss so he/she can give credit where credit is due... BECAUSE of Lorraine and the way she handles my issue I will continue to use Zassle and tell everyone of my wonderful experience!
