I was looking for a unique way to ask the godparent of my child to be the godparent and I came across this. It came and looked excatly how it was in the image.

Very, very disappointed on the face masks received. The masks (Fun Dog Face, Vintage American Flag Patriotic, MAGA and TRUMP 2020) were made from heavy weight polyester, making the mask quite stiff and rigid. Also, the sewing was poor, e.g., sewing stitches were not straight on all the masks especially, when using white thread against dark color (red and black) background. It was NOT representative of the picture shown on your site! The masks shown on your site used red thread against red background, and black thread against black background. If it was poorly sewn, it would not stand out as much as using the white thread! Additionally, it was stated that the product will be made by Zazzle Apparel various locations in the United States. This statement was very misleading. The main reason why I made this purchase was that the products will be made in the United States. These face masks were not made in the United States, but were made in Mexico and in China! If I had known these masks were made in Mexico and China, I would not have made this purchase! The quality of the masks was poor and expensive. More than disappointed... I am annoyed by the sloppiness of the products.

I ordered invitations for my 65th birthday and personalized them with my own writing and when I did a presend all the writing was fine and so I sent it and then realised it had jumbled the letters and they were on top of each other also when did the transaction it took 2 payments as well so I got hold of them within 25 mins and they said its too late to do anything as it had already been shipped as it has to be in the hour it seems that what they do to so many people
And WE LIVE IN NZ I have too go through all crap for what!

I would never buy from this company again and do not trust their measurement guide as i did and ended up with a tshirt that would fit a toddler not a 12 year old girl.
Also the quality and size of the photo on the tshirt was very poor and small
I did get an instant refund for th tshirt but not the postage costAlso took about 3weeks to get here as well. NEVER EVER AGAIN

I ordered 2 monogrammed totes both beautiful but the 3rd was a little off center. I noticed after received I could have altered but not sure why it wasn't centered like my first 2

I ordered 1 invitation and 1 rsvp card as a sample to see if I liked the quality of work. I ordered them on Jan 4th and they shipped Jan 11 and I still have not received them. I email them Feb 1st asking where it is and they said they couldn't track it until Feb 3rd as it would be considered lost in transit. Feb 3rd came and my order did not arrived. I decided I would just email them to cancel the order and get a refund and still no response from them.
I should of checked on reviews of this company before. Look how many people you frustrate and disappoint! This is for my wedding and I cant take the chance for my invites not coming on time, thank god I just ordered samples first! You should really be able to send the order in the estimated time frame you provide! I ordered my save the dates from Minted and although they are pricier I know my stuff will come on time and the quality will be there, so they can have my 500 dollars instead! I will never order from this company again and be sure to tell all my friends who are also getting married to not order from here!
