Have emailed there help service twice and nobody has got back to me! It's a DISGRACE! Was wanted the Xmas present as it part of a surprize for my fiancé...

They obviously do not read messages that are sent to them. I want my money back, because your company has failed to do as It said it was going to do. I. e. Sending me the correct things, in a timely matter(not 5 weeks when you pay for express) and for your customer service to ACCTUALLY READ THE EMAILS THAT ARE SENT TO THEM!
I thought the first time I ordered it was beginner's challenges, but after the 2nd, and final time I'm refusing to shop again with them. I just want my money back, and wish I could have had my guests enjoy what I was hoping to be the prettiest of invites for my shower. But instead I had to buy from another company, for twice the amount, and I'm now out what I paid from zazzle, not the stress I need before my wedding!

I came to this web site to write a complaint and found

I cant begin to explain the problems Ive had with zazzle over the last two months when wanting to order new business cards. Horrible customer service, that is IF you can even get ahold of someone. Your wait time will be an hour or more EASY, IF their phones are even working and dont hang up on you automatically. Paid for expedited shipping, told the products were coming multiple times, they never arrived. After not receiving my products for over a month I got the first round of them today and they are HORRIBLE! The business card templates arent even lined up correctly or evenly and its almost like someone took scissors and just cut them in the wrong places. The text on the cards are blurry, and on some cards theres yellow ink when the business cards are supposed to be black and white colors ONLY! Ive ordered from this company for years but whatever is happening internally in that place is completely showing in their products and customer service. There also seems to be very little to no communication within the company. They take absolutely no responsibility for products sent WAY later then promised. I can see a few days, a week MAX, but a month!?! Thats insane, You have to be honest with your customers! I wouldnt recommend zazzle at all, not anymore.
