I paid $50 Extra for a quick turn around and what did I get? A delay in my wedding cards. ONE WEEK and counting to print simple 25 wedding cards and that with fast turnaround. When I called I was told they received a "large bulk order" WTF. Apparently they can't read because my wedding is next week and I still havn't received my cards. Atleast notify me that my product will be delayed. They NEVER TOLD ME IT WILL BE DELAYED UNTIL AFTER THE ESTIMATED ARRIVAL DATE PASSED.
Honestly don't waste your time with this $#*! company. Much better services out there.

I ordered a custom blanket on the 6th, and was notified it was shipped on the 9th.The 16th rolls around and UPS tracking says that they still have not received the package into their system.
I email zazzle and was told that it was lost in transit. To their credit they told me that they were having a new one made and it would be upgraded to premium shipping. I was pleased with this until I got the tracking number. My shipping was not upgraded to premium, it was standard. Two days later and I am in the same place I had started: zazzle says my new product has shipped but UPS says my product is still not in their system. At this point I have little hopes that either the first or the replacement are going to get to me.
I can maybe understand my product going missing once but twice and something has to be going wrong. Customer service tried their best to rectify things, which I appreciate but its been 3 weeks, i'm down $60, I don't have my product, and it is late for a birthday present. If the tracking doesn't update by the next business day I will be asking for a refund

I would give zero stars to Zazzle if that were an option. Their customer service is abysmal! I ordered buttons for an unofficial reunion at my alma mater. The design of the button included the university logo. I never received an email or any communication that they canceled my order because of that. I only found out that the order was canceled when I went to the site to see the status of my order. I called customer service and thought I had corrected the problem when I sent a new design without the university logo. The agent promised me I would get my order in time for the event and that the new design was fine. Then they canceled my order again, without any communication! I spoke to a manager to vent my complete frustration. The day before I leave for the event, they tell me I can't use the university name in any way. Had I been told that earlier, I could have received permission from the university or done a completely different design. Do NOT use this company if you want any customer serviceor if you want your product actually produced and delivered.

After reading all these one star reviews, my suspicion is validated. This is an unscrupulous company. I have received the royal runaround for a refund on a cheap defective product - right out of the box. I noticed another review here where a customer has been waiting for a refund for 27 days! Why should a customer have to wait a full pay cycle on a credit card refund? They state that a refund will take up to 21 days DEPENDING ON THE PROCESSING SPEED OF YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. They make it sound like YOUR bank is slowing things when the truth is probably more like that they do not issue a refund till the last day - if that, based on this other review.
The longest I have ever waited on a cc refund from any other seller - even hundreds of dollars - has been less than a week.
When I contacted them about this junk item, they said I could throw it away - what company does that? They probably pay pennies for this crap.
I have been put on endless hold by customer "service." It is more like customer abuse. You will have better luck calling the ORDER number *******935 to get through to a live person because they want to sell you another piece of junk. When I asked to talk to a supervisor, they put me on permanent hold. If you contact them by email they issue an automated case number and never follow-up. I have been issued three automated case numbers - no response.
Stay away from this company.

I ordered a customized keychain and pre-paid c.$40-45, which included shipping costs from UK to France. When the item arrived, I was away and my neighbor accepted it and left the package for me to find. Some weeks later, when I returned, I tore it open, loved the keychain and threw away the wrappings. It was only after that, when I saw my neighbor, that she explained that she had paid the shipping costs required by FedEx (I think; pretty sure -- an additional 31 euros, or c. 40-45 dollars) for delivery from the US, not UK whose Zazzle site I had ordered from. I paid her back, then looked at my order and asked Zazzle what had happened. Their reply indicated that this was a problem with "my loal distributor" and that I should try to get a copy of the bill from FedEx. As I do not even know the date of delivery and am not quite certain that it was FedEx, this is hopeless. So, I have a nice keychain (mass produced, simply custom engraved with one word) for which I have paid around $85.00. I really resent Zazzle's implying that this is somehow my fault -- when the only fault I had was to have used Zazzle. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
