I love how easy it is to shop for specifically what I want on this site. It wasn't the cheapest price, but I got some hard to find items, and they arrived on time and were as they appear on the site.

DONE WITH ZAZZLE! Haven't received framed poster that was supposedly shipped on DEC 1st according to the email sent to me with tracking number but shipper has no record of receiving package and says is still at original location. After several phone calls to Zazzle on hold for minimum of 45mins. And with last call never being answered after 1 hr i gave up. All the happy "customer service" talk is total BS, you can't get an answer from Zazzle even if you are lucky enough to get a human on the phone they pass the problem to the shipper who says it was never picked up from Zazzle. Unless you want bleeding ulcers don't get involved with this company.
Update: Zazzle response is incorrect. Did not receive on 12/9 received several days later but atleast received it. Still does not excuse the extremely poor customer service even if by miracle the phone was answered. Seeing that this was a time of year when people are gift shopping and receiving the item is time sensitive it is imperative that Zazzle staff customer service and at least answer the phones. Phone wait time was unacceptable at the least of the wait times was 50 mins or no answer at all for days. So I am glad that Zazzle contacted me although I cannot recall that happening. Was this response to my complaint just a CYA to appear responsive for the benefit of other people looking for a review?

Ordered invitations from Zazzle for our wedding and the bridal shower. The bridal shower invitations arrived and were for someone's 40th birthday party. We had paid extra to have them shipped faster since we were in a time crunch. My mother-in-law was eventually able to get them replaced and they only refunded the priority shipping.
The invitations were sent to a different address and have yet to arrive. Because there was a weekend/holiday it is not past the latest possible delivery date, but the expected delivery date has passed. Normally I wouldn't be worried, but the OnTrac shipping that they use says that the order was received at the postal facility several days ago and the USPS tracking number says that they have not received the package yet. Additionally, the OnTrac site has the package "scheduled for redelivery on next business day" which has already passed. Not sure at all what is going on, but all attempts to contact both Zazzle and OnTrac have been unsuccessful.
Moral of the story: If you need something anytime within the next few months, order from somewhere else. Your order will get mixed up, the shipping will be a nightmare, and you won't be able to resolve anything in a timely manner.

Are you kidding me? I called and sent two emails detailing all my information in response! And when I called - I should not called and international number which was incredibly expensive for me in - - I was told that it was not a viable way to deal with the issue and I needed to email back. And now Im seeing that you are saying that I didnt respond? I am so unbelievably upset. And not to mention the delay you have caused me in the production of my product in time for Mothers Day. Now I will have to order from someone else and theres not enough time! You have singlehandedly ruined my launch! I am going to post this on every social media site you have. This was the worst customer service ever and I am telling everyone. You have lost a customer for good.

I ordered a T-Shirt for my boyfriend for Christmas, its something he has always been looking for and I finally found it! I was ecstatic about the find! After waiting a few days for money to be transferred to my PayPal account I ordered the T-Shirt on the 19th, I went to check on the order status today to see that the order had been cancelled and I didn't receive an email or any sort of acknowledgment that it had been cancelled! This is my first time ordering online in forever and I was completely disappointed! If this issue is not resolved my rating will stay at the 1 Star!
UPDATE: A Representative from Zazzle called my personally to apologize for everything that had happened. He offered me a free $10 off code for my next purchase, when I received the email for my code it was not for $10 but for 30% off, it was nice to have someone actually contact me and apologize. I did finally after having to remake my order receive my package, shirt is not the greatest quality by any means but I was impressed to see how well the picture on the shirt turned out.

Invitations were scheduled to arrive today 09/08/2021, I have spent the entire day waiting, I called customer service and requested a call back, when I received the call back the heavy accent woman disconnected or the call dropped, I had to place another call back just to be told the shipment is lost and the will replace and resend to me, this company will never get a penny from me, this is ridiculous, not a good company to deal with, do not use this company at all, I am ver upset and stressed out
