I placed my first order with Zazzle for a set of appointment reminder cards. The cards were ordered on July 29th with the expectation of standard delivery (this is advertised as production within 5-7 business days, and shipping shortly thereafter). I waited... and waited... and waited... 14+ business days after order, the status of my cards was still "making" and no representative could advise me as to why there was such a delay. They upgraded my shipping to 2-3 day expedited, however the cards were still not received until August 21st! The frustrating part, was that no one could advise why there was a delay!
I've attempted to give Zazzle one more chance after purchasing a Groupon to create 40 5x7 invitations for $24.99. I've chosen a ZazzleInvitations design, spent time customizing, and upon checkout they will not accept my Groupon due to conflict with their standard 15% discount. This is so frustrating and, again, there is no easy way to communicate (email will take several days for reply, phones are "experiencing excessive call volume", and the chat feature is inactive).

Easy to order, arrived quickly & product was perfect

1. I ordered business cards online from Zazzle.
2. About a week later, tracking showed the order arrived in my town, but my package was returned to Zazzle because there was no house address on the shipping label.
3. I called customer service, sat on hold for twenty minutes, and the call was disconnected by Zazzle.
4. Called customer service the next day, at a different time, sat on hold for twenty minutes and was disconnected again.
5. Called customer service a third time, the following day, and was connected with a customer service representative after being on hold for fifteen minutes.
6. Customer service representative Emanuel said he couldn't understand why the address wasn't my package. He said he had a "deal" for me. The essence of the deal involved my replying directly to a letter he was emailing me, and I would receive a full refund and a 50% off coupon.
7. I ordered new cards with the 50% off coupon.
8. I responded to Emanuel's email, as instructed, and have never received an acknowledgement or a refund.
9. The new cards I ordered arrived in my town two days ago. Again, the package was rerouted back to Zazzle because the package had no house address on the mailing label.
10. Good scam … I am out $64.05 and have nothing to show for it.

Don't waste your time.

I created several of these on my sharonrhea store here on Zazzle to add to gifts, place on lids, and to use one on packaging tissue if I gift wrap the gift.
If I say the printing is "pop off the page perfect", I assure you, I mean it (as I am the Queen of Persnickety), and I can tell you that the printing is absolutely pop off the page perfect - bold - colorful - fabulous!

It is a shame you have to give this company any stars at all. My order was sent to another customer and I received the other customers invations.
Trying to contact customer service is almost impossible, there is no contact information on the invoice or website for customer service that is easily accessible.(you have to hunt for the email address and the phone number doesn't appear) I emailed 2 times the "customer service number" and finally received a reply that didn't address my issue. On the third attempt I finally received a reply with number to call. I talked to a nice man but he couldn't solve the issue so I asked to speak with a supervisor. She wasn't available (surprise surprise) so I left a number. It took me 2 emails and calls before a call was returned. She promised to address the issue but a week later it was not address. Again multiple emails and phone calls with no response. Finally a call was returned and she promised the issue was resolved (even claimed to get production on the phone to verify) It is now one week before Valentines Day (my company does a promotion) and we don't have our order and customer service will not return my call.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever done business with. My very first order I placed with them and I assure you will be my last. I ordered business cards two months a go and the first delivery they were crooked, and unusable. Zero quality control. I couldn't believe they let this package ship out! I emailed them and they assured me they would send out a replacement asap no charge. I thought, great! WRONG. Here we are 2 months later, still no replacement and every time I call I get the same run around- " We are working deligently on your product" Well my next time calling and the rep stated THEY HAVE BROKEN MACHINES AND CANNOT PRINT ANYTHING OUT! They are completely shut down and waiting on a part to come in but do not know when it will arrive! Umm... WHAT? How can you not know? Isn't your sole company purpose reliant on these machines?! And they are still accepting orders! I could not believe that they refused to tell me this from the very beginning or even let future customers know on their website. I have cancelled my order as I have no trust in this company and it's mindless customer service representatives.
