Placed the order and the address got messed up. They never told me it failed to deliver and there was no communication until some spam requesting a satisfaction survey. I filled out their contact form and still no email communication. No way to call them. I suspect it will get handled but it will probably take more time.

I ordered bridal shower invitations for my daughter's shower. When I received them, I could barely read "here comes the" part of "here comes the Bride." I would have returned them but did not have enough time to order new ones. Silver/Gray on lavender should have shown but it did not. Anyone ordering, make sure the writing shows up extra bold if you want to see it.

I purchased a bunch of 11 x 17 decoupage papers and they arrived folded. Because the paper is so thin, even after you iron it using parchment paper on top, you still end up with a white line down the center of your image because the crease has lost some of the pigmentation. So so disappointing and they force you to buy 2 of everything! Never again!
Tip for consumers:
Only buy 8x11 so they arent folded.

I ordered prayer cards for my mother's celebration of life event and I was disappointed when i received these. My mother's picture was very dark and the color to her face was orange. The picture I provided was no way near the same as what was printed on the cards. I've reached out to customer service but so far have not heard from them. Disappointing!

The company has not responded to my email inquiry about an item in my order that has not shipped, and has had the status of "processing" for 11 days now (yet I was already charged in full for the entire order). Their website said the shipping turnaround is 24 hours for this particular item type (unframed poster), yet I have not received any sort of update after 11 days. I guess my only recourse it to dispute this with the credit card company.

I ordered a personalized stamp only to discover it was coming without ink. Not a huge deal, but when your spending THAT much in a stamp, there should be an ink pad included. It's automatically on NONE. So if you don't know you have to choose a color, you end up with a stamp and no ink. Yes, the ink pad is extra, but it's fairly inexpensive and should definitely be included. I wasn't impressed, at all.

I ordered 2 Humpty Dumpty t-shirts for a class play. I paid 14.99$ additional shipping to ensure their delivery. The day after they were suppose to arrive I called to check on shipping. They had not even been shipped. The operator said they were still in production. She apologized refunded my money. Although their were no hassles on the refund. We did not have the much needed t-shirts for the play. Overall-unreliable and I won't purchase again.

I am not one to usually leave any reviews on products, however, I want to share my terrible customer service experience. I was explaining my situation with this gentleman and he hung up on me twice intentionally. I wasn't being rude, I guess he thought my problem was too in-depth. My initial problem was, I ordered a rubber stamp from them and chose a particular design and they changed it to another that wasn't requested on my end. That's ok no problem I ensured to choose the design I wanted initially the second time and they changed my design again. I finally was able to get on the phone with a nice woman who assisted me but it took me 2 fails and 2 Incompetent employees before reaching her. Never will I order from them again. I pray you all have better luck.

The package arrived very damaged, torn with a large hole in the side, despite being marked fragile. I was worried the invitations would be damaged, which is frustrating for how much they cost. Luckily they were overall okay. Perhaps not the company's fault and the shipping company instead, however shipping was very expensive so this was frustrating.

I am sadly disappointed in the look of these cards, I understand that the creator embellished the card to make it look all glittering but I asked for a semi gloss finish to give it just a little shine and it honestly has a matte finish no shine at all and even the color is off online it shows a more lighter rose gold color and it's just dark pink. I am not happy at all with this purchase, I am a manager of a business and I wanted to try Zazzle.I guess I should have stayed with Vista print.I just wanted something of better quality. Just really disappointed in these business cards.

I placed an order for some custom mugs and wrapping paper on November 30. The wrapping paper arrived on December 15 and it looked great. The mugs were mailed out on December 6 and the tracking says it needs to be picked up by the post office and never was picked up. I contacted Zazzle to get a replacement and they expedited my order on December 20. The new tracking says that the label for the replacement order was created on December 27 and today on January 4 there still has not been any movement so I contact them another time and they will be sending out another order. The two stars I gave them was for the wrapping paper but I just don't understand how packages keep not making it to the shipper and these were supposed to be Christmas gifts and they are significantly late.

First order was received extremely quick and quality was fair for the price. Second order took longer, but probably due to the holiday rush. Unfortunately, what was shipped was not my order but someone else's. Have been trying to reach Zazzle for two days via phone and email but no luck. Didn't mind waiting for shipment, but now do not have a gift for Christmas cause they shipped the wrong personalized item and cannot reach anyone to have it corrected.

My order is one week late, I ordered custom
Buttons for an anniversary party which is in 2 days. I have emailed customer service 3 times and called once. When I called I sat on hold for 46 minutes before speaking to a very nice person who only told me they could nudge the production team, the same thing they have been telling me through email. Shouldn't they be able to see WHAT the hold up with the processing is?! Give me a time line? Where are these things being processed. On a positive note, they did upgrade my shipping to express, but if they don't ship in time from the facility that doesn't help me. Hah.

I had an image I wanted printed of my fan art. They refused saying I needed permission from the artists. I was very disappointed as this was something I created with my hands, my original art. Just drawings of rappers and most not even recognizable by them, yet they wouldn't allow it. There are way better printing companies to go with that can print it. Bye bye. The only thing going for them is their nice 3d preview when designing.

I have bought many things from Zazzle, and they were always high quality so never in a million yeard did I think if I chose the economy tee that it would be such terrible print quality. I thought the tee itself may not be as nice, but I didn't realize the printing on the tee would appear lighter and cheap-looking. The Scooby and Minnie tee are simply not usable.:-( So upset.

I ordered my personalized Father's Day item on June 5. Today is Father's Day June 21 and my item still hasn't arrived in spite of the fact that it's almost a full week past the estimated shipping date. I've been tracking it, and it still hasn't even arrived in my state. I'm highly pissed. I do not plan to buy again from them. First time is a Last time.

Wow, Thought I was dealing with a reputable firm. My credit card is accepted here, so why all the complaints about not receiving merchandise ordered? If only I had looked here first.
I made two large orders in mid-September 2016. Was told they'd be delivered in a week, which I thought was a bit optimistic. But now October is less than two days away, the delivery dates still remain a week ago, with no update to the delivery dates.
Just sent an e-mail on the Zazzle website asking for the status of my orders. But recent comments found here lead me to believe I will never get my stuff. Luckily, my credit card company is good about handling disputed charges. If I don't hear back soon or receive my orders in a week, I will cancel the orders and ask the credit card company to refund the charges.
Don't need some customer relations pablum to make it all better. Actions speak louder than words. Send me my stuff. Keep Calm and Stand Up for Yourself.
Bottom Line: Don't bother buying here.

They advertise a delivery date. When the delivery date is not met the response is oh well, sorry. In fact my merchandise still shows in production AFTER the alleged delivery date. No remedy is offered, no expected completion of merchandise, no refund, nothing. Once you order you are stuck and at their mercy. Very disingenuous and deceitful. FOLLOW UP REVIEW: Gave them another chance, still poor communication, inferior quality printing on merchandise. Too many other good options to waste more money and time on Zazzle. You give a second chance and get a second disappointment- not going for a third.

Nice products, but non-existent customer service. Won't answer the phone, wont reply to email. Won't always send you what you pay for. I paid for 3 custom shirts (Christmas gifts) and received one. Thankfully I paid by credit card so no response from them within next few day equals dispute/chargeback from me. Vote with your wallets people. Don't pay for what you do not receive.

I have used Zazzle a few time. I like what they do and have been pleased with what I have received, until now. I ordered a personalized tote bag for my daughter. It came with the wrong name. I checked my order and the mistake was Zazzle's, not mine. Zazzle would only give me a store credit for the purchase. However, when I went to repurchase the tote bag it was no longer on sale and my store credit was for the sales price. Plus I had to pay shipping again. The end result is that it cost me an additional $11 to get what I originally ordered. Especially galling when it was Zazzle who messed up the order. I could not be more dissatisfied with this experience.

I found these invitations for my daughters first birthday that I loved and couldn't find anywhere else. I couldn't order the amount I wanted so had to order two separate amounts. What I ended up with were $40.00,15 index size invites that are barely readable and look like they were done on a printer that I could have done myself. I ordered wedding invites online from a different retailer and they were gorgeous and I was able to get a couple hundred for a couple hundred dollars. I won't be using zazzle again.

I ordered two 1000 piece puzzles for during this pandemic and not only received them after 2 months after ordering but I received one puzzle with 30 oversized piece and one puzzle with 200 pieces. The worst part is the box it came in. A poor quality box with the smallest picture on the front as a reference photo. Extremely disappointed with this purchase and will never purchase from this website again.

I chose an online design of address labels that I liked... BUT when they arrived, the printing was very pale... almost faded. I expected them to be dark/black. To make things worse, the size of the print/font was too small. Bottom line, the address labels are very challenging to read. I haven't used them yet... but let's hope the glue works!

I ordered some business cards for my new cleaning business & was not impressed. I love the design I chose but the cards did not come the way I expected. There are white/blue specs down the front of the cards that are very noticeable & as you can see the edges of the card just look terrible. Very disappointed.

I ordered a tshirt from Zazzle for a birthday gift. My credit card was charged immediately. I received notice that it was shipped 4 days later, but it never arrived. I waited a week before I contacted a Zazzle Customer Service Hero. She told me that she would "forward a replacement request to the production department for initiation." A week after that, I contacted another Hero who said that the production team is "working diligently... to produce my replacement." I have tried calling and have waited over 30 minutes each time without speaking to Heroes. They have my money and will not give me any estimate when I may receive my shirt, at best a belated birthday gift. This will be the last time I order anything from Zazzle.
