I was looking to replace a favorite lapel message button which is no longer in production. Not only did the Zazzle site quickly provide me with a worthy substitute, the search yielded a nice selection of other options and a wide variety of price ranges. I'm very pleased with the quality of the merchandise, which was delivered ahead of schedule.
I ordered a specific card because of the cover art. When the cards arrived the cover art was out of focus as if the copier that was used was not set up correctly. Very disappointed with the product. I am trying to get a refund on my purchase but so far no response from the company.
Easy to order, create and receive my customized 60th Birthday Banner! It turned out terrific! Thank you!
Had the customization I wanted for my banner

I purchased a groupon to be used on invitations on the zazzle website. When I purchased the groupon, I didn't realize that it was only for certain invitations on the zazzle site. The invitations I initially needed (wedding invitations) were not part of the bunch to choose from, so I ended up using them for something different (bridal shower). When I ordered my wedding invitations, I bought them on a day that there was a big sale on zazzle- it was a christmas in july sale offering something like 30% off. Anyway, I went on today to try and order the bridal shower invitations with my groupon code. It said the code was invalid. I had no idea why it wasn't working because I hadn't used it yet. I called customer service and waited a while on hold and then was hung up on. I called back and waited, not as long this time, and got a hold of someone. I spoke with Niall, and he listened to my situation and was very understanding. He looked at my account and told me that it looks as though my groupon code had been used on the wedding invitations, which is why it is invalid to purchase my bridal shower invites. I explained to him my situation and that I had never used the groupon code on any invitations... he reactivated the code for me and I was then able to purchase my bridal shower invitations. He was never once rude to me, instead super helpful and understanding of the situation and was able to fix it right on the spot! He even apologized and made sure the code would be reactivated in less than 10 minutes! I am so thankful to have had such wonderful help from customer service and very happy with the overall outcome! Thank you, Zazzle, for being awesome! I have had ZERO problems with you and your orders... I absolutely love them! Thank you very much! I will recommend you to anyone!

ARE THE BEAVERS (OWNERS?) ANTI-SEMITIC, BECAUSE SOME OF THEIR MERCHANDISE ABSOLUTELY IS! WHAT THE HECK? I GOOGLED TO FIND A TIE AND FOUND NOT ONE BUT MULTIPLE "SWASTIKA" TIES ON THEIR SITES WITH ALL MANNERS OF COLORS AND SIZES OF THEIR SWATSTIKAS! I WILL BE NOTIFYING THE JEWISH DEFAMATION LEAGUE, STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND ANY OTHER ORGANIZATIONS TO CALL FOR BOTH AN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL/BAN OF SELLING SUCH PRODUCTS AS WELL AS A BAN ON A COMPANY, WHICH NO DOUBT HAS MANY PATRONS WHO ARE EITHER JEWISH AND/OR MAY NOT BE, BUT HAVE A CONSCIOUS AND KNOW RIGHT FROM WRONG AND KNOW THIS IS STRAIGHT, IN YOUR FACE (OR HIDDEN ON SITE? IN PLAIN SITE - ANTI-SEMITISM. NO OTHER WAY TO LOOK AT IT. THE FACT THAT IT IS CALLED AN INDIAN TIE OR TRADITIONAL INDIAN/HINDU TIE DOES NOT MAKE IT ANY BETTER! THIS IS DISGUSTING. DON'T BELIEVE ME? I WON'T POST THE LINKS OF THE PRODUCTS, BUT YOU CAN LOOK UP FOR YOURSELF. JUST GOOGLE ZAZZLE INIDAN SWASTIKA AND SEE FOR YOURSELF. WHAT OTHER ANTISEMITIC MERCHANDISE IS THIS COMPANY PEDDLING? I REALLY HOPE THEY RESPOND - BUT THERE IS ZERO DEFENSE. JEWISH LIVES MATTER. THERE SHOULD BE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY TO SELL AND PROFIT FROM SUCH HATEFILLED MERCHANDISE!

I had a horrible experience with Zazzle. In early December I ordered an ornament from Zazzle that was intended to be a Christmas present. Despite the payment being immediately deducted from my checking account, the ornament was never received. On January 3rd, I contacted the Zazzle "Support Team" questioning the delay. I was told that the package was returned to the sender due to an address error. When shown the address it had been mailed to, I noticed the zip code was incorrect. I found it quite frustrating that despite the error and returned shipment, I was never contacted and alerted of the inaccuracy or delay. After giving the correct zip code, I was told that the package would be resent and subsequently received an e-mail indicating that it had been reshipped. However, once again, it was never received. On January 27th I again initiated contact with Zazzle's "Support Team" and was told that the package was "also having issues being delivered". Once again, I had never been contacted. I was unsure why there would be any difficulty delivering to the given address as it was both correct and a business address that received mail on a daily basis. Additionally, I saw no reason why I once again received NO correspondence from Zazzle indicating that there was an issue with the shipment. I offered to either provide my home address or pick the package up at a local post office – whichever would most swiftly guarantee that I would have it in-hand. They requested my home address and the package was finally received in February. After two months of waiting, Christmas was long over and the gift was ruined. Despite the fact that my money was promptly taken from the bank for the item, it remained floating out in the abyss somewhere, mysteriously unable to be shipped to a perfectly legitimate location. Zazzle's communication was non-existent and the entire experience was off-the-charts frustrating. I will never again purchase anything from Zazzle and have written several highly negative online reviews in the hope that other potential consumers may avoid a similar hassle.

I ordered 6 custom Tee Shirts and all of them were more than I expected I will use Zazzle again. I give the products I ordered a 5 star rating
Date of experience: October 18, 2013
I ordered 50 dry mesh t-shirts and was on a firm schedule.
Their website shows the items are in stock. 5 days later, no shipping notice, I had to call them (because they won't bother letting me know) and learned they are out of stock.
Then I was offered a swap w/ similar material, but then they shipped me the cheapest cotton shirts they had while still charging the price of the premium dry-mesh which is almost twice the price. How convenient!
They gave me a hard time for returning those shirts. I had to yell on the phone for over 40min to make my case. They refused to return my $35 shipping cost. Don't believe their "if you dont like it, we take it back". Yes they will, but you wont get your shipping fee back.
Nobody is attending this place. They don't provide updates. Email support takes 3 days to get a reply. Phone support is 35min wait time, then get transfered from one agent to another. Everytime I call in, I had to re-explain my problem because their is no notes of what was previously discussed/agreed. If you are looking to waste time and money use them."
----
Hey and now the IQ challenged ZazzleRep is replying to my review above. I couldn't get updates from them for a week but they now suddenly step up and communicate w/ customers.
Typical response which is not addressing the problem and not taking responsibility. I was not complaining about my shipping label you dummy. I paid $1407 and I got refunded $1407-35. That is my initial shipping cost. Is that clear?
Are you saying i am making is up? It's always the customer's fault when we want a refund. That's my experience w/ them. Rude, irresponsible, don't live up to their refund policy.
Zazzle price is higher than other printing sites, I went for it hoping to get better service. What a fool I was.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use it.

Hi. Thanks for your feedback. We apologize for the issues you had with the order. We do show you were issued a prepaid label to return the order to us and that you have been refunded for the order. Please feel free to reply to the e-mail you received if you have further questions or concerns. Thank you.
This is not the first time that one of my Zazzle orders has been late but yet, I tried giving them another chance. This is the final straw for me, and it is sad because I used Zazzle for several products over the past few years but as of late the service is incredibily disappointing.
Before placing the order on a gift that I created for my boyfriend, I made sure to check to see the estimated delivery time, and even paid $28 for express shipping to ensure it would arrive in time... But of course it is still in production, and yet it was due to arrive today.
I reached out to Zazzle support on Saturday to get insight on if the items would be sent out and arrive by the date. On Sunday morning I was merely dismissed by a reply from a rep saying, "As of yet, there does not seem to be any delays with your order." Because I had a feeling this was incorrect, I reached back out(pretty much asking the same question again about the shipment, and they responded with no apology and just said that it would ship the next business morning(aka this morning).
But as of right now, 2PM(Central time) it is still in production. At this point, I just can't take it with Zazzle. If they are unable to make it by the estimated time, they should at least be able to give an accurate timeline to when it will be shipped out. It is unacceptable that so many Zazzle customers have to stress-- especially when the products are more than likely gifts or for business purposes.
Zazzle must understand that people plan around their timeline. If the timeline is difficult to fufill-- COMMUNICATE with your customers. Don't say it will be completed within a timeframe that you cannot handle. Even more, train your reps to provide honest information. I try to be as resonable as possible but this was a dear gift for my long-distance boyfriend. I am leaving on Wednesday to visit him and had so many hopes to give him the gift. This may not happen anymore.
Tip for consumers:
Don't unless you have a month to wait for an item to arrive.

I spent hours designing my business cards, flyers to mail to clients, return address labels, gift certificates, "chubby" business cards with my service menu on them and regular sized business cards that I designed as coupons. I paid over $100 for fast shipping, it took a week for my items to be delivered. ( surprised that one full week was their fastest shipping?) First I recieved the gift certificates and return address labels, then the flyers and my business cards. I NEVER recieved the service menu cards or the coupons! I tried calling numerous times and hung up after over 30 minutes on hold. I sent an email stating my issues and recieved a response that said:
"Thanks for contacting the support team at Zazzle. We are truly sorry for the delay in responding to your query. As you can imagine, due to the start of the holiday season we are experiencing a high increase in the volume of emails we are receiving and are working diligently to respond to every customer.
Our records indicate that your package has been delivered. We do hope you are enjoying your products and have received them in good order! If you have any further questions or comments, please visit our Support Team at www.zazzle.com/support."
How am I supposed to go about telling them I never recieved either of those items if their records showed they were delivered, will they believe me and return my money? I sure hope so, the order was over $300 dollars! I was forced to go to kinkos and make the service menus and coupons because I needed them and didnt have time to wait hours in hold! This has been very disappointing and if my issues are not fully resolved I will NEVER do business with Zazzle again, or recommend anyone to use them.
Also my business cards I was very excited about, unfortunately the edges of them were not cleanly cut they were peeling the design on the front edges. After spending so much time and money I couldn't be more frustrated.
Tip for consumers:
Unfortunately after the hours I spent designing everything, the money I spent and items recieved and NEVER RECIEVED I DO NOT RECOMMEND using ZAZZLE.

Please don't waste your time or money on this company. This company is horrible. I placed an order and request Rush delivery and Zazzle told me they guarantee I would had my order no later than October 19th and today is October 26th and still nothing. I have sent numerous email to them on a daily basis since October 19th and all i get is an automatized email saying
"Thanks for your response.
I would like to inform you that while our production team put forth their best efforts in attempting to ship your order out yesterday, unfortunately the order was not available by our final shipment time. We sincerely apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience that this may cause.
We will continue working with our production team to get your order to you as quickly as possible, however you also have the option to cancel if it is no longer needed.
Please respond to this email at your earliest convenience, indicating your preference. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to include them in your reply and we would be happy to address those. If we do not hear from you, we will continue to work with our production liaison to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.
Again, we apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience, and patiently await your response"
These people are the worst ever! I have done so many purchases online and I have never in my life have dealt with such an unprofessional and incompetent group. You call them over the phone and it is always the same message "your wait time is 27 minutes" then you wait and around minute 15 the call drops and you stuck having to call back and once you realize no one will come to the phone you have no other option that to email them. The have a chat option on their webpage that is never active so pretty much the only way you can contact them is thru email and you will always get the same email back.

Ordered 4 UNFRAMED posters for a housewarming gift from Zazzle that ranged between 8x10 & 10x13 on 03/09/2015. On their website it indicates in one section, that it takes 24 hours to "manufacture" the *unframed* poster. HOWEVER, if you order 50 or more (I only ordered 4!) it takes longer. OH! But then it says at the bottom, "it may take longer than 24 hours" REALLY?!? That makes no sense! Why would you indicate it only takes 24 hours but then retract what you said in the same section? Because I ordered standard shipping, it indicated another 5-12 business days to receive it. Almost 2 weeks went by, and only until I inquired about why it wasn't shipped yet, I THEN recieved a confirmation email that it was shipped. In my opinion, they SAT on my order. It is now almost a month later, and I didn't receive my order, so I requested a refund. Despite the prompt customer service I received, I am extremely disappointed that they operate a business that they CANNOT 100% GUARANTEE. This is false advertising! I ordered these as a gift for a housewarming, and had to go to this housewarming EMPTY HANDED. I better receive EVERY LAST CENT BACK *including* shipping! I really wanted these prints! I really liked them on the site! So, I'm disappointed that I looked for a gift on a site that claims "100% **GUARANTEED** when its NOT!
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

It is actually the easiest to use online printing site, and their clothing merchandise is very good quality. The biggest issue is their inhouse "content" management which has some strange understandings of copyrights and such.
My latest case after several other run ins with that Content Management Team involved a vintage poster that is not copyrighted as I was able to identify but had the name of "United Air Lines" on it. As far as I am concerned that Airline, we know, is called United Airlines and is trademark listed under that spelling, whereas that alternate spelling does not return any trademark. Further research from my side, which I shared with that team, brought to light that the alternate spelling was in use in the very beginning of that airline but got dropped in the 50's and no trademark filings have been made to this alternate spelling as far as I can tell. That Content Management Team still refuses on the basis of that "United Airlines" spelling to produce merchandise, which is a T-shirt for personal use with no commercial interest, since they are not licensed to produce merchandise for United Airlines, not matter that proof I send them that United Air Lines is not trademarked.
I do understand that someone wants to take trademarks and copyrights very seriously but besides the Fair Use Act there is also a certain creative freedom that allows you to take and alter images and make them your own. In the form of words or phrases this becomes at this example a little stubborn on their side since according to their policies you might as well be in violation of printing the word "United" on your t-shirt which has over 10,000 entries in all different combinations at The United States Trademark and patent office.
Tip for consumers:
I have to give Zazzle extra points since they reached out and are trying to make things right from the Customer Service Perspective. I will add that to their very good clothing merchandise line and the ease of the online editing printing site. I have hoodies, sweat shirts, long sleeves and T-Shirts with printing from their site and that is all very good. However if there is a remote chance that something might be protected by copyrights or trademarks, even when you can prove very conclusively t
