I was looking to replace a favorite lapel message button which is no longer in production. Not only did the Zazzle site quickly provide me with a worthy substitute, the search yielded a nice selection of other options and a wide variety of price ranges. I'm very pleased with the quality of the merchandise, which was delivered ahead of schedule.
I ordered a specific card because of the cover art. When the cards arrived the cover art was out of focus as if the copier that was used was not set up correctly. Very disappointed with the product. I am trying to get a refund on my purchase but so far no response from the company.
It was good but the shipping cost was outrageous. Why do I have to enter 50 characters?

I recently went online and ordered a t-shirt, shortly after I realized that I had made a mistake. I went back into my account {within 15 minutes of order}and tried to fix it but you can not! I had read their policy and it stated you have to cancel order then resubmit it. I tried and tried following there steps online but it did not work. I contacted them online{no phone number listed} they told me that after 1 hour has passed from order they can not do anything. I told them that I had been trying to figure it for the last hour following there steps with no results. Finally after a couple of hours I get a email saying your money can go back into your zazzle account because to go back to your pay pal account it will take up to 21 days. I "STATED" please put back into pay pal account I will wait the 21 days because I was so frustrated about the whole purchase. 2 days go bye and I get a tracking # of my canceled order! I sent to company up to 10 emails addressing this problem with NO response. Today I received my shirt that I did not want. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE AWFULL LIERS AND IT LIKE TRYING TO GET BLOOD OUT OF A RCK. I HAVE COPIES OF ALL MY EMAILS AND TAKING THEM TO THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE

I have never placed a negative review for any internet company before even though I have been shopping online for years. I have never found such a difficult company to deal with. I tried to pay through Paypal, but they never directed me to the Paypal site so I could choose where I wanted the funds to come from, so I had to cancel the order. I have never had a site place an order through Paypal without directing me to the Paypal site. I placed the order again, and they apparently sent a confirmation e-mail to an old e-mail address that I have not used for 6 years instead of the email address I supplied, then cancelled the order because I did not respond. The 3rd time I tried to place the order, they insisted that the billing address I gave did not match the one on file with my credit card company, even though it most certainly did match. I contacted my credit card company, and they siad that there was no problem on their end, and that they had supplied Zazzle with a phone number to call if they had any questions, but that was apparently too much trouble for Zazzle, so instead they just kept sending me emails threatening to cancel my order if I did not supply sensitive information to them via email. When I tried to phone customer support, the person I talked to said he could not help with billing issues. Even though Zazzle only gave me 48 hours to reply to their nasty emails, they couldn't respond promptly to my emails asking why they needed this information. Finally I got an email giving me a number to call for their fraud department - what fraud? - and said I must respond within 24 hours or the order would be cancelled. When I called, I repeatedly got voicemail, and no one ever reponded to the messages I left. This all seems to be some sort of scam, and the company seems to be very shady. At the very least, they have a horrible customer support department. I will never order from them again, and I would advise anyone thinking of ordering from them to try to find the products elsewhere, This is one dot com company that needs to go under.

Zazzle is a legitimate business. I like that they offer free shipping and most of thier items ship quickly. However Zazzle has the worst most amature content management team I have ever seen. I am an independent author who has hired illustrators to draw pictures for my books. Resently I have designed a few products with pictures from my books just for myself and my family. These pictures are based on my family members. Four different times they falsely accused me of copyright infringement and cancelled my orders that included my artwork which If they had asked me first I would have been glad to show them reciepts showing that I own the rights to the artwork I submitted.
Most upsetting was I placed 3 separate orders using pictures of a cartoon version my son playing basketball. On the basketball Jersey appeared the word Eagles which is the name of my son's high school team. Zazzle produced and sold me the first 2 items I ordered without any problem. The 3rd order I placed using the exact same picture zazzle content department cancelled the 3rd order claiming the word Eagles is trademarked. If the word Eagles is trademarked why do so many schools and companies use the word Eagles? Why did Zazzle produce and sell me 2 products previously with this exact picture? Zazzle has also messed up on several of my orders in the past causing delays in shipping orders that were supposed to arrive for Christmas or they sent me the completely wrong product. Once they sent a custom sweatshirt with profanity on it that was a completely wrong product. It was adressed to my 12 year old grand daughter it would have been disgraceful if she had opened the package Christmas morning and found the Xrated sweatshirt.

I ordered wedding invitations and spent a lot of money on them. I ordered the wedding invitation in a linen pearl material, the RSVP card in a linen pearl, and believed to had order the reception card in a linen pearl material. When I got my packages the Reception card was just in a standard linen card and looks very different from the other two parts of wedding bundle (standard invite and RSVP card). I called the company and was placed on hold for over 40 minutes, I was told it was my fault for ordering incorrectly and I would have to reorder. I then, attempted to order NEW Reception cards in the "linen pearl" like the other TWO cards I purchased, I had to call again because it was NOT listed on the website. I was placed on HOLD for another 40 minutes where they could not resolve the issue and I was told I would receive an email from them. I received an email shortly after that the "paper had been discontinued and there was nothing they could do"?! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Now, my wedding invitations do not match, nor did they offer any help or a solution at all. They could not even point me in the right direction for help, like I different paper type that is similar?!?! On top of all of that, I order table cards the matched my invites, I order 25 table number (aka table 1, table 2, all they way to table 25.) I receive TWO sets of a quantity of 25 but all of them were Table 12. Again they told me that was somehow MY fault and you have to individually add it in 25 times. The website NEVER once explained that and again they were NO help at all. This company is horrible and have tried to ruin what should be a very happy experience!

During that review, unfortunately it appears the paper type that you ordered for your invitations and RSVP cards has been discontinued and we will no longer carry that paper type. You are certainly more than welcomed to return any items you don't want per Zazzle's return policy. You also mentioned the table cards. For the table cards, they do have to be numbered individually so that you receive the numbers you want. We currently do not have an option that would automatically number the cards for you. We apologize if you were not aware of this. We show that you were able to place a new order for the correct numbered table cards.
