The corrections I made in the field of copy before I hit the "place my order" button never made it to the finished product. So the invitation never had "where to rsvp" on it. 🤷 I had the hand write it in.

After placing an order I tried getting ahold of customer service to cancel order before it was made. This was on the 8th of June and it is now the 18th and yet still no response. I received my product and sent it back immediately. My second order was previewed correctly and yet when received the image was shrunk down to the point my QR code was unreadable. I have ordered once before and everything was fine but after this experience and 300 dollars later would not recommend.

Creating my business cards was relatively easy. Took me a few tries to finally complete what I wanted, and uploading the logo and sizing it took me some time, but figured it out eventually. My main gripe is that I submit my order around noon on a Thursday and wanted next day delivery or at least by the following Tuesday because Wednesday I needed them for a trade show, so I paid over $20 for expedited shipping. I did not receive the cards until late Wednesday so went to tradeshow with no cards. Regardless, I feel as if the expedited shipping charge should be removed from order.
I submit a customer service issue and nobody called me or emailed me or anything. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I type in 50th Anniversary Thanks yous. Site took me to numerous choices. I found a one side design I loved and personalized it with several different responses. There was one I loved picked it setup our names. Loved it order and received it the fellowing week. It is a very easy ordering designs. I have ordered numerous items from them. Always pleased with results.

I really like the quality that I have gotten from Zazzle products. However, the site is very difficult to navigate. I did find the artist I wanted and was able to re-order a mug that I had previously broken. Also found nice logo stamp. Both have arrived and I am enjoying them. Thank you.

The custom ordering on line was confusing and after several tries, I finally reached a final decision. The product I received was not what I expected. First, the print was much smaller than it appeared on the sample and is VERY difficult to read on the labels. Then, the ink color is much lighter than expected making it even more difficult to read. The main rose is very dominating and has no gold definitions as expected. I know there is no foil involved in this particular label but the sample appeared to have more gold color on the rose tips. Also, the shipping fee was way too high for a simple envelop. I feel ripped off. Overall, I won't be ordering from Zazzle again.

I needed a Welcome poster for our wedding and took a chance. It came out perfect.

I ordered 4 sweaters after the shipping arrived I had to pay extra duty of 60$. It costed me 260$ everything. Anyway the sweaters are in terrible quality made in Honduras& Nicaragua.The printing is not even stitched( but a cheep printing that will was away after2,3 washes) The point is 260$ Is not worth it. Better spend 100$ at winners and get good quality work then print it locally.My advice don't order clothes from them
