I was looking to replace a favorite lapel message button which is no longer in production. Not only did the Zazzle site quickly provide me with a worthy substitute, the search yielded a nice selection of other options and a wide variety of price ranges. I'm very pleased with the quality of the merchandise, which was delivered ahead of schedule.
I ordered a specific card because of the cover art. When the cards arrived the cover art was out of focus as if the copier that was used was not set up correctly. Very disappointed with the product. I am trying to get a refund on my purchase but so far no response from the company.

I would not recommend this site to anyone. I ordered 4 different items for a baby shower (coming up in February). I ordered stamps, thank you cards, the invitations, and a book card, 50 of each costing me over $300. I ordered all these items as a set on the 10th of December. 2 days later I got the email that they were all shipped and would be arriving on the 19th-22nd. Great! Well come the 19th I received the "thank you cards, and stamps" Not the actual invitations and book cards that go with them. I dont need the thank you cards or stamps till after the baby shower in February. So I go online to track the items as I received a note all these items were shipped separately. So I looked online and saw all these items were shipped from separate manufacturers and the invitations were "pending acceptance" at a post office and had been sitting there since the 15th. I emailed customer service at Zazzle on the 22nd and expressed my disappointment and frustration. They responded on the 23rd and told me they would "re-send" my order to production and have it sent to me "with a courrier service as an act of good will" and that I would be receiving my invites "sooner than expected." Well here I am, 2 1/2 weeks after I ordered these invites and still nothing but thank you cards and stamps. For spending over $300 on this site you would think they could at least get their items to the customer. I dont have time to sit here and wait. Working as a PT in the healthcare field I see multiple patients throughout the day, I will be sure to spread the word about what a scam this site is. If these invites dont arrive by the 30th I want my money back.
