This website is deceptive with their pricing. My one card(invitation) cost me $12.00. It advertised For $2.00, then when I got to check out, charged $10.00 for shipping! False Advertising at it's best!

Order was canceled because "This product contains a design with an image and/or text that may be subject to copyright". Despite having no copyrighted material. This was the first and last time I'm using Zazzle.

I have had quite a few designs up with Zazzle for the last 2 or 3 years. Only sold one.
Recently I designed a number of face masks, since they are now available and everyone needs them. Their layouts and options are poor and the margin terrible ($. 88 each) but I figured it would be a community service.
They have to review every product you create before it goes live. Finally - two weeks after creating all these masks, I got an email from support saying the designs were rejected for content.

Seriously?
And once you submit a design there is no way to un-submit a design. You have to wait for their approval - then you can delete the product.
I will never waste my time with this amateur operation again.
We have other much better fulfillment providers that actually sell lots of our work.

Website is clunky, difficult to save your work and go back after checking details to add. Had to start over several times.

Well it looks like I'm having the same problem as everyone else... Order not arriving on time. My birthday present for someone is now over a week late. I have been able to contact Zazzle by email and they have replied within 24 hours each time. They are now telling me my parcel is lost in transit. Looking at these reviews they obviously need to sort out the dispatch department. Its a real shame because their customised products is an awesome idea. Come on Zazzle sort your delivery service out!

The 24-hour turnaround has turned into 10 days, tried to email but was advised emails are returned in 1 to 2 business days?! Not quite the customer service today's consumer is looking for. So, I called the toll free number... 21 minutes on hold no answer yet... The "if you don't like it promise" doesn't help much when the invites show up so late you have no choice but to send them out due to the fact there no time to get from any other vendor!

I've been having a hard time simply deleting my account after they made unauthorized charges for a zazzle black membership, and am still waiting for some kind of confirmation that my account has been deleted.It started when I received a "welcome to zazzle black" email after having not logged into my account for months.
I had cancelled that service back then after receiving terribly slow service (all i ordered was a mug and it took forever to arrive). When I submitted a complaint to support they claim its an auto-renewal. How the do you auto-renew an account that was cancelled? I also cant login to my account no matter how many password reset links they send to me.
I think they don't bother sending confirmation emails when you cancel that service just so they can scam you a year later and claim they're auto-renewing the membership that you cancelled.
If you have no proof of the cancellation they can makeup any story they want. I would stay away from zazzle and always make sure you have alerts setup with your bank so you can keep a lookout for unauthorized or fraudulent charges from shady businesses.

Awful quality, and looked as if they were made from a cornflakes packet, with a nasty thin cardboard application
A nursery child would be embarrassed in making something like this to be honest

Love all the choices provided on Zazzle, it made choosing my wedding invites easier. I am also a consultant for Rodan + Fields and was able to find business cards and mini facial cards that help me be a success.

I have had 2 good and 4 bad experiences with Zazzle. I ordered 4 items and all had some issue... like never sent and tracking remained at "label prepared", rejected design on one item, but printed on another, poor printing that was skewed and incorrect ink that was nowhere near the preview "proof". Customer services takes a long time to get through to while being in the hold queue. With each call (6 of them), they either eventually gave me a refund, or fixed the issue. It's been exhausting. It would be nice to know why a design gets rejected.

I love the White Pomeranian Christmas Card. It's beautiful on firm paper with beautiful colors that look like a portrait. I bought them, because it looks exactly like my white Pomeranian whose very old now. I wanted 1 as a keepsake of her, since she can't pose for photos anymore. Baby has been our sole companion, after our other 2 big dogs gained their wings. We rescued her at 7 weeks. We've traveled everywhere with her and she's been a great traveler. My husband loves the Card, too.It's gorgeous!

Still trying to get an Authorized Return Form after 3 days. And Why do I need their
Authorization to return an ill fitting cheap quality shirt? Got an email saying I would hear from a rep "soon." Still waiting. Forget the phone lines. Their "elves" are busy says the pre recorded message. Since they have a time limit on returns I'm wondering if they stall till you either give up or your time has elapsed. No more orders from me!

Placed order on 4-22-20. On 6/09/20 shows "Making"! Paid $25 for expedited shipping but it never said the Face Masks would take 2 months or longer. I've tried calling but they always say that can't take your call. Very frustrated!

I purchased 100 envelopes from Zazzle 6 weeks ago now. I've called twice in the past two weeks since the estimated delivery date was 2 weeks ago. I was told that they moved facilities so there is a bit of a back up. I was NEVER notified about this and would have NEVER know this unless I called customer service and waited on hold for 15 minutes each time. All i got out of it? "We're working 'hard' to get you your order. Here's 10% off" Oh thanks so much for saving me a couple of bucks and not being able to send out invitations and having to call people to invite them. What a disgrace. Do not use them.

Yes, one star means "doesn't get any worse than this -- stay away!" I ordered two mugs, both with customization. One mug was perfect and the other had no personalization. I contacted customer service via email and have never heard back. I've tried to call three days in a row and the line is either constantly busy or the recording says to hold. Well, I did hold for 42 minutes one day but that's too much to expect for a repeat patience session! This company has worse customer service than even Comcast. At least Comcast picks up the phone! Will never order anything from Zazzle again and I will tell everyone I know to do the same.

Stay away. The positive reviews on this site are obviously from Zazzle employees. This company has an unclear editor that does not specify what you will receive. I contacted them for clarification, but they did not get back to me within the 24-hour period they specified. My item was shipped, it was not what I wanted, and they are not refunding the full cost, even though if they had replied within their own time frame, I would have cancelled the order, and now I'm out almost 30 bucks. Forget this place. There are better, customer-service oriented options available.

Invitations for my two seniors came out beautiful, exactly as ordered. Shipping was extremely fast! Read some not so great reviews so was nervous ordering, but they had the best selection for two graduates on one card. Paper was thick and not at all see through. Colors and pictures were perfect! Would order again! Glad I went with this company!
