As a customer service worker myself I can understand that customers have high expectations that agents often will struggle to meet. However I do expect a certain degree of honesty when ordering something. If you pay for bloody 3 day delivery it's not to have to chase someone up a week and a half later, especially given that the order number provided does not actually even exist. This site is a complete scam, I doubt my order will ever arrive but they'll damn sure hear about it if it doesn't.

Promised over and over that order was being expedited. I can't believe they are still in business. I needed invites quickly for an engagement party and 4 weeks later I ended up resorting to getting them in an hour from Walgreens. This is on the heels of having at least four employees promise me they were on the way. I have them until 6 days before the party and then but the bully's to distribute cheap, horrible invites because they had misled me for so long. Horrible joke of a company. I envision some 20 year old navigating this website out of his basement and sending the calls to a call center in another country as every rep I spoke to did not speak English. Don't waste your time, energy, or least importantly to me, money. I pause the extra 125 for express... what a joke!

This poster of Louis Sencert~Surgeon ~ Medical Caricature ~ by H. Frantz c. 1900, was the perfect gift for a surgeon & friend who recently operated on my wife. He absolutely loved it! The printing surpassed my expectations. Excellent!

Amanda provided best in class customer service and personally made sure my issue was resolved under some very strenuous circumstances. Her professionalism & very caring attitude transpired through the line of communication, which contributed to turning a VERY sour situation/experience for me into one where I with no doubt will be a happy returning customer thanks to her. My order showed early but unfortunately it was not as I imagined in my head based on the pic/my own naivete (nothing to do with quality or defects). That was reason enough for a full refund. Response was quick and very accommodating. Im huge on customer service and that alone will keep me coming back!

I happened upon your website while searching for online invitations. I wanted to make my son and new daughter in laws rehearsal dinner invitation special, but, I didn't have much time. I was pleasantly surprised with the choices to choose from. Found something they would love. The design process was so easy. I placed the order and they arrived 3 days later. Perfect! Beautiful! Looked like a really expensive custom print job! Am so happy! I will be using your website again and telling everyone who comments on the invitation.

I had some trouble with my shipment but the Zazzle customer service reps were so kind and patient. They sorted it out right away. Definitely the best online shopping experience you will ever have and their prices are so reasonable, it's all worth it!

After emailing this company regarding some website issues and not hearing back, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered 3 photo enlargements. They sent me 3 horribly botched photographs, with terrible printing errors such as giant coloured lines running across the photo. I am not even able to contact them regarding this due to no international number being available (I'm in Australia). They obviously don't even care enough to check things before they are sent out, so incredibly unprofessional. Never taking my business here again.

Horrendous! I ordered a lovely personalised card as a thank you for a friend following a wonderful weekend away with her and her family. That was 3 weeks ago. Nothing has turned up... Despite paying the (unbelievably over-priced) express delivery price of £13.88! The card itself was only £2.85. I've emailed the 'contact us' address twice-no reply. I've called the US customer helpline twice but after holding for 10+ minutes had to hang up (why do they have a UK site - but only a chargeable US number for customers to call?). Gutted - I'd like it know where my card went, get a refund and an apology.

Three weeks ago, on July 18 I placed my first order with Zazzle, two different business cards. One arrived on July 27 (after 9 days) and one still shows as "in the making" and hasn't been shipped! That's nearly 3 weeks for a simple business card! Totally unacceptable!
I e-mailed Zazzle yesterday, no reply. I also called three times and was on hold for over 15 minutes each time before I gave up. I would not order from them again, even if their offer were free of charge!

I purchased the "Whatever, I'm Retired" t-shirt for my sister and she absolutely loves it. Fun style and super soft. Also order personalized stickers for her retirement party gift bags--super cute. Fast and affordable. Highly recommend this company.

I ordered a simple, customized mug on December 2. They said shipment would arrive between December 10-12. It is now December 17, end of business, and their site says that it is still in the "making" step - with no estimate on when it will ship (if ever). I don't know how you run a business where you sell something based on a projected arrival date - and then just completely blow that off and instead make it and ship it only when you are darn good and ready. I would NEVER order another item that was time sensitive from these jokers. No acknowledgement even of the issue - no urgent email from their customer service bot to update me. Nothing. Don't waste your time and money with these jokers. Prepare to not be dazzled by zazzle.

Order placed 7/20/17 with 21 - 29 day delivery promise. Item was delayed. No explanation given. Each time I inquired I was told that it would be shipped soon. Website showed items shipped 10/6 with delivery in one business day, via express service with tracking. No tracking information provided. When item was three days overdue on 10/12, I received an email saying order was cancelled. Phone rep said they had been unable to produce embroidered items since last summer. But they kept telling me it was being produced. As of 10/12/17, embroidered items are still advertised for sale on the Zazzle website. Downright dishonest.

First order was bubbled laminate business cards. Paid for express shipping which they credited because they did not. Item was replace and adequate, but only after two weeks of repeated email replies. Second order was off center, shaped wrong and actual words cut off the stickers. The black ink on and company logo apron was washed out green instead of the crisp black I ordered. The quality of every product I have order has been cheap and looks that way. Find another company to spend your hard earned money and valuable time designing products for your business to print your items. Uploaded a few pictures to validate my words. The last picture is what I actually ordered.

I wish I had read all these reviews before spending time with Zazzle.

Placed an order on 12/8/16 with expected delivery of Dec 16 - 21. As of 12/22/16 the order was still in processing. Called customer service twice, with wait times over 40 minutes each time. The second call was to cancel the order. I will now order from Amazon. The item will not be personalized or arrive before Christmas, but I have more faith the the estimated Amazon delivery dates. Zazzle cannot keep up with their production requests. You would think after being in business 17 years, they would have figured this out by now. I'll be looking for a new custom shop for next year.

I ordered Christmas cards November 23. They were shipped out Dec 2. Today is December 20 and still nothing. Really poor delivery. I was expecting to get them in time to send them out for Christmas. Nobody gets a card from me this year, clearly. I wrote Zazzle but have not heard back.

Easy to edit. Promo put the price within reason. And, even though shipping was more than I would normally want to pay, the cheapest option was at my doorstep 5-7 days before estimated delivery date. A pleasant surprise!

There was a sale that made prices comparable to other sites. Found a design that worked great for our rock climbing party for our daughter. Most climbing themed invites were “boy” colored.

I've ordered several shirts from them and my stepdaughter recently created a shirt for her dad. The text is good and the quality of shirts is OK, but the images she used are faded. She also ordered 2 large binders for school in the past. The image quality was blurry (and some were really crisp photos when printed on other media) and the binders fell apart. So if you're looking for a gift beyond shirts, you might want to check out another site, or be aware that each item type does impact the result.

Well it looks like I've been taking as a sucker! As many people I've ordered from zazzle and was all happy about it too! The order went fast they charged me that day... then nothing happened! I email daily no responses I call but who ever gets an answer.?! Monday morning I'm calling the BBC on them and then going to my bank to take care of the fraud from zazzle!

Really look into the site before ordering... wish I had.

Ordered 6 shirts. On one of them the print was 6" lower than the rest which made the shirt look weird on the lower back. The other 5 for some reason the blue in the print was very dull like a printer when you run out of blue ink. I also ordered a hat that never showed up. Have sent 3 emails with no response. Called twice with a message only saying that their phones are down.

After the holiday season was over, customer service contacted me. Gave me the faulty shirts, and credit for future purchases. Although it took a wile to get a response, they did end up holding up to their satisfaction guarantee, which I appreciate, thanks zazzle

Although the zazzle website is not tremendously user-friendly, the support people really know their product. In particular we appreciated all of Kathy's expertise and guidance. She made our final invitation into a masterpiece! This has made our zazzle experience sparkle. Excellent customer service!

Don't waste your time or money... products are poor quality and customer service is the worst I've experienced with an online company. The claim that "100% satisfaction is guaranteed or money back" is completely false. The cocktail napkins I ordered for a wedding were not only poor quality but arrived with green ink instead of gold. Even after I submitted photos of the ink next to a green leaf as reference, Ashley in customer service told me the ink looked gold and denied that the product was defective. She refused to provide a shipping label for return. So much for the company that earned its great reputation for their cute stamps

A representative from Zazzle did contact me and apologize upon seeing this post. The problem as been resolved.
