I wish I'd checked here before ordering from them. I agree with the criticism, colors are washed out and quality is not great on some items. On the plus side, the products were well-packed and package arrived.
I ordered 4 mugs - 2 custom. The customize feature is very rudimentary, and there was no way to see a demo of the finished product... but I really wanted these mugs so I took a chance. The travel mug with text turned out as expected, but the other is just missing the added text altogether.
Also in the order was wrapping paper, which is listed on the packing slip, but missing. Given the comments about customer service, I think I'll just let that go.

Originally ordered (2) t-shirts and chose the sizes based on the reviews, only for them to be too big. Zazzle offered to reship the shirt in the correct size at no additional charge. In this day & age, that was a very nice gesture! They've earned my loyalty.

This was a horrible experience working with Zazzle. It takes someone at least three days to respond to your questions, then when the goods do not arrive until after the promised arrival date you are not reimbursed.

I ordered a belt from them. Was told it would be delivered by may 4 or may 5. It is now may 6 and they site says they just started making the dam thing. I needed this belt for an event today hence paying extra for the express shipping. So you take my money and wait until the day it's suppose to arrive to start making it? Make that make sense... I want my money back. Forget trying to cancel thru their website because it's BS. There's no way to cancel on their site. They provide cancellation instructions but guess what? No cancel button to be found. I will never use this company again and will definitely share this story with everyone I know.

I wanted to recreate a worn out mug originally created with a different vendor. The images turned out even more vibrantly. Wonderful protective packaging box (will keep for future re-use). As a retired career designer and production manager, I look especially at these qualities. My hubby and I love using personalized mugs for everyday use. Plus friends enjoy seeing our travel adventures this way!

Wedding planning is already stressful ans Zazzle made it 10 times more stressful for me. After a week of waiting they cancelled my order bc they messed up on their end and then promised to get my order out next day and 2 days later it's still not even on its way. Go with someone else.

Ordered an ipad mini case back in early July for my daughter and it is already falling apart. I've emailed customer service to no avail and am currently sitting on hold trying to get through to resolve the situation. I agree with the other posters that they really need to focus on better customer relations. Awful!

My order had a misprint, but Zazzle admitted the error and courteously offered a prompt, acceptable resolution. A+ for customer service and problem solving. Procedures for resolution were thoroughly explained. Right now, my account credit has not yet been posted, but based on interaction so far, I anticipate it will be within the expected time frame.

I have used Zazzle several times to order pet memorial keepsake boxes, personalized with photos of the actual pet. The quality is great. People love these gifts. The customer support is even better than the product! They tell you if they think the photo will not transfer well to the gift. This last time, the order could not be delivered due to an address error on my part, I have been working with them through email to have it sent again. They respond promptly, within a few hours. They diligently work to resolve issues. They notify me of updates. They are amazing to work with. A breath of fresh air in this day when customer service rarely exists.

This site is very user friendly. I've experienced sites of similar companies and gotten extremely frustrated with how difficult it was to manipulate/edit photos. This site is definitely frustration free! Also, they back up their claim regarding their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. The photo on my original holiday cards was too dark. Zazzle did not give me any trouble at all with replacing my order and adjusting the photo so that the cards were bright and beautiful.

My grandmother passed away and had the heart-breaking pleasure of creating "Thank You" memorial cards. My grandmother's funeral is coming up and have to make sure I received these in time to give to guests. Although, it took me 1 hr waiting on the phone and another 30 mins to finally get someone on; the representative was very courteous! Something is happening there are Zazzle. My last 3 orders have been not complete or look terrible. Massive delays and inaccurate information and still haven't received a response on when I will receive my order.

Easy shopping experience. Expensive but quick to create and ship. Great quality except no eyelets or hangers on it so this is a good banner if you are using tacks to hang that you push through the banner itself. The material is a very thick vinyl and definitely something that could be hung outside and/or used several times over again.

I received a supposedly corrected order of cards. Surprise - SAME uneven scoring so one side of the card is wider than the other, sticks out vs. being the same size. Granted it is a small difference but MY GOD there should be NO difference. When you see such sloppy uncaring production, it's time to go elsewhere. AVOID. Not worth the sick feelng you'll get when you see how lazy and uncaring they are.

Zazzle is a complete rip off, they say 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but when I ordered a poster it arrived a week late and was completed wrinkled. When i complained to customer service they never got back with me, aka they never responded. However they send me about two emails every day with offers and discounts that are totally pointless. They even sent me a request to fill out a review on their website and after doing so they still never replied to my complaint.
I HIGHLY recommended you order from another site. Zazzle sucks and will never stop emailing you junk mail no matter how hard you try to ignore it.

They do no care if you are satisfied or not with your order. I ordered return address labels. They arrived and were not readable, the ink was so light that there were worthless. The product quality was very poor. After many email exchanges, with a very condescending support department, I gave up. They wanted to give me a Zazzle credit. What a joke, I will never buy anything from this company again.

I am very upset as\i ordered birth announcement cards on 30 July to arrive within 5-12 days. This was already a long time to wait as I have family members who have been enquiring after sending gifts and we were a little behind after the baby's birth in sending them out. Zazzle sent me a box of envelopes about two weeks ago, but no cards. I then emailed them and they agreed to expedite the cards by courier. Still nothing... Its almost three weeks now and to make matters worse their customer services are not responding to my emails. I still dont have my cards Very upset and very poor service
