Great quality, on time, great price. We eloped so needed invites for our after party/reception. They had a lot of layouts and designs to choose from. Personalizing was easy, and after I ordered them, they came extremely fast.

I love everything about Zazzle. I love how easy it is to make a completely custom business card. The quality of them is amazing. I was in an art show last weekend and every other business card was traditional. Mine definitely stood out, square with rounded edges and high gloss. I'll always buy my business cards here!

Kathy was wonderful! She helped me resolve my issue beyond what I expected. She went online to my account and corrected the part of the invitation that I was having a problem with. She also arranged for timely shipping. She was very nice. I wish all businesses would have such great customer support. Will use them again!

The absolute worse site to do business with. Beware of their shady business practices. They will steal money from your PayPal account if you use it. Only pay be credit card, not PayPal. They stole $20 from me.

Everything ships in timely manor, safe and secure so it doesn't get ruined, everything arrives perfectly as I created/ edited it, the quality is perfect, and there's always tons of discount codes that helped make it all affordable!
It’s easy to choose a design you like and edit it to perfection for your occasion. Even being able to use different templates for other purposes.

I had the most rewarding conversation with Sandra (in Ireland) yesterday. She was very, very patient and understanding. Wish I could always speak with her.
Had to speak with a man afterwards and had to explain something about the location of my logo on the "upper right buttock" of a pair of ladies' leggings. Uncomfortable!
I've been a Zazzle customer for many years and keep coming back because of the wonderful customer service. Now opening an Etsy shop and will be ordering a lot more products (I hope! I).

I ordered several posters from them on 8/2, with the estimated delivery between 8/17 and 8/23. I emailed them on 8/24 to request a status on it, and they told me that they had contacted their production department and were giving me faster shipping at no extra charge. It is now 8/31, and it still says "Making" when I check my order status. I've used other sites that make custom items, like CafePress, and never had problems. This was the first time I've used Zazzle, and I likely won't order from them again.

I have placed orders in the past with zazzle and the orders have been messed up... incorrect product or multiples even though 1 was ordered. I stopped doing business with them, but received a special offer to try to win me back. Guess what? 1 item order came in the wrong size and color. I requested a refund and they refunded me someone else's order, about $15 less than my order and for a different product. We are working toward a solution, but this is absolutely pathetic.

The customer service is amazing & they do a great job on invitations. They respond quickly to questions & have fast delivery. The website is so easy to use as well. The customer rep went out of their way to give me a credit to re-order invitations when my wedding was cancelled due to hurricane damage at our hotel. I am so grateful as we already lost so much money. I have placed several orders with them & would highly recommend Zazzle as they have never let me down.

Shopping on Zazzle was a new experience in creating invitation for my father's 90 birthday celebration. The cards arrived to the house during a heavy rainstorm and unfortunately the package was hidden out of sight by the carrier. The box was wet and we were surprise that the cards were not damaged from the rain because there was not any plastic casing around the box. I would suggest that the box might be better packaged in case the delivery person is careless where they place the package, especially if it might rain.
We are very please with the product that we received and I hope that Zazzle will think about providing more protection for the stationery to lessen any damage.
I chose Zazzle for its convenience in finding stationery that is no longer available in stores. A lot of specialty stores have gone out of business.

This place has things on their website that they cannot actually sell. I ordered a tee shirt for my brother's birthday and I was really excited because it was his favorite wrestler. I ordered it just in time to arrive for my brother's birthday. 2 days later they e-mailed and said they cancelled the order because it had a "conflict with one or more of our acceptable content guidelines." I do not understand how they put this on their website but yet they cannot sell it. I give it 2 stars because at least they gave me my money back. I think in general, you should not depend on this website. Unreliable.

Forget ordering fancy envelopes because the free ones are junk, like V*******nt! The invitations come with top quality envelopes that will not embarrass your company! We ordered a large number for a company party and were very pleased with the quality and design of the invitations. They are just perfect! I made a mistake in customization and the staff contacted me to warn me that it would print less than perfect. They walked me through the process of fixing my mistake and then within one day the order was on it's way to being printed. Perfection!

If you need a full-service printing company, Zazzle is not for you. But if you know exactly what you want and can position your artwork on your own, you'll do just fine with Zazzle. They offer more personalize-able products than most other companies, do not charge per color, and offer a satisfaction guarantee. On one of my orders the screen print was too small; I contacted them and they told me how to fix it and they sent out a new order at no additional cost to me and did not require me to return the shirts. But if you need to contact customer service, prepare for a wait. And you do have to do all your own work; no one will check it for you before it's created. Also you'll be notified once your order has shipped but there is no day-by-day tracking, kind of frustrating. But I have always received my entire order in the amount of time estimated on their website.
Tip for consumers:
Always do an online search for a Zazzle coupon; I have scored some amazing discounts this way.

Even though I paid via direct debit from my bank account with faster and extra care for delivery within 6-8 days Zazzle was not able to deliver 1 USB drive in 16 days. I had to cancel it and they said that they had reimbursed my money long ago which I still have not received! They only need the money but cannot deliver anything. I am terribly disappointed.

I ordered four t-shirts and a notebook for my daughter for Christmas on December 10 with the predicted delivery by December 19. The notebook arrived on time but the shirts are still "being made". No response yet to my email to customer service and now I see here that this is happening to many other folks. I'm very annoyed and will hesitate to order from them again. What happened, Zazzle?
Update: I complained to Zazzle and got a response after a couple days. They refunded my order and shipped all my items to me anyway with expedited shipping. Sadly, my order didn't arrive until Dec. 27 but that seemed to be the fault of UPS rather than Zazzle. So I'm very pleased with their response and I'm changing from one star to four.

I ordered a t shirt guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. It didn't come but I was given a choice to cancel or take off 20%. I wish I had cancelled. I just ordered another item yesterday & Zazzle processed my paypal payment immediately. Funny how they get paid right away and then your items are left in limbo. I've read these reviews & I'm concerned I won't get either orders. I'd rather get a refund for the t shirt & cancel my new order and get a refund. I wish I'd done my homework.

I've ordered with zazzle 3 times. Each time my order took 2 - 3.5 weeks to ship. I'm currently waiting for the second half of my order to ship from 3 weeks ago; mind you I ordered this with express shipping. Customer service takes several days to respond and is not helpful either. I think the most frustrating part of shopping with zazzle is they will send out your order in several shipments - if you're like me, you will need all the components of your order at one time. I ordered invitations. I will not be ordering from zazzle again.

Ordered my cards with the 4-7 day shipping and on my tracking said arrived, it had not. I called for my replacement which was said to be shipped out in 2-3 but somehow another mix up happened and now I'm waiting another 7 days. Both times waiting on the phone for a full half hour. Hopefully my cards are as beautiful as they look online

Ordering process is simple but if you have a problem your in for a ride... sent three different colors for wedding invites... rsvp, invitations and accommodations all different colors... took me days to get someone on the phone and then they won't reprint until the wrong order is sent back to them... really... then rude representatives... save yourself from a bad experience and go elsewhere

Just like all the other people here, I too have been waiting and waiting and waiting for my order. I ordered on 4/22. They keep telling me the same thing. It's still being made and we can't give you any estimate of when we will send. I've ordered puzzles on Etsy that were high quality and were sent out within two weeks. If you don't have the capacity, don't take the orders and be honest about how long it will take. Don't bother, they'll never send you anything.
