I ordered a custom shirt from Zazzle, the messed it up twice for a grand total of 30 bucks pretty much pissed down the drain. I went to another company and got it done correctly for $20. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

I ordered $119.60 worth of different themed masks. I got one and 10 disposable masks were to be with it but no not there. Web site has not contact ability and phone number is a recording. They took payment for non delivery. I finally emailed company but no confirmation of email as a responsible company would do. I've made a few purchases on Zazzle and having seen a few bad reviews recently I felt obliged to share my own, very positive, experience. Having seen and used other POD sites I know Zazzle to be a huge cut above the rest. An intuitive user interface, quick and efficient customer service and great timing on the delivery. I hear that they recently moved their manufacturing facilities from California to Nevada, perhaps this is the cause of some people's problems? I myself, am a very happy customer and continue to recommend Zazzle to all my family and friends.

We have ordered numerous things from zazzle and everything has been wonderful! However with our past order 3 of our 30 items has an error on them. They all had random streaks of color( one red, one green and one white) so that was slightly disappointing.

This company pretends to be locally based by using country specific domains. Don't trust their delivery times. I was promised 2-5 days for delivery of a birthday card and it's been over a month and I'm still waiting. Maybe it will arrive for their next birthday.

I Love Zazzle I just purchased this really well made heavy duty apron and am very happy with it. The shipping was fast and free too. I signed up for a special free shipping trial and decided to keep the option for a small fee for future purchases as I will definitely be ordering more Zazzle products in the near future.

I wanted to give my teenage granddaughter something different for her birthday. I found the high quality key chain with the turquoise colored chevron design. I was able to have her name and initial put on it. Hopefully she will love it. It is well made. Recommend this website for their unique products.

It was very easy to find what I was looking for and even personalize it.
Once I received the product, it did not fit the iPod Touch that my husband owned. After contacting the support team, they understood and gave me a complete refund of my money. Since they were so easily accessible and helpful, I have definitely used Zazzle since then and will always go to them for my gift needs from now on.

I ordered a custom t-shirt that was lettered front and back as a gag gift for a friend. I did have a little difficulty figuring out how to do both however. Regardless, the shirt arrived quickly and was a hit!

Delivery time frame sucks! They lie on how long it will take.
So quick to take your money but not as quick to ship your items.

I just got off the phone with Ben, a Zazzle rep. He was extremely helpful with a package that we are desperate to arrive by this Friday for a wedding (THIS SATURDAY!). Of course, there is no promise that it will arrive on time but the peace of mind he provided through trying his best to get it here was awesome. We have our fingers crossed! I haven't used this company in a couple years and boy things have changed-it use to be amazing! WHAT HAPPENED? I ordered a t-shirt 20 days ago and have yet to receive it. I keep asking when it will arrive and I am not given an answer. This is absolutely ridiculous! Zazzle had no trouble charging my credit card... now if only they could figure out how to make the t-shirt. VERY UNHAPPY. I wanted to update this review. Within an hour of my review zazzle contacted me. I received the t-shirt the next day. The shirt is wonderful I just wish I could have had it within the time frame promised. They are a quality company, great customer service and produce absolutely A-1 products! I have ordered many times and there has NEVER been any problem or disappointment. Everyone asks me where I got my cards done - so I promote them because I believe in them! I also ordered matching stamps for my Christmas cards designed on Zazzle site - the stamps are absolutely perfect and so many have complimented them! Zazzle is my go-to company!

I ordered thank you cards for my baby shower. While the cards were cute, I had ordered envelopes to match (They were a brownish color, it was an option when ordering the cards) They shipped with white envelopes which really didn't match at all! I sent an email in (because theres no phone number to call) and they got back to me but with no options. I then emailed back to ask if I could even purchase the envelopes again separately (I would even pay extra for them). They said they were out of stock! Seems like someone had originally changed my order because they didn't have these to begin with. On top of everything, cards took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Not the best when your in a time crunch. Price was extremely high too, but cards were cute and worth it at the time.

I have not received my items yet after I was told that it would arrive 9 days after shipping and no one will answer my emails in regards to why my tracking number doesn't work or tell me who you ship with for me to contact them. I do not think I will be ordering again. I'm very disappointed.

I ordered business cards three weeks in advance of an event I am supposed to attend this coming Wednesday. I paid regular postage thinking that they should arrive well within the 5-12 business days mentioned at the time of purchase. Also, because the cards are coming from the US, I didn't think they would take so long to begin with! Long story short, 14 business days into my order and there's still no sign of the cards. When I finally was able to contact customer support, instead of fulfilling my request for a refund, they offered to print and ship an expedited parcel that would take another 10 business days to arrive. At this point, I am just regretting as to why I didn't look up on the reviews for this company before placing an order. I will always stick with Vista Print from now on!

I have been receiving the same email from Zazzle Support every half hour for over a week with no end in sight. My emails to them about the problem have received no response. Every time I call I am told that the computer glitch will be resolved shortly. This has been going on since April 28,2016. It is now May 6,2016, which means I have received nearly 400 emails from them. I just want it to stop.

I have always been happy with the items I have ordered. The problem I am currently having is with their tech support and involves some sort of computer glitch. They keep promising to fix it right away and so far nothing has being done.

I sent an email asking about being charged for zazzle black membership and still have no response after 6 days. I have bee trying to call C/S for 3 days and keep getting a message saying they are experiencing technical problems and to look for an answer on their FAQ. I have searched and cannot find how to cancel the zazzle black membership. It says do it through your account page, but my account doesn't show that I have a membership. I guess my only option is to go to PayPal and ask if they can stop monthly charges. Very unhappy. I would have rated 0 except that is not an option.

I placed my order on 12/7. It said it shipped on 12/12 and estimated delivery date was between 12/14 and 12/16. It is now 12/21 and still says in transit. This is a Christmas present but looks like it won't be here in time. I've tried to get a hold of customer service but they don't answer the phone number, just say to email them. This is horrible shipping and customer service. I will not order from Zazzle again.

The first time ordered from them everything was perfect. My past order has been a series of screw ups on their end. Order placed 11/21, got an email my order is ready to be shipped on 11/21. On 12/6 I call them because I havent received my order and they do not give out tracking details with their shipping. I was on hold for 45 minutes, no exaggerating. They said they would re-do it and ship it out... still have no cards but its only been a few days. The kicker now, I check my paypal statement and they charged me 2 times for my order... and I have nothing! N O T H I N G! I recommend ordering from the once, they are good the first time around. Now I'm sitting on hold for 22 minutes now listening to dreaded hold music loosing my mind... Okay just got done talking to someone, he assures me that I was only charged once, I'm looking at my monthly statement and I was definitely charged twice. So now I have to do the paypal dispute thing... great..

I ordered the 45 record style invitations. The image on the site shows the record grooves but actual cards just look black. (I didn't expect texture but you can't see lines at all) I upped the paper quality but I guess should have chosen even thicker paper as these are very thin. I didn't order early enough to have them remade so I had to send them out. Not excited about them but they will do the job I suppose.
I paid for express shipping and they did arrive on time as promised.

I would rate them lower, but they were fast on my save the dates and invitations. I ordered plain envelopes on 11/9. Around 2 weeks later I sent an email asking if there was any update on them. They responded with it could take 2-3 business WEEKS to manufacture these. I was not aware of this, and I still don't understand how custom invitations with envelopes ship within 2 days of ordering. I waited till around 12/10 to email, still no envelopes. They emailed back that they were still working on them and they would upgrade my shipping. 12/21 I finally received an email saying they were going to ship. 12/24 they finally departed the facility even though it said next day air. Almost 2 months and I still have not received them. They did great with my save the dates and invitations but a simple thing like this makes me very iffy to order anything else from them.
