I loved the selection of graduation party invites and thank you. I was very disappointed when I received my order and realized I ordered the wrong size invite(too small)! I quickly sent Zazzle an email because they turned out great but smaller than expected. Zazzle was awesome- they allowed me to get a credit for my mistake which allowed me to reorder the invite in the larger size and pay the appropriate difference. I am so thankful they were so accommodating and timely with the correction. I will definitely order from zazzle again! Thank you!

You can't customize everything you think you can based on the site. And no one is going to tell you that until a week after your order is still processing and you ask where your stuff is. That's ridiculous, especially if you're planning on getting it relatively soon as a gift. I ended up having to cancel over half my order. I do not plan to use them again

I'm not a graphics expert, but I tried to create a file that would print cleanly. Unfortunately, it was blurry, especially in the areas using a specific color. I love that this is a thing, but need the quality to be worthy, too.

I placed an order with zazzle on 4/24. I needed the invitations for a party on 5/13. It said it would be here by 5/1. Today is 5/8 and I still haven't received anything. I sent an email asking to refund my money and I get an email back that said they are shipping my item. Why? It's too late now. When I had called Regina gave me her word that she would have it expedited and I would have it by the 4th. Maybe she meant the 4th of next year? I will NEVER ever order from zazzle in my life and I will be sure to let everyone know the horrible service you guys have. I'm on the hold waiting to talk to someone as we speak! 45 min hold time. Really? That's ridiculous!

Would definitely order from here again, the quality is great, the service is user friendly, delivery time was quick! Would recommend to others, actually already have to a few people. I got two canvas custom made with my own pictures, the quality of the pictures could be a bit better, but that's my only complaint. Oh and the items are affordable!

Ordered shirt for grandchild's birthday. Had not arrived after almost two weeks.
Contacted customer service. They responded quickly, expedited the order and upgraded shipping so item arrived on-time for grandson's birthday. Item was very good quality and would give five stars if I didn't have to contact customer service.
Will use Zazzle again due to quality and prompt service when needed.

Im done wasting time with this company. They cant put a simple picture in the right spot on a mug despite repeatedly telling me they could and showing my a sample pic of how it should look. Each time they sent me the same incorrect mugs. Its now been months. Im done with them and will never use their service again.

This turned out great and my husband loved it. The only issue I had was that I accidentally ordered 2 (my bad because I should have checked) but I wish perhaps someone in customer service had contacted me to see if I really wanted 2). No big deal but just a thought. It is easy to make a mistake when ordering.

I love shopping Zazzle. You can find something for anyone. Sometimes I think that the prices are a bit high but they always have specials and if you are not in a hurry you can usually get a good deal. Once an order has been placed, it usually arrives within 10 days

We had a issue with our wedding programs arriving wet and some slight printing issues. I called and spoke with the customer service rep Joe. He was phenomenal in settling our dispute. He issued a immediate credit to our account and fast shipping options. You cant ask for better service than that.

The back of the invitation is black with white writing. Not sure why the black looks like it rubbed against something rough. They look scrapped. I am down to the wire so am unable to order new ones for my event. The look will not be as classy as I had hoped for. Overall they look just ok, but I'm not completely satisfied. I am actually quite disappointed. I opted out of using a drug store to create my invitations thinking this would be better quality, but I was wrong.

I ordered a simple custom printed envelope 6 days ago. YES a simple envelope. This time has been " processing" for 6 days. I have emailed customer support and no response. Spent 42 minutes on hold last week trying to reach someone... ZERO. On Hold now today for 17 minutes waiting for someone to answer. Now that it's 3 days to Christmas it looks like my item will not be received. I am starting to think this company is not real. Worst customer service, response I have had with a company this year.

Card ordered. Delivery date range set. Confirmation of card in queue message. Not delivered a week after latest date quoted. Contacted them, eventually - received a reply that it had been delivered which at that point, it had not. They asked for conformation which I tried to give the day after by responding as requested in the email... it did not work. Nice cards; easy to use but absolutely a waste of time if they can't get their delivery process sorted.

I wish I had read all these online reviews before I ordered 2 t-shirts for my daughters. I am now 5 days past the expected delivery date and they are still making the shirts? I ordered them almost 2 weeks ago. I contacted them last week and they said they contacted their production crew (the assumption being made that they would get right on it). Still haven't gotten an update. Will not order again and I will cancel the order if it doesn't come in time for Christmas.

After about 5 weeks, I finally received my cards. The quality was very good, as I expected.
Just recently I received a letter from Zazzle CEO which explained why this happened.
Good enough to know that there is someone there who cares about other people.

This is most probably the worst experience somebody might have with this company. I ordered 100pcs business cards on their website and I suppose to receive them within 10 days. After 10 days, my order was still in MAKING condition, so, I sent them email and asked what is wrong with my order. They replied back that they have some issues with the manufacturing and they will let me know when I will receive the cards. Long story short, after 1 month and sending more emails and calling them a few times, nothing changed and I had to ask them to cancel this order. I am still waiting for them to refund my money.

Whatever you do, just don't waste your time by ordering your stuff from this website.

The WORST service ever! The people on the phone are awesome and it's not their fault. I have spent way too much time trying to get orders corrected. The shipping is terrible, the tracking system is horrible. The items come incorrect. Would never use again.

I ordered a couple of tshirts for my great nephew. The print is very light and looks generic or like it has been washed alot and worn on both shirts. It looked great on the site you order from... brightly colored and bold design, but that isn't what I received. Very dissatisfied with my purchase.

I purchased what was described as a metallic finish business card. When I received it it was just an image of a fake metallic looking finish printed on cheap cardstock. I requested a refund and agreed to return the item but Zazzle ghosted me and stopped responding to my emails. They fought my refund request through Paypal and would not accept the return.
Know what you are getting! They use deceiving photos of their cards and equally deceiving descriptions to dupe customers into buying their products.
