Zazzle has just the greatest merchandise! I have absolutely loved everything I have ordered over the years. Zazzle customer service is WAY superior to most also. On the very rare times that there have been issues with an order Zazzle has been easy to contact, the representatives have been friendly, knowledgeable, eager to makes things right, and all around a pleasure to deal with. This time Robert was a complete joy to talk to and he took care of the problem quickly and completely. I thank him very much. And I would not hesitate to recommend the Zazzle shopping experience to every shopper.

Trusted them to provide something that was important for an upcoming event. They cancelled the order because they assumed there was a copyright issue with my icon. If they contacted me I could have shown them that the icon was legally purchased. Now it is too late to go through a different company. Complete waste of time.

I placed an invitation order much later than I should have and would have had just enough time to get out the invites given the date they were due to arrive. That was on me, since I started the process late. My concerns were allayed when I received the invitations 4 days earlier than expected. I was very happy and would use them again! They get 5 solid stars for customer service!
I had run out of time for the local options I would normally use, so I needed to make a quick, on-line order.

Love Zazzle.com. First year to order. Easy to use site and so many options! The ornaments are amazing (although the holly on the bottom "S" curve is little "reptilian" looking :o) , it is still beautiful). Colors are nice and vivid. Adding message to back of ornament was a little challenging, but was finally successful.

Don't give up when trying to add text.

Regarding business cards: I found the online tools good and the selection of templates very good. I ordered a card with the extra thick stock paper. What I got was poor quality printing with poor color reproduction on a card that felt like three business cards stuck together. I could see the pixels from their printer and what should have been dark silver turned out as off-white. Not going with them again.

Zazzle provided a simple way for me to make the decisions necessary for me to design the business card. I was happy about all the possible designs of art which were numerous and included my favorite topic of animals. Paper color and thickness plus other details gave me a wide range of design choices. I am thrilled with the final result and will no doubt order more business cards from this business.

I have ordered mugs and notecards from this company and have never been disappointed. You can find that special something for anyone on your gift list, or even yourself! The selection is huge and there are unique designs that are hard to find anywhere else. The company does seem to care about its customers.

The item I ordered arrived damaged. I contacted customer service. They refunded my money and I was able to reorder; however, I ordered something similar which hopefully will ship without a problem. I had to pay additional shipping charges. I have not received the replacement.

I ordered just once from this website to get a personalised folder for a friend.
I followed the steps and paid the hefty shipping costs due to the product coming from America to the UK.
To my horror today I've had a charge appear out of nowhere for a year subscription that I will never use and there's no way of me retaining the fees back!
This feels not only frustrating but like I've been cheated and forced to payout extra for nothing. There was no indication about such a subscription beforehand and only found out today when my account funds had been taken! I'm outraged and disgusted with such sneaky behaviours and hope that others will be more cautious if they choose to order anything from this site.
I will never be using the site again and have requested full deletion from the site to be done promptly so they can't cheat me out of anymore money that they don't have rights to.
Tip for consumers:
Be cautious and double check that you aren’t being swindled into purchasing a year subscription!
Products used:
None - was charged a hidden subscription fee without any idea or knowledge that I was going to be charged when I only used the service once to order a folder for a friend.

I signed up for the trial zazzle black then wanted to cancel before the 30 day period was up. There is nothing on their site map to cancel plus I called "customer no service" and could not cancel because I didn't have an order number on a previous product.
Once they have your credit card number they charge you. I simply want a credit back of $9.95. The worst site I ever dealt with.

I have a memorial sign for the grooms father who passed away, and a welcome sign that are STILL in production. I placed the order and paid extra for expedited shipping just so I could get my stuff before my wedding on 8/12. I am a really patient nice person but hearing all these other reviews, it looks like I am not going to get my stuff. I seriously want to cry right now.

I ordered a custom hat 7/27/17(almost a month ago) and it's still in 'Making' status. I sent an email to Zazzle on 8/14/17 about the order, nobody ever responded me. I regret ordering anything from the company and would not recommend it to anyone.

I was looking for quality business cards, the website looked great exactly what I wanted, until they arrived yesterday LATE! The print and colour looks faded, I have black lines down one side of the card from the cut!

Order a Women's Dancing Queen T-Shirt for my sister 27.00 dollars in Large and it comes in a large children's size I'm guessing. It never said I was in the kids department when I ordered. Not happy. To much work to return.

The first time I ordered from zazzle the product was disappointing but their customer service was fantastic, after sending a replacement which was still not right they gave me a credit for the value which sat on my account. It was that credit I used a full year later to purchase the coolest gift. This time around the product was exactly what I expected and I'm thrilled with the experience. I have been purchasing items from Zazzle for years and always had a great experience but I have been waiting on on order of 5 hats (not a new design) since 7/7/17 and have inquired to customer service twice already. They offered expedited shipping but apparently the hats are still being made. The latest response was really sad:
"At this time, we unfortunately still do not have an update for an estimated delivery day and we are extremely sorry about this inconvenience. If you wish to cancel your order, you are of course eligible for a full refund for your order."
I was hoping to order some additional items but will have to look for another company now. I really want my hats!

Our company has placed a few big orders with zazzle through a zazzle rep. Well it looks like the rep is no longer there. I have tried calling their customer service for over a week now to re-order items and every time I call there is over a 30 minute wait no matter what time of day I call. I have reached out via facebook and have sent them emails and still no response from anyone. We are currently looking for another company to order through.

I was searching several sites in order to make an invitation to a client appreciation event I am hosting. I am not the best with the computer. I found many companies were more difficult to set up what I was looking for. Zazzle has several options and was super easy to work with! Had my invitation done in leas than 30 min. Fast shipping at a reasonable price and I had my invitations in had within 3 days! I will use this company for all my business and personal needs!

I ordered a poster for my 13 year olds birthday 18 days ago. I am frustrated that not only hasn't it arrived in the promised 12 days but it hasn't arrived at all!, I can't track it, no-one has replied to the 3 emails I have sent, the phone number is American... I was a little annoyed with this purchasing experience because there were images of the John Carter character (actor Taylor Kitsch) shown as being available for order on a t-shirt (on the Disney Store site) that could not actually be ordered. I finally tried directly through Zazzle and bought two different though less attractive designs. Both shirts are comfortable and the colors are good.
