I ordered a shirt from Zazzle and it was a Large for my husband. It shrunk down two sizes... I had buyers remorse but just figured I'd suck this up... three weeks later I get a PayPal charge for $9.99 from my PayPal account that was NOT authorized NOR did I make another purchase! PayPal is investigating. I have no faith in this company now. Stay Away!

Zazzle is the absolute best! I ordered invitation for my wedding and had an issue with a hotel I had printed on them, they were so kind and helped me with new invitations. The production is quick and seamless while the finished product is PERFECT! Top notch company with such sweet customer service! I'll definitely be using them more in the future.

I ordered my daughter's wedding invites months ago. They came w/out the matching/ printed envelopes so we waited to get those. Then we needed to order 50 more invites. They came w/out matching/ printed envelopes. I've called several times and twice was on hold for more than 40 min. Each time. The third call I asked to speak with a supervisor. Kieran assured me that he would give me an update after checking with his production team. I asked him to please call me and he said he would. No call. The next day I get an email from him telling me that he has no idea of the delivery. The invitations are now ridiculously late to I will have to use the non matching silly white envelopes. This company should NOT be in business!

I ordered custom invitations and envelopes. The invitation's arrived earlier than I expected, they are super fantastic. I also ordered a set of envelopes because I didn't want to use the plain envelopes that came with the invitation. They were not in the box with the invitations. I ordered GOLD LEAF FOIL envelopes, what arrived 2 weeks later was half dyed (green that faded into a mustard yellow color) paper envelopes. Waiting the extra 2 weeks caused me to miss my mailing date. Customer Service did refund my money for the envelopes. But still a very disappointing first time experience and I will not use this service again.

I have been trying to get logo return address envelopes since April, it is now the end of July. My company logo and address were cut off on the original envelopes. After we established that the error was on their end, they offered to re-do them. The new envelopes arrived today exactly the same way. HORRIBLE quality control and customer service. I would like to give them 0 stars.

I recently purchased 1 item and noticed 2 items was listed on the invoice/receipt. I made a complete survey of their website to cancel my order with not success. I did not instructions to click on My Orders, then ID number and then select cancel. The instructions were erroneous and invalid. Currently their is no way to cancel or modify and order through this complaint.
Tip for consumers:
Use extreme caution when placing an order. Should you make an error and order the wrong item, you will not be able to modify, correct or get a refund on an item you ordered by mistake.

Unwanted business cards I did not order. There was no method for canceling the order.

Zazzle has a ton of really interesting stuff. I love the option to customize OR just shop from the stock products offered. Great place to find personalized gifts for just about any occasion. I also love that they run a TON of deals and % off codes through their e-mail program. Makes it easier to justify some really great purchases!

I am so in love with the announcement cards I purchased for my daughter upcoming graduation. The shipping was extremely fast, faster than what was expected. Everything was beyond excellent, just wish the cards had more of a polish look to it, especially for the picture on the back. Besides that, I would so order from this maker again.

I tried reaching out to Zazzle again, as recommended, and they contacted my former company to get details about the order. Bottom line, they made good, fixed the problem, shipping me the item in the correct size. So I'm updating my review from 1 star to 5.

My (former) company placed an order for hoodies for everyone. I requested size 2XL, but was shipped size L, comically way too small for me -- useless. They included a slip of paper claiming they guarantee 100% satisfaction, so I reached out to their support email. They say that "due to data protection" they will only discuss the order with the email address that placed the order.
I recently left my company, and have no intention of going back to them to contact Zazzle about this mis-sized hoodie. So, thanks for nothing, Zazzle. You should stop including the slip with 100% satisfaction claim, since it's clearly a lie. It's obvious from my experience, and from the myriad of other poor reviews here.
Don't bother responding with your standard boilerplate response, claiming concern, and asking us to reach out via email. If you actually read my review, you'll see that I already tried that.

I love their products - but their customer service is incredible! A package of mine was lost in shipping, customer service responded almost instantly, resent the product and even upgraded it to priority shipping. I've bought it from them so many times and I have never been disappointed!

I ordered an insert for my triplet's graduation announcement, a party invitation, and envelopes on 5/18. I spent hours selecting and designing the items. I paid extra for rapid shipping. The envelopes arrived, days late, but at least they arrived. The party invitation arrived 6/3, but over a week late, and the insert I need to send out their graduation announcement never arrived. Their customer service has such a tiny window of availability, I can't believe it. I absolutely would not order from them again. I'm going back to Vistaprint. SO disappointed and frustrated, as I now have to quickly source the inserts somewhere else.

The only problem I had was a typo on my invitations and I expected it to be corrected by the company. Which was just an RDVP date typo of 2029 rather than 2024

Zazzle's regular shipping is ridiculously slow. It is taking at least 7 business days to ship from Kansas to Michigan. It uses UPS Ground Mail and then switches to USPS to make the final delivery. Even USPS could deliver this package faster. Zazzle offers faster shipping but it is exorbitantly priced over actual delivery cost... Zazzle is price gouging it's customers. I'm not sure how they will stay in business with this shipping approach.

I chose zazzle for my baby shower invites because of the large selection and Black Friday sale. However when I got to checkout I was disappointed there was no addressing option. The invites look as they would online but the paper is thin and a little flimsy.

I placed an order on December 6th for 3 photo ornaments as Christmas gifts for my son's first Christmas. I had never heard of Zazzle before but could not find any reasonably priced ornaments from another site. After placing the order, I had read some reviews and was nervous from all the negative feedback. My order said I would receive it in 5-12 business days. I got mine on day 11, the day we had to go out of town to visit family. The ornaments were exactly as we had designed them. We were very pleased with the quality and the grandparents were very happy as well. The only thing I would change from ordering from them next time would be to place my order a bit earlier.
Tip for consumers:
If you're ordering a gift for Christmas, try and order earlier than December.

I ordered some birthday invitations for my child's upcoming laser tag party and Zazzle had some great options for laser tag themed invitations. They were a really good price and great quality. They came well packaged and not bent or damaged in any way. My child is very excited to send these out and wants to save one for themselves because they're so cool!

This site is absolutely the worst. They say it takes 7-21 days but didn't until over a month later. My sister ordered a product they designed, just a simple pillow and it hasn't even shipped yet despite her calling and complaining about it weeks ago. If you want a product from this site for a gift for someone better plan it months in advance!

If you have a special gift for a special occasion, make certain to order it 6 months in advance in case Zazzle rejects the totally appropriate artistic creative text you want to add or Zazzle determines the photos of your friends and family cannot be published for family wedding celebrations..
