The issue was more with shipping, it said it was going to arrive the day after Mother's Day. So I had to quickly but another card for my aunt at Walgreens with the package I planned. When it did arrive I already sent my gift with the new card.

The T-shirt quality was good but the emblem on the shirt was faded. I didn't return the
T-shirt because I will be out of the money for the return (shipping) and left with no product. Really disappointed because this was a gift. I removed the Facebook post that I shared also. Very skeptical about the quality for other products.

Ridiculous how no one is reachable by phone. NEVER. You can send emails back and forth and if you need to talk to someone, fahgetabout it... not even chat... If you need help with your design, you're on your own. If you have a problem with a shipment, again, you're on your own.

I made an order on April 7 and it's just getting shipped. Today is April 15. How long it will take to get here is anybody's guess. I leave on a trip overseas soon and I'm just hoping to have the cards by then.

Bottom line - FRUSTRATING...

I ordered a sign which included a drop down list to order the stand for the sign as well. I did do that, but I think that part of the order failed. I received the sign which was fine but not the stand. They refused to send me a stand without another sign order. Surely I am not the only one this has happened to; very disappointed they could not make a customer happy.

I ordered business cards that looked great on the website. They were not near the quality pictured online when they arrived. The print quality was terrible. I am not happy with the business cards especially since they were more on the expensive side.

The ordering process was easy. I found the baby shower invitations I liked and typed in the personalized information I wanted guests to know. I went on to select all the standard offerings. The card looked great on the screen, and I was excited about my order. But when my invitations arrived, I noticed they were much smaller than what was portrayed on the website and the font was also very small. I am planning to still use these invitations since I paid a good price for them, but I was disappointed in the discrepancy of what I saw when I placed my order versus what I got when I received my order.

I loved the variety of designs offered for baby shower invitations.

Ordered a political sign on 9/18/2020, Didn't get it until October 9.2020. I do accept some responsibility as they are made after the order. Had I realized it would take 23 days to receive the sign I would have gone with someone else. Checking on the order, the sign was not even made until a few day before delivery on October 9,2020. No response on an inquiry. Tracking was via USPS although the sign arrived via UPS. I did get a second sign, even though I ordered only one the following day via USPS. No wire included to install the sign though. At least I wasn't charged for it.

While the customer service and delivery times were excellent (because I paid an inordinate amount of money to expedite), I was very, very disappointed in the quality. The images were not crisp, the printing was a little blurred and the size was quite small (I should have double checked the post card size; however, I have ordered from over 5 companies in the past and assumed it would be a similar size - my fault probably). I had a deadline, so I sent the cards, but I was very embarrassed by what I sent.

Tip for consumers:
if doing post cards or cards, double check size and know they will be less than average in quality

In principle it is quite good, but delivery too long... hier poster.us.com 7-21 working days and quality excellent, and is cheaper, if wish that on a site isn't present it is possible to write on e-mail and they will make and will send

I placed an order on 07/21/17 for stickers and business cards. I received the stickers but the business cards are still showing that they are in production on 08/06/17. I tried calling customer support but was on hold for 15 minutes so I hung up and emailed. I have gotten promt replies from customer service but they STILL can't give me a date when I can expect my business cards. They have upgraded the shipping, and even gave me a shipping credit on a future order but all I want to know is when my business cards will be printed! Zazzle stated that they have had a high volume of orders and some production delays. I understand things like that happen but I was never informed of the issue, or delay of my order. Communication with the customer is key to any good shopping experience. The fact that they still can't give me a date when to expect my cards to be printed is troubling. After I get my business cards I will be using a local print shop for my future business needs.

I ordered monogrammed golf balls, which came loose is a box, the golf balls were rolling around dinging other golf balls. There was no wrapping, no protective measures were put in place. THis is the second Zazzle order that was substandard. I will not be ordering from the site again.

The luggage tag I ordered & received is fine. My complaint is with the so-called "expedited" delivery fee ($14.99) I was charged. The supposed delivery time was 2 days from manufacture, but it was more than a week since I received a e-mail telling me the item was READY TO SHIP. Not very expeditious in my mind, and cetainly not worth that high a fee. I'll think twice before ordering from Zazzle again.

Purchased 2 bags on December 10th for my kids teachers... before ordering it stated "Ships Tomorrow"... yeh right... shipped 3 days after I paid and STILL have NOT received the bags! It is the 19th... VERY DISAPPOINTED... oh... and I paid $6.99 for shipping... will not be ordering from here again

"SHIPS TOMORROW" does not mean it actually ships tomorrow :(

I received the wrong order. When I did receive the correct order, the embroidery was crooked on the hat and the stitching wasn't cleaned up very well. Customer service was friendly, but at no time did they offer a discount or apology despite the errors. Will not use Zazzle again.

Ordered 30th anniversary ornament for a gift.
The ornament is very nice, but you can barely read it so disapointed cannot give as a gift I even ordered velvet bag for it to go in. Sent emails with no response.

They have by far the most unsatisfactory customer service support. I wasn't pleased with their product and asked for them to send corrected ones and they wanted me to jump through hoops to get the items back to them and then wait to have better non-damaged items that had been corrected sent to me. Needless to say I didn't have that much time. I then was tricked into purchasing the Zazzle Black 2-days shipping. I called trying to get it fixed and they could care less. So now I try to use this $40 shipping membership and come to find out it is only 2 days AFTER the product is manufactured! It can be 7 to 10 days for the product to be manufactured THEN 2 days to get to you. Not worth it!

I have had 4 orders with Zazzle. The first was fine. The last 2 were horrible. The wrong size that I had to replace. By the time customer svs returned my email, it was too late. They never offered to refund the money. I then did a poster. There was a spelling mistake. My fault. I wrote an email asking to modify (they offered that svs) I received a return email stating it was too late to modify. Why offer it? They asked if I wanted to cancel. I asked to cancel. Guess, what, it's too late to cancel. Sixty dollars down the drain. I will have to do it all over again. Their customer service is the worst. It's horrible. They shouldn't call it customer svs they do nothing to help customers. I give it 2 stars bc my first order back in 2014 was right.

double-check your spelling. Don't pay for their mistakes.

I checked on their website the ownership of the company. I understand their problems now! This is a family run business with a lot of problems. I waited 22 minutes to get someone from customer service. I must tell you she was very good at helping me. However it was still a 20 minute wait. They are not prepared to handle the Christmas rush. Also they store your credit card information so if you do not want that done you must check a box, which in my case not interested in losing my identity. Here is a grand rip off if you order ONE HOLIDAY CARD YOU PAY 6 DOLLARS SHIPPING COST. Let me say it again a giant rip off. I ordered from another web store and I ordered one card and they shipped it free, in fact all their cards regardless of the amount are shipped free. I doubt that I will use ZAZZLE again.

I've ordered a handful of items with no problems from Zazzle. I decided I would order a couple t-shirts with my logo just to see how they looked. My order was on the 7th of August. The 20th of August the order still says its in the process of "Making". I thought that was maybe an error and sent in an inquiry stating if its on the way please let me know, but if the order has just fallen through the cracks, please cancel it. Well at 4 am today I get an email telling me my order was cancelled. No sorry we screwed up, no we will make it right, just here's your cancellation. No sorry we have had your money since the 7th and it will be another week or more to get refunded. Just disgusted at Zazzle "We promise 100% satisfaction". Might want to change your mission statement.

I bought a card from them, but the card I received was not the right card. I contacted them about it and they said I could just get a credit for a different card. I didn't need a different card, and in the meantime, I had found the card I needed from a different vendor. I told them I prefered to return the item for a refund since I had no use for it. I returned the card unopened in the original sleeve and envelope, mailed with a tracking number in the original envelope. The card was delivered three days later. It is now six weeks since I returned it and they have still not refunded my credit card as requested. Despite several emails to them, I have not received any response. This company has extremely bad customer service. I would not order from them again nor recommend them to anyone.
