I am graduating Sat. May 14th and ordered a custom made shirt for a party I'm having on Thurs. And I have not heard a peep about it since placing the order on Fri. I sent an email and NO response and called the CS dept and have been sitting on hold for 37 minutes or more now; so for now I am not happy with the (Customer) Service. I do not appreciate and/or like this as I need to know if I'm going to have a shirt on Thurs. And if not need to find another alternative.

Ordered 2 recipe binders on dec 8th & dec12th for my college kids per one of them wish. Received 1st one 1 1/2" instead of 1" which makes it bulky (that's partly why I special ordered it) the 2nd never arrived. Called customer service (your wait is 33mins) then explained to the guy (didn't help a bit) then talked to supervisor who said he's on the case & will express ship it & rush making it. Sent emails, called... never received them till Christmas! Horrible timing! They do a good job if you're not in a rush & willing to take risk if it's wrong to have enough time for redo

I ordered a baby blanket on May 28th and every time I check the order status it says that the blanket is still being manufactured however the confirmation email says "please allow 2-3 business day for blanket processing" and "4-7 business days after manufacturing for shipping." It is now June 16th and nothing has changed. My order wasn't shipped even though I paid for the standard shipping. I also have to wait until after 12pm eastern time in order to even speak with a representative to resolve this issue and the wait time is over 20 minutes. I was planning on making other personalized items but I will not be using this website ever again.

The product I received looked great however I didn't change all the original wording from the template and had wrong information on my invite because of zazzles terrible process of customizing. There should be boxes below the template to where you change the wording/info. Instead they make you do this not very intuitive process of clicking in the template itself. I've made invites from several other sites and this by far was the worst process. I did it on my phone so it wasn't very easy to see everything that needed changed. Probably wouldn't use dazzle again because of this and risk messing up again.

I have odered from Zazzle 3 years in a row but this year, they doubled my shipping charges from what the USPS would have charged me!? Why would your bussines do that, especially when you advertise FREE shipping?
I will be ordering from a different bussiness, one that appreciates return customers.

I ordered a pack of cards, a stone, a magnetic photo, and 2 tshirts for what I thought was a good deal. I was very excited about the tshirts I designed for Christmas until they came in. The ink looked as if it faded the farther down the shirt it went. So disapointing. I checked into the return policy and sent a request. They then started emailing me to an old account I had to fight tooth and nails to get into. The response I got was that they cant refund me because I wanted to change the design I never said that I said quality was very poor. So I dont have time now to go thru snother company without paying an arm and a leg in time for Christmas. I did give this company 2 stars because all my other stuff turned out ok hiwever I will not be using Zazzle ever again!

Priced way too high for quality of item. I did receive the item in a timely manner, the colors were as described which is what I needed. However the quality as they described it is not at all what I expected to receive and it's not going to be durable enough for what my youth is I was very disappointed that I had to pay almost $100 for something I could've boughtAt Joannes fabric for $21.

I settled for Zazzle because their print machine can print text in different languages. I ordered a shirt that they claimed to be "MADE IN USA". When I received it, it said it was made in HONDURAS! They refunded my money and let me keep the shirt, but after I washed it once in COLD WATER, the color became faded and spotty! The shirt looks like a faded mess now! I'm upset because I liked the design. DO NOT BUY THEIR SHIRTS! THEY"RE TRASH!

I message Pixella designs repeatedly about the design of the Guessing the Due Date calendar for an upcoming baby shower. The designer never responded. The same cell fed the date of the Sunday and the Monday on the last week on the calendar. Since I used the Pixella design for the invitations that this product matched, I went ahead and ordered it and used 31. I will take a marker and change the 31 to a 30 for Sunday July 30th. Disappointed with this designer.

I order personalized calendars every year as Christmas gifts for family members I have never used zazzle before and I saw a price difference so I decided to try it. The order was placed on December 16 and calendars received just in time for Christmas. The quality was good but my 2019 calendars had ALL 2018 MONTHS! I contacted Zazzle and the company that made them. The only response I got was one email from Zazzle with a credit that was 50% of my order "for future purchase" I thought I made the mistake so I tried again but a different style and company and confirmed the year was correct before I finalized my order THEY PRINTED ANOTHER 2018 CALENDAR! This time I cancelled the order and my payment I'll never use Zazzle again. And I have YET to hear back from my email to the individual who created the original calendar

I wanted to order some t-shirts for my daughter with "Toontown" on them and Zazzle was the only site that had them. They were SUPER expensive for a tee but my daughter is worth it so I ordered. The order went smoothly and the shipping was quick enough but DANG the quality SUCKS! For 25 dollars a peoce you would think that print would be better. I mean these are worst than something you would see at a dollar store. RIP OFF!

The shirt i ordered was custom made, i wrote what i wanted the front and back to say. The shirt was good, everything was spelled correctly, the only thing i didnt like was that the writing is very... splotchy? I guess would be the right word? I feel like if i put it in the washer my 20 bucks will be gone. Looks like they wrote on it with marker or something but not really that bad. Not sure if i can put what im trying to say into words but just say i wont be buying anther custom made shirt from them.

I just got an email saying that my order was cancelled because my billing address and the delivery address do not match. It also states that the department tried to contact me to confirm the address but no email or phone was actually made/sent. I actually called customer service, Yes! They did answer after about 25 mins, the Lady on the other end said there was nothing that she could do, that I have to contact the fraud department. I am getting married in less than a week and this was going to be my wedding gift to my loved one yet it might not make it on time Because I HAD TO REORDER! Yes I PLACED THE ORDER AGAIN!
Hopefully someone gets back to me as soon as possible and this gets resolve quickly I have less than 8 days now for this to get deliver!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... SO FAR...

I ordered this product on January 8th and paid for 2-3 day shipping. This was a birthday present. I received notification that it was shipped on the 12th. Not a problem, the birthday was on the 18th, plenty of time. I tracked the package, the label was printed and prepared for the agent on the 12th, but the package didn't even go to "Origin Acceptance" until the 18th! In the same town of Greenville NC. Then once the package, that I paid extra for arrived, I found the box of business cards had been placed in a mailing envelope and had been crushed in transit. The business cards were spilling out of the box and some of them were crushed/bent. So essentially I paid extra for a damaged, late product.

I ordered my daughter's customized return address labels for her wedding invitations on July 11th. I had organized two of my friends to help me prepare the invitations for mailing. They were set to come over on Tuesday, July 19th - which was the date that the return address labels were expected. However, I had to cancel, because the return address labels were delayed. They did not arrive until Wednesday, July 20th. The invitations were mailed late (on Thursday, July 21st) - because of the return address labels.

Zazzle is a website where users can design and sell a variety of customized products, the design lab they offer is very simple to use due to the self-explanatory steps involved and installed guides making it very user-friendly. Also, users can set up their own store and promote their own brand. However, despite these positive attributes, users who wish to sell certain clothing items such as customized underwear along with other miscellaneous products, are very limited in what types of items they want to specialize in. For example, my best selling items were customized shoes that made some sales. After making a few sales with these items, they ran out of stock and Ive been waiting several months for them to restock. Also, anyone who wishes to design and sell other items such as customized underwear will be disappointed, as it has been over a year since these items have been available despite them still being an option on the website. Because of their lack of available items, I have to say this website does not provide a stable foundation for artists who have special or specific niches. The lack of consistency in their stock options makes using this website a hassle to the point the user-friendly design platform simply does not make up for it.

Tip for consumers:
If you come across a specific product (s) that becomes your bread and butter for sales, don't expect it to be long-term due to Zazzle's ineptness in item stock management.

I got a notification that my package arrived to find out later it never did. I called and was told a replacement would be sent on express shipping. I called again two days later to find out that the replacement has NOT EVEN BEEN PROCESSED and that now they are going to ask production to make it. This site is messy and I don't even know if I will be getting my order at all. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but I DO NOT RECOMMEND. THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR ORDER UNLESS YOU CONTINUE TO CALL EVERYDAY.

Consumer Beware! Zazzle engages in deceptive and potentially unlawful selling practices. The company advertises products not currently in stock and charges consumers credit card for unavailable inventory. Additionally, Zazzle staff fails to inform consumers that their orders have not been processed and will not automatically issue a refund for unfulfilled orders unless requested by the consumer. Moreover, to avoid refunding consumers for non-receipt of merchandise, Zazzle staff will offer expedited shipping at no additional cost including deceptive assurance of eventual receipt of purchased goods. Consumers can contact their banking institution to request full refund for non-receipt of purchased items and/or submit a consumer complaint to the Federal Trade Commission.

UPDATE: ZAZZLE posted a response to my review claiming an intent to contact me to further address my consumer concerns. However, their disingenuous gesture was only an attempt at "online damage control" since their company never contacted me via phone, text, or email. Suffice it to say, "They talk the walk but fail to walk the talk'!

I have had several issues as of late with Zazzle. The most recent is a t-shirt I purchased as a gift and wanted to exchange for a larger size. The shirt runs small. I did the on-line exchange as directed by your website and was given a claim number. That was several days ago. I have had no response from customer service through email. I have tried calling the customer service number and have been on-hold several times at 30 minutes plus and I just hang up out of sheer frustration from hearing the same message about your customer service guarantee and how you are experiencing such high call volumes with longer than normal wait times and never speaking to a live person. No matter what time of day I call, I get the same message. Zazzle lacks customer service and that is bad business practice. I am so frustrated. My Christmas cards were also lost in the mail for several weeks and I went through all the same trying to get in touch with someone in customer service. I spent hours on the phone then. I will just plan on not doing business with Zazzle in the future and will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow to dispute the charge since Zazzle is not living up to its promise of complete customer satisfaction.

Tip for consumers:
Zazzle has terrible customer service. If you need to contact them plan on spending hours on end on hold. I guess they are experiencing such high call volumes with customer complaints as this website would indicate.

I typically do not write reviews, but as I am on hold because I cannot get in touch with customer service I am going to share my experience. I placed an order on 7/26 for custom stamps for save the dates and I too have been experiencing the production delays that everyone else has. The frustrating part is I would have much rather been told on the website up front that there were production delays and it could take 3 weeks to a month to receive the product. I will say that the first time I called customer service Aaron was SO professional and such a DELIGHT. He was genuinely interested in making the problem right. I also am very aware that often customer service centers are TOTALLY separate from the production facility. This is an unfortunate turn of events as I feel anxiety now about getting the stamps. I have been upgraded to 1 day UPS air delivery, but when I reached out to UPS they said to contact the seller because they did not have a package, even though on the website it says shipped yesterday. My advice to Zazzle, if anyone is listening, is to put on your website you are experiencing production delays. You can save many brides, mothers, customers, etc. anxiety about needing the orders in a timely manner. I will not be using zazzle for the wedding stamps. I spent $190 on stamps for save the dates and I am choosing to go with another company for the actual wedding stamps. I genuinely hope that Zazzle gets this figured out as I genuinely liked the way the stamps looked as opposed to other companies.
