I ordered a custom made pillow with my family's pictures on it for a Mother's Day gift. I instead received someone else's pillow. Not one picture on it was of my family. I contacted Customer Service. No apology. I was told to take a picture of the item and email it to them as proof. I did. Nothing. I contacted again. Was told that usually they require the item back before correcting an error but they will send me the pillow with my family's pictures. So far, nothing. I was told by the customer service rep to "donate " or keep the pillow with the other family's pictures on it. WTH would I do with a pillow that is covered in another family's pictures?
I'm sure that the family would not appreciate if they knew. Awful customer service. Oh and, Happy Mother's day... late. If a pillow ever even gets here at all. I wont hold my breath, i went the day before and bought a different gift for my mother. I will never use Zazzle again for anything.

I placed an order back in October and still have yet to receive it. I have contacted the company via email multiple times with no response. This is completely unacceptable. I purposely placed my order before the holiday season to prevent delays and I am still experiencing that. This is ridiculous. I will never shop here again and suggest you don't as well.

Ordered on 12/7/13 special tee shirt. Email said qued for shipping, site says shipped on 12/11/13. Called several times, wanted me to leave number and message, finally did. That night at almost midnight, got email, saying They had called, but I didn't answer, not true! Then tried the email route 2 times, received very generic answer, that I should check tracking. USPS, I tried this on several occasions, kept getting messages saying tracking number invalid. Awful customer service. I will try to get my money back from my bank after Christmas, that should be fun. Never again will I order from Zazzle, and I hope you do not either!

Beautifully done and printed picture looks fabulous. There was 2 spelling mistakes. One is from the template "cocktails" is missing the K and then I mistyped a word. Due to my time crunch we could not reorder. Other than that, it was perfect.
Cheaper price and could get exactly what I wanted looks wise.

The holidays can be (and usually are) quite stressful. Often adding to that stress are several instinctive fears, when ordering custom items as gifts, that range from "will it be correct" to "will it get here in time". It is my distinct pleasure to report that the good people at Zazzle did every thing they possibly could to make my custom order gift giving as pleasant an experience as possible. There is no doubt that their work load increases drastically during that time of year, but they went above and beyond in taking care of my orders! Not only were the items on time but they were also produced with Zazzles obvious commitment to quality. I would recommend Zazzle to anyone at any time!

I ordered a tote bag which came quickly but it was a piece of crap. Cheap, thin, poor quality design. I had to actually print out a form to return it (don't know of any other website that requires this) and the form requires an "RMA" number. No customer service at the 800 number on weekends. Sent an email. 2 emails later they are still trying to avoid having me return this item and still have not given me an RMA #. The "Zazzle Promise" clearly states "If you don't love it, we'll take it back. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt." Clearly they need to add a no-hassle policy. I will never order from them again. I can get more or less all the same on amazon who will not hassle me.

This is my second time working with Zazzle for a family reunion. Their designs are great - lively, welcoming and colorful. They were perfect on both occasions( I sent "save the date" cards as well as invites). People commented on both cards. Love them!

I really enjoyed using this service/website! There are so many templates to choose from and each one is completely customizable! I ordered baby shower invitations and they turned out so much better then I anticipated! They are great quality! Also, shipping was very quick! They arrived within 4 days! Awesome service! I ordered collapsable 2" cubes that look like peach bamboo and are perfect for party favors. I used them to make baby blocks for a shower. I had to order more because the USPS erroneously marked all of our mail as forwarded. The customer service never questioned it when I described that my shipment was headed back to Zazzle and they shipped out a replacement overnight with UPS. I could not be more pleased.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I was promised a refund on 12/14/2017 which they say would take 45 days... repeat 45 days to get back on my credit card. It is now February 13th and still no refund on my credit card. Called after 40 days waiting and they say that my refund got lost and it would take another 45 days to process. WHAT! Next stop... BBB to file complaint.

The first T shirt they sent was the brand and color selected and the design placement was good but the print quality was terrible. Sent my request for replacement. They sent an email letting me know that they would contact me in one to three business days. Never heard a thing and contacted them again. Still no response. Then two weeks later from original request a replacement t shirt shows up. It was not the t shirt from the original order. The print quality was better but the design was too low. It falls under my breasts. Zazzle won't allow me to review this purchase online.
Tip for consumers:
I wouldn’t use this sight for any custom work, they just can’t seem to get it right. If I knew they were going to send a poor quality replacement I would have asked for a refund.

I ordered three items using Zazzle. Some personalized wrapping paper - this was a good experience - and some printed cocktail napkins and paper coasters with my own art work - these were a disaster. The napkins came in ok but then I received the coasters and they came in with the artwork printed off center (twice) then the gray color (90% of the background on both the napkins and the coasters) was very different between the two. Both had the same artwork. The napkins were a very dark brown gray the coasters a medium battleship gray which was more like what I had created with the art work. So I asked Zazzle to try to match the color a bit better and after two tries I just gave up and asked for a refund. On an up note - their customer service is excellent - good thing, as my experience with the product was anything but. I will never use them them for printing again.

I have had some good results from Zazzle, however, when things went bad, they went VERY bad. I ordered bags to give as gift bags for an event, paid extra for expedited shipping, had been in touch with customer service for almost 2 weeks and the estimated arrival date came and went with the product never even being made. The event also came and went. Customer service agents were all deceivingly helpful, they each said they would be "reaching out to production" and would "follow up" with me, but nothing ever came of it. They apparently have no interaction with manufacturers, who can apparently do as they please. If you use Zazzle, do NOT rely on the dates they provide and give yourself at least a 3 week window, even with 1-2 day shipping.

I ordered some stickers for wedding favors. They were going to arrive august 3rd. When checking shipping status, it looked like it was still in production. I contacted customer service and am just getting responses without any real answers. I think I am a pretty understanding person, but this is related to my wedding. I don't think they understand the urgency in this. I do not even trust them enough to cancel this order and just place another one. I'm really disappointed because I've had great experiences in the past with zazzle.

The maximum period for standard delivery is 12 business days only and it's already over. And I felt so disappointed. Please don't mess with people and don't give false promises. I suggest Zazzle keeps whatever promises that has been made during the order and should try to fulfill customers needs. Seeing negative reviews, I was wary of ordering (five clocks) from Zazzle, so I committed to writing a review for others in a similar predicament. Anyway, all fine except for the appearance, in particular the rather severe problem that it is hard to read the time off them. Some designs I couldn't get with numbers, unfortunate but I knew about that. A worse problem is black clock hands on largely dark backgrounds - not an intelligent design.

I originally wanted the eye chart mug but I added in an extra image. It came right before Christmas. Fantastic quality. The mug was wrapped with multiple layers of bubble wrap. ABSOLUTELY 100% recommend.

I ordered an ornament online from Zazzle on Dec. 7. Plenty of time (and they promised) that it would get to me 3 days before Christmas. I had a whole Christmas present production planned around this ornament. I was going to do a Christmas elf flash mob of 1 for my bachelor friend who doesn't decorate. I had a wee tree and candy canes and got my costume out of storage. The ornament arrived Dec. 27th ruining the entire event. Then, the ornament's hole for hanging wasn't even centered. I reached out twice to them and didn't get a reply. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company. Unacceptable!

I ordered 3 shirts. All of them much larger than stated in the listings. I got a refund for one of them but not for the other two. Customer service told me that they refunded me for the other shorts but I never saw it on my credit card and it's been over a week. Also, the print and the colors are often not as clear and vibrant as seen the photos. I would think they are made in China in a low quality warehouse. Lots of other people have complained about not getting a refund when they said they did. Beware.

The review of my personalized product is already on the Zazzle site, but to make it short, they reproduced on the product a 1955 black & white photo, taken with a child's box camera of the time, which had been scanned in and cropped, and it came out perfectly with just the text I wanted with it. The first one arrived damaged in shipping, broken handle. A quick E-mail with an attached photo of the damage resulted in a second one delivered within a week, with perfect image just like the first, no hassles and no extra charges. They make a good product and they give excellent service, particularly when one considers we are on opposite coasts of the USA.

I needed a special card for my husband's birthday but wasn't finding anything in the stores. Then it dawned on me that I could make exactly what I had in mind on a site like this. I had never tried Zazzle before, even though I'd heard of it previously. I found the entire process very easy. The card came out great, and it arrived in the mail in a few days. It cost me around $4 total, which wasn't bad considering it was a custom thing.
I had a good experience with them, but I'm sad to see that others have not. I will keep that in mind if I ever decide to make something more complicated on their website.
My husband loved his birthday card and personally I would consider using Zazzle again for something small and simple like this.

I ordered 75 Christmas photo cards in 2020, photo received 3 days before christmas through snail mail. I don't understand why a company like this would USPS. The photo was very blurry. In the trash they went. So they issued me a full refund credit. Ok used the credit this year 2021 Nov 30,2021. Have yet to receive my order today is December 13th. At this point they are backlog in NJ post office. Getting all my money back and will never order from Zazzle again. Going to CVS from now on for my christmas photo cards.

After my frustration and disappointment with invitations sent originally having a misprint, the team at Zazzle fixed the issue. They fixed the issue and expedited the baby shower invitations so that I could get them out in a timely manner!
I give them 4 stars for the original mistake however was pleased with the final product and going above and beyond to fix their error!

Why on gods green earth would you not double check your product going out before it hits the printer is beyond me? They offered a 15% discount to reorder them.
