3 of my orders passed their delivery dates by weeks. I've spent hours with customer service on the phone and email (12+ times regarding the 3 orders). After all this, the best I was able to gain was some store credit, and 2 of the 3 orders were canceled.

They may be responsive when you post a public review, but fair warning - they will take more than 1-2 business days (Zazzle's promise) to respond to your emails, and will likely just offer an apology with no actual benefit. Also, they may issue a "code red" (meaning they will produce and ship that day or the next) to placate you, but I had this happen twice and even still, days passed and the items remained in production.

Unfortunately, I have over $100 in store credit here that I'm stuck using. I'm dreading using this "money" at this company given the past interactions.

Please be wary about your orders.

I had an image I wanted printed of my fan art. They refused saying I needed permission from the artists. I was very disappointed as this was something I created with my hands, my original art. Just drawings of rappers and most not even recognizable by them, yet they wouldn't allow it. There are way better printing companies to go with that can print it. Bye bye. The only thing going for them is their nice 3d preview when designing.

I ordered three t-shirts as Christmas presents. I placed the order on 12/11/16. They were supposed to arrive between 12/20 and 12/22. It is now 1/10/17. Still nothing. All I've gotten was one e-mail after I complained the first time (but I had the misfortune to complain on Thursday, 12/22. And wouldn't you know it? All Zazzle employees were off on Friday, 12/23 - seriously? You're in retail during the holidays! So I didn't hear anything about my complaint till 12/27.). Nothing since.

Zazzle canceled our graduation photo card because my son was wearing a sweatshirt from the university he will be attending. The cancellation email stated that it was in conflict with their content guidelines... But then offered to sell me some of their officially licensed Zazzle merchandise. Ha! I gave my order to minted.com. I will not waste my time with Zazzle again. So disappointed. Happy there are other options out there!

Worst website ever! They make horrible work, print words on top of words, then make you go through a horrible and long process to get your money back, and charge $7 for shipping for one card. But do I get that money back? Nope. Horrible, ridiculous and will never order from them again.

I tried to make a tie of a math problem. They think it's too similar to a bugs life. I don't think anyone wants to make ties anymore. The customer support is terrible. The people at chat say they can only help if I'm having trouble making the item. Seriously, find another site.

Disappointing would be putting it mildly. I ordered a mother's day gift 2 weeks before the date. It STILL has not arrived. When I contacted the customer service rep, all he kept saying was 'it'll arrive next week.' Of course, this never happened. It's insulting that they continue to lie on their estimated timeline. And when I ask for them to be more accurate, they simply say they can't. I will say, they did offer a refund. But I want the gift I ordered and have been waiting for, for over a month now! Downright pathetic.

If so could give this a -5 for customer service. I order business cards 3 weeks ago and they still can not give me a status on.my order. I honestly think they are going to take my money and that's it. They double charged me to begin with, however I did get that back, but the cards I believe are never coming. Please take my advice and go a different route for your business cards.

I ordered a package a month ago and still have not received anything. I keep tracking my package via "iparcel" and it hasn't updated in over a week. WTH! I paid the extra money for quicker shipping and was told it would arrive with 6-12 days. I will never use zazzle again. What a bunch of scammers. Warning to anyone who is thinking about buying something from zazzle, DONT DO IT.

We absolutely love our invitations! And I am not complaining at all. I just wanted that anybody ordering a matte finish will be very aware that this is very flat paper it does not have any sealed look to it at all and so darker colors like black look more like dark gray.

I've worked at a helpdesk and I know how draining answering calls can be. However, Kathy answered my call promptly... there was no wait time. Kudos to Zazzle for properly staffing this department. Kathy was cheerful, very knowledgeable and I had my issue resolved in no time. It was the most pleasant customer service I've ever recienced and I hung up the phone in a better mood Bc of Kathy. I wish she would assist me with my internet issues lol! I hate calling that help desk. :). Give this girl a promotion!

2 months and no t-shirt still. I know you guys play at the artist thing so I allowed some space for that level of incompetence but this is somthing else.

I ordered my original set of 100 because i absolutely loved the look and how customized i was able to get it. They came in and I loved them. I ordered double this time around because i am getting busier and i had basically run out. They came in and they looked off when i took a few from the front, i grabbed the last one i had from my old batch and i confirmed that the new batch has a big sizing issue and they just look so off. Looking into the box they were in from the size and it's clear that they are all different sizes.
I've emailed customer service. We shall see what they have to say. I have a business event in 3 days and have no choice but to use business cards that look like crap.

If I could give "no stars", I would! I am beyond frustrated and disgusted with this company. Their so called customer service department is non existent. I ordered a very important Christmas gift for my son on 12/8 and was supposed to receive it within 4-7 business days. It still hasn't even shipped and its 12/24! After numerous emails with no response and hours upon hours on hold, with no answer, I am beyond disgusted. Thanks Zazzle for the worst online purchase experience I have ever received. And thanks for not sending the present that my 7 year old was wanting the most. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and filing fraudulent charges with my credit card company since of course you charged my card right away for a product that was never received.

I have been a long time fan of Zazzle products. This is my go-to place for all things creative, for gifts and for event planning especially. I recently found myself in a situation, with my daughter's bridal shower happening in a "too close for comfort" order situation, and Jon, in Zazzle's customer service department, absolutely made all the difference in my being able to get my order in for timely delivery. We took our Granddaughter to Disney World this year and she fell in love with Grumpy and Jasmine. These two beautifully made ornaments, customized with her name and the year, will be wonderful reminders of a happy time. She will treasure them for a long time - and not least because they are unbreakable. The colors are bright and just right, and the images are exactly the Disney characters. I recommend these ornaments wholeheartedly.

After my original invites for my first baby shower arrived damaged, I was pleased to get Kathy as my customer service rep. She addressed all my concerns, made sure my replacements were quickly sent out and went the extra mile to keep me as a customer. I have bought many things from Zazzle, and they were always high quality so never in a million yeard did I think if I chose the economy tee that it would be such terrible print quality. I thought the tee itself may not be as nice, but I didn't realize the printing on the tee would appear lighter and cheap-looking. The Scooby and Minnie tee are simply not usable.:-( So upset.
