The website was very clear and understandable. Every product I've ordered came in on perfect time and the quality of the products were mint! Love this site so much! They are the best site for personalized items!

Be very careful to do simple math before you check out. On two separate occasions I use their promotional code to get 40 to 50% off and various purchases. Problem is once I reached the check out stage I realize that in most cases they were only giving me about 15% to 20% off. When I emailed the company about this, they emailed me back stating they were sorry I had an issue with my return! That wasn't even my issue and neither time did they address that proper discount had not been given. I even called to complain and was left on hold for over 20 minutes without anyone picking the phone up. This company is a sham and a joke! Don't waster your money!

I found these invitations for my daughters first birthday that I loved and couldn't find anywhere else. I couldn't order the amount I wanted so had to order two separate amounts. What I ended up with were $40.00,15 index size invites that are barely readable and look like they were done on a printer that I could have done myself. I ordered wedding invites online from a different retailer and they were gorgeous and I was able to get a couple hundred for a couple hundred dollars. I won't be using zazzle again.

The user interface for uploading and cropping images to put on the shirt felt very intuitive, and then the delivery was even faster than expected which was appreciated.
The texture and appearance of the print on said shirt is pleasing.
I did some minor research and didn’t see much negative feedback about this service, so I decided to take a chance.

I ordered two 1000 piece puzzles for during this pandemic and not only received them after 2 months after ordering but I received one puzzle with 30 oversized piece and one puzzle with 200 pieces. The worst part is the box it came in. A poor quality box with the smallest picture on the front as a reference photo. Extremely disappointed with this purchase and will never purchase from this website again.

Ordering was simple and they had the best options of all the sites we checked out. There were a few customizable features that were annoying, but it was technical stuff- like not being able to move the photo around. The overall cost and quality were great! I truly love our invitations.

Terrible customer service. Placed an order and it was cancelled without any notification. Was told that "typically" an email is sent. Had I not checked the tracking order I wouldn't have even known. This was a time sensitive gift. Waited on hold for over 45 minutes for a rep who was not even friendly or courteous. Horrible place, will never order from here again

Customized the Elmo invitation for our sons first birthday. They arrived FASTER than my estimated arrival window, and the quality is exactly what you pay for. The colors are vibrant, the print is clear, and the card stock is durable so we can keep an invite forever to look back.

Great place to make custom football buttons. Have helmets in different colors and you can customize the number and team and player names. Received many compliments on sons football button. Great colors and the buttons are well made.
I also used Zazzle to order a photocopy of my sons football picture that was on our local news website. Great way to capture the moment.

I ordered graduation invitation cards using Zazzle's custom design process. It was easy to use, and the cards turned out beautifully. Later, I found out unexpectedly that I needed to order additional cards. Zazzle's customer support hero, Kathy, truly was a hero. She was very friendly and provided me with excellent service. I was pleased with the prompt delivery but 2 things I was not happy about. 1. I misspelled a common word. I am so used to spellchecker that I did not go back and fix it. My bad. I sent them out anyway because of a time constraint.
2. Some of the backs of the invitations look like you were running out of ink.

I chose an online design of address labels that I liked... BUT when they arrived, the printing was very pale... almost faded. I expected them to be dark/black. To make things worse, the size of the print/font was too small. Bottom line, the address labels are very challenging to read. I haven't used them yet... but let's hope the glue works!

Horrible... bureaucratic idiots
Zazzle refused to print a poster for me because the poster contained the picture of a sign of Mt. Bachelor and they said I had to get a release from the resort? This poster was for may daughter commemorating her participation in the Junior Olympics held at Mt. Bachelor. Basically, they refuse to print any image that has a copy righted logo. They claim it is copy right law... so I guess every private use photo that has any logo or image that is copy righted must have a release before they print it... they need to get real. Don't waste your time with these folks

I ordered some business cards for my new cleaning business & was not impressed. I love the design I chose but the cards did not come the way I expected. There are white/blue specs down the front of the cards that are very noticeable & as you can see the edges of the card just look terrible. Very disappointed.

I ordered 2 puzzles 2 months ago. When I contacted the customer service last month, they credited my account for the shipping. Impossible to track a shipment. The puzzles arrived today. In a plain white shirt box with a picture of the puzzle on the outside. The boxes had both been opened with the mostly loose pieces, some were still attached. I put them in a sandwich size ziplock bag. It was supposed to be 100 pc. For a kids puzzle. The pieces barely took up a third of the sandwich bag. Live and learn. Judy S from Manchester, NJ

I'm kind of glad I didn't see some of these reviews before I ordered ornaments from Zazzle because I would have been persuaded not to do so. I ordered three personalized ornaments (one with original photo) and I am very impressed with the quality and fast shipping I received. I'm sorry not everyone has had the same experience. I have been telling my friends about how great and easy it was to get some great unusual stuff from your site. Unfortunately I looked at the status of my main order today and it seems it has been cancelled? LOVE the customization opportunity, very cool. I made three totes for teachers (to give as gifts) with their names on them, but the colors on them didn't look bright when I received them in the mail. This might be because I bought the "budget totes." The black image looked like a light grey. But they're still readable and customized, so I'm still looking forward to giving the totes as gifts!
The buttons I bought were bright and PERFECT! Exactly as pictured. AND on sale! It was fun to create the font style, add names to personalize, and see the finished product arrived well before expected.
In March, I plan on ordering a different tote for myself (I'm a teacher) for my birthday. Not the budget tote.
