I've used Zazzle several times and was very happy with their products, until I had to return something. A month ago I ordered a couple of t-shirts. I need to return one of them because it is not true to size (too small). However, you cannot return anything to Zazzle without first getting an RMA #, which you must do by contacting them. I've been trying for over 2 weeks now to get this number without success - 3 online RMA forms, 1 email to customer service (*******@zazzle.com), and 1 phone call (I never actually spoke with a person, I was just on hold for over 26 minutes), and I still have not heard a single word from them. They have a 30 day return policy, so I think they are just waiting me out until the 30 days has passed and they can tell me that it's too late.
I will never buy from them again, which is unfortunate, because I really did like their stuff.

Ordered a card in January 8. January 10 received an email saying the item is shipped. No tracking provided, but just a date expectancy of 5-12 business days. 13 business days passed and I contacted customer care. Customer care said I have to wait 17 days to be sure I don't receive it before they do anything. Keep in mind I ordered well in advance to ensure this would arrive on time. I asked them to ship another one. They refused. I asked for a refund. They offered refund for the item but not the shipment. On top of that they said, if I should receive the item after I get my refund that I should "donate" it or "shred" it. What kind of a joke is this company?
I should've read all the reviews prior to even thinking this company was legitimate.
Customer service extremely poor.

I ordered an invitation off zazzle for my baby shower and I edited the way I wanted and everything and when it can in the mail it only had a portion of the words I had on it. I even paid 20 extra dollars for fast shipping and when I tried to call them back way before 5 they kept me on hold for two hours and no one answered I definitely would not recommend this website for anything custom

On two occasions I have ordered personalised greetings cards from this company and they gave never turned up. I have emailed them on a number of occasions to ask for a reason and a refund but have heard nothing from them at all. The cards were both for special occasions and this gas been a couple of years apart so no excuse for a specific purchasing time - I feel cheated and gave been surprised at sone if the positive feedback written in reviews.

I ordered this personalised birthday card on 7 Oct & received an email on 9 Oct to say it was awaiting courier collection. However, the tracking record shows it wasn't shipped until 13 Oct! It eventually arrived on 19 Oct - 8 business days after it was ready for dispatch. I had paid extra for standard shipping which zazzle claim takes 5-7 business days - this had taken 8 business days. But that's not the end of it - when the card finally arrived, the quality was very poor, with ink smudges on the personalised message inside. As the card was late arriving it's left me no time to get a replacement. Very dissatisfied - I won't be using zazzle again.

I placed an order my husband needed (he gives Zazzle coasters as gifts to team members) but we moved and I changed our billing address but neglected to change the shipping address. My mistake! We went to our old address and no package on the porch, no one answers the door, and they have an unlisted phone number. I called to see if Zazzle could track the package... but to my delight, amazement, and awe the representative placed me on hold and came back and said we did all we could to get our package and Zazzle is sending a replacement at no charge. I am a customer for life and will tell everyone about this company. Thank you!

I ordered numerous items on November 30, all for Christmas presents with a delivery of December 9-13. I have received some of the items and they are cute. However I ordered 4 custom mugs that I need before Christmas. It is now the 19th and they still show MAKING. I have emailed Zazzle twice with no reply. After waiting 1 hour and 4 minutes I spoke to someone at customer service last week who said he would expedite my delivery. Still no update. They have not even been shipped. Two of these are for my bosses at work and I am going to be so embarrassed that I have nothing for them for Christmas.

I attempted two times to order 6 different holiday ornaments for my family. The first time there was a problem with one ornament that I did not want customized and because I chose not to customize it they cancelled my entire order. So I reordered the ornaments, but took out the problem ornament and put in a different one. The one customized ornament I did select I was careful to fill in all the information as directed. It's for a graduation so it includes the graduates name, school name and date of graduation. Apparently I can not include the school name because it is a trademark / licensing infringement and they CANCELLED my entire order again. I'm done. No patience for a company that can not address a problem with a single item and choose instead to loose $90 of revenue.

My order was incomplete. An item was missing from my order. I have contacted them twice and have not received a reply. I had to bring this issue to Paypal to be resolved. Beside from a very poor customer service, the resolution being used is of lowest quality. I would strongly suggest everyone to stay away from this site.

Ordered a pair of personalize car mats for my daughters Christmas Gift on 12/14. I was guaranteed my order before Christmas, even paid for 2 day shipping for extra security to ensure it would be received. No Car Mats, and no email to advise me that my order would be delayed. Called customer service, on hold for 1hr and still no assurance. I have read great reviews, but this experience has made me very bitter towards services provided. Never Again!

I recently ordered a small keychain, totally $30 including shipment. When zazzle needed extra info to complete the purchase, they immediately emailed to contact me the next day.
Shipment was supposed to arrive in 8-12 days. It has been 21 days since. Emailed zazzle regarding the shipment and whether there was avenue for a refund if it does not arrive. Surprise surprise... there was no reply from zazzle.
Am blocking the payment of my credit card and I hope ppl out there can read this and refrain from doing business with zazzle, its not worth the hassle.
It says a lot about a company which replies the next day so as to confirm the purchase to get your money, but ignores the enquiry email when it they fail to deliver.

I have a history with Zazzle and I order from this site when I have a party or if I need customized stickers. They also ship right away.
They have lots of designs to choose from or you can customize your designs.

I admit I was very skeptical that I would receive such beautifully designed invitation cards with envelopes for such an excellent deal. To my surprise, the invitation cards met beyond expectations--beautiful, nice card stock and just as described. We recieved many compliments.
The only thing I had some difficulty with was uploading the information to order the cards--it seemed simple, but saving the personalized text took a few tries. This was a minor inconvenience given the excellent results. I would re-order again.
It was fast printing and shipping. There were also a variety of options for different budgets.

I can't track my order because I can't sign in, despite having saved my password with LastPass. The "Forgot Password?" link doesn't work. Customer service ("Niall") responded to my detailed-email simply with a link (that came broken because it was pasted incorrectly) saying I can track my order simply using the order #, and the link led... directly to a sign-in page. Sigh. You can't even get an email for help for this company without signing in -- I had to Google others' complaints to get the support email in the first place. This is a very difficult company to deal with (as opposed to, say, Cafe Press or Etsy) and I won't be using Zazzle again. Hopefully my goods come, because I can't track them.

I ordered a tshirt from Zazzle for a birthday gift. My credit card was charged immediately. I received notice that it was shipped 4 days later, but it never arrived. I waited a week before I contacted a Zazzle Customer Service Hero. She told me that she would "forward a replacement request to the production department for initiation." A week after that, I contacted another Hero who said that the production team is "working diligently... to produce my replacement." I have tried calling and have waited over 30 minutes each time without speaking to Heroes. They have my money and will not give me any estimate when I may receive my shirt, at best a belated birthday gift. This will be the last time I order anything from Zazzle.

I had a shop with my art on for about 10 years and I made a little bit here and there when someone bought something, never much, just a few pounds. Then someone ordered 210 cards with my original artwork on and Zazzle told me I would only be getting £20, where the cost for them would have been well over £500. I realise printing costs and delivery has to come out of that, but I am supposed to accept that I have made less than 1p for every copy of my artwork they printed! No way. When I contacted them about it they just said that the customer had used a discount promotion! LIke I agreed to that! Nope. I have now deleted all my art from the website and won't be using them again.
UPDATE: I did set my rate to 25% which clearly I did not get, so no it didn't clear things up and I have removed my designs from your rip off site.

As for your royalties that you gain after a sale, please keep in mind that you can set the percentage at any number you want, so that you may dictate what you earn from a sale. This has always been the case, and we have always encouraged our designers to set their royalty at a higher rate if you feel that the artwork and design has taken you a considerably longer amount of time to make.
In regards to customers using discounts, as stated in Zazzle's Non-Exclusive License Agreement:
'Marketing & Promotions. Zazzle may market, promote, and sell Products on zazzle.com, on other websites, and/or through distributors and wholesale or retail channels. Zazzle reserves the right to run promotions (including volume discounts and special sales discounts). Zazzle is responsible for the cost of promoting the offer and producing and fulfilling the orders, and you acknowledge that your Royalty will be based on the amount of revenue Zazzle actually receives for the sale of Products."

Great quality invitations... happy with the ease of your on-line design tools. If I could make one suggestion, it would be for you to overprint a handful of invitations as a couple of them had a color bleed issue and are unusable.
