I was looking for a telegram style save to date to fit with our ghost town themed wedding. I found a great design on Zazzle, easily personalized it with our information and received the postcards a week ahead of the expected delivery date.

I ordered Christmas gifts on November 28. They were due to arrive on December 8. I contacted them five times before Christmas (including two phone calls when I waited over an hour on hold each time) and two times since Christmas. I have yet to receive the order.

Hi guys I decided to give you a go. But so disappointed when I received my purchase of a personalised passport cover. It looked like a skinny piece of cardboard I cannot give this as a gift it looked too cheap so went out and bought something else

After several attempts at designing my invitation, I was able to save and order it. The save process on the custom designs could be a little better, but the product was exactly what I hoped for and I received it very quickly. I will order from Zazzle again.

I was very impressed with the entire process. I was able to easily navigate my way around the website and find what I was looking for. I placed an order and recieved it only 7 working days later (as I live in Australia). I was so happy when I saw the finished product. We needed a personalized gift for our son's white coat ceremony, and Zazzle's website was the only place I was able to have something shipped in time. The gift we ordered was perfect and arrived when it was scheduled. We were very pleased with the product and service.

Made a great design, ordered it, paid for it, everything was going great, then they cancelled my order, failed to communicate it to me, then completely left me hanging and didn't try to help out. I get it, there are some designs that they are not allowed to produce, but I really wish they would have told me this ahead of time and made a better effort to tell me my order was cancelled.

Ordered buisness cards and paid extra to have certain date. Day came and went, called customer service, she read off script. Item shipped to address that was 4 years old, no contact except the generic one stating my order is shipped and that I should have a certain date that has come and gone.

Such a wide variety of invitations to choose from at reasonable prices. Customizing was easy. When they arrived, they were exactly what I had ordered. Delivery was fairly quick as well.
I had used the site before for baby shower invites and was impressed then at the large selection and the ease of customizing.

Zazzle is my go-to website whenever I want something custom made and always delivers high quality products. I recently was pricing cases for the iPad Air when Zazzle had a Flash Sale with 50% off all cases. I've been eyeing the Dodo Cases since learning about their craftsmanship and was thrilled to find a great design and snag the half-off deal to check out the product. I LOVE the case- it's so well made and gorgeous!

I ordered Save-the-Date cards for my wedding. They arrived in time but text was cut off and there was a white line at the bottom of each card (poor cut). When I contacted customer service, I was told it was my fault because the text was not included in the safe to print area. They never sent me a proof to confirm there was a safe to print area so how was I to know? After repeated requests for a full refund, I was told I could ship the cards back to them (at my cost) and receive a refund in 3 weeks. I doubt I will see a dime from them. Never using them ever again.

I designed my own business cards. I love the way they turned out & they arrived quickly. The design program was a little tricky to use. I had to use my own software to get the image just how I wanted it. I also didn't find the QR generator until after I made them. I used a different site to generate my QR code.
Zazzle had the most business card options & they had a coupon for half off.

Our save the dates and wedding invitations were beyond beautiful and well made. We both were extremely happy with zazzle it delivered on time as promised. We will most definitely will be ordering our wedding thank you cards from zazzle.
We chose zaazle cause they had the personalized option to able to view the card and design them how we wanted our save the dates, wedding invites. They had many option to chose from card wise. We used the promo code to get 50% off of both set of card its saved us a lot money.

The product arrived as ordered and ahead of the promised delivery date. However, the photo quality was dull. Not at all as brilliant as the photograph that was sent. I then used a different vendor and it came out perfectly.
The online advertisement was a draw in. The finished product did not live up to my expectations.

Fun graphics and easy to customize.
Colors were subdued because of matte paper chosen. Probably would have gone for paper with more sheen for this invite but paper was very sturdy. Would definitely purchase thru this vendor and thru Zazzle.
