I have placed quite a number of customized T-Shirt orders over the past few years. The quality of the shirts have been excellent. The quality of the customization of the T-Shirts, adding text and in some cases photos, was beyond what I expected. They have all held up very well during the laundry process. I will continue to use Zazzle for future customized T-Shirts! Thanks!

I ordered invitations, rsvp, thank you notes, green envelopes, return labels and 4 different stamp choices. Not all came in perfectly. My mistakes! I was hysterical! I called Zazzel and lucked out with Kathy. She calmed me down and fixed each issue calmly and smoothly. Truly a blessing. The best representative of Zazzle possible. Thanks Kathy. Ordered five items received 5 items but only 3/5 of what we ordered. Order received contained 2/5 of what we did not order or paid for. We complained and were told we'd get the order corrected. Never happened. Tried to contact company to correct but to no avail. What company sends items not ordered in place of items that were originally ordered? ZAZZLE.COM. Zazzle said they would correct, 2 months later, nothing. $12.95 per mask, they chose two other masks to send us. Do not order anything from this vendor. You will not get what you ordered.

I ordered my save the dates and they were beautiful, but I was concerned with how flimsy they were. I sent them out and have had every person so far tell me they were ruined in the mail, our picture on it was completely unrecognizable by the time it got to our friends houses. I am so sad about it, if I had known they would do this I would not have purchased them and would've spent extra to ensure they weren't flimsy or get the ones with an envelope.
My sister had told me they were good with making cards.

Why does zazzle don't take responsibility of tracking order when delivered to a courier? I am very disappointed that my ordered shirt last November 4 didn't arrived. Just replied on email as below then i can't do any follow up on RRD. I wan't to refund my money. I am unhappy with Zazzle tracking of order deliveries. Needs more improvement to make customer happy. It should be end to end, ensuring that customer orders are successfully delivered.
"The tracking number we have on our system for your order is: RRD**************, and is for a courier service called RRD International.
Beyond this, having left RRD's custody, we unfortunately have no more available active information on the transit status of your package."

Usually, they're pretty decent, but during what they consider "controversial times", they refuse to print the "opposing viewpoint". What hacks me off is they pull the "conflict with our content guidelines and goes against user agreement" excuses when they don't agree with or don't like the message.
They change their minds about what constitutes these things when it suits them, not because it violates anything. I'm sure they'll use the same excuses when they reply to this.
If the stuff I make wasn't so easy to do and didn't turn out so well, I wouldn't be a customer. That's why I gave them a 3. I'm only giving an order ID because this site requires it.

This is the only website that has worked for me. I am actually making money every month, enough to pay a couple bills or if I feel like buying something with my artwork on it, then I can use my earnings! ProSeller levels ARE achievable! I've made it to the first level already and am waiting for graduation to get to the next level. This website is AWESOME and all the store owners are kind and helpful! I tell everyone I see about this site!

I ordered a gift on 2/24/15 for a party I was going to on 3/7/15. I paid the extra shipping costs to get the gift by 3/4/15. However, I called Zazzle on the 6th and they just sent it out. The tracing number isn't even valid yet. There is no way I can get the gift 2 days before they send it out. Unacceptable! Now I am going to have to find a gift locally since you can't depend on Zazzle! I called customer service and she said they can refund my order. What good does that do? When I tried to explain it to the customer service lady how important this order was to me she hung up on me.

Don't count on them!!!!!!!!!

They got my "expedited" order wrong which I paid for the "expedition" and when I called to get it resolved, I was on hold for over 20 minutes. Then I was promised the order would be redone and expedited and shipped overnight. That was 4 days ago. I emailed yesterday since when I called the hold time was so long. Today, I called when they first opened, waited on hold another 20 minutes. The guy took my order number, then I got disconnected! He did NOT call me back. I'm on hold AGAIN, already for over 30 minutes. These invitations were supposed to go out on the 12th and I don't know when I will get them.

As a seller, they'll do anything to keep the little money you made. They rely on the slavery of others. The most anyone can make, doing full time with amazing art, would probably just be hundreds. Not all it's made out to be.
As a buyer, everything is over priced. I get phone cases from skinit.com instead. Zazzle just seams to be one giant money machine and I don't like that... wouldn't reccomend.

Zazzle customer service makes the Comcast customer service experience look like a dream. They are HORRIBLE!
I have ordered shirts with the exact same logo over the past two weeks. All of them without except for one without an issue; they kept canceling my order claiming that the logo on the shirts was trademarked (spoiler alert, it's not).
I have been going back and forth with their utterly clueless customer service team for about 5 days now and no one can explain why all the other shirts went out while this one doesn't. They keep claiming it's a game logo (it's not, they're just morons).
I will never, ever use Zazzle again. Stay away from them because their CS team is absolute trash.

The bag arrived pretty early and the print that i wanted came out clearly, but the ink looked really faded even though when i put it in the websites "photoshop" the preview of the bag looked very pigmented. So i feel a little cheated of my product.

I ordered some thank you cards to respond to all the lovely flowers we received for a death in the family. They were very nice on sturdy paper and printed very nicely. I was not disappointed.
I paid for early shipping and they were right on time.

Zazzle was easy to use. I ordered my invitations and received them 7 days later. They are good quality. With design editing, the screen is gray and white checkered boxes. I typed a P instead of a B and didn't notice in the editing tool. Wish it had been all white to see this easily, but I understand why it isn't for design purposes. I still love the product and realize error was my own. I guess I'll take a navy blue marker to turn Pottery Parn into Pottery Barn. At least an easy enough fix.

Never order anything from this website, especially if you need it in a hurry. Their shipping process is very confusing and costly. I paid for "express" shipping on Thursday and I received the item on Monday at 6pm. I do not call that express shipping. I called UPS and they said that zazzle has a deal with them that they only deliver on business days. My product was within 20 minutes of me on Saturday, but because of zazzles policy, UPS couldn't deliver it until Monday, even though I paid extra for delivery. I received no satisfaction from zazzle. They could have cared less. Please be careful when ordering from them. Buyer beware!

I had a mix up when I placed my order, zazzle helped me on the phone very quickly and honored my Groupon, refunded my original order, and gave me a promo for expedited shipping. The customer service representative was friendly throughout the whole phone call even though I was frustrated. I don't normally take time to write reviews but I had such an excellent experience that I had to report I will definitely order from zazzle again!

I loved how detailed and custom I was able to make my order. I was able to put my address for return shipping, which saved extra time on writing or wasting labels. Everything was seamless and the card was thick and durable. Got a great deal 1/2 off during a flash sale. Will be keeping my eyes open for when it is time to do my invites!
The pricing was right at the time. Got a postcard which is convenient and cute, and was able to grab them during a 1/2 off sale. Instead of paying the $1.60 per card I was able to snag them for $.80 a piece! The quality ended up being heavy and OTUSTANDING.
