The image I chose fit perfectly within the circle sticker, but when it arrived the image was not correct. When I peeled the sticker off the sheet, my dog's ear and tail were not on the sticker even though they were when I made the sticker. Hope this helps.

Quick delivery and professional look for my body butter business, which includes the ingredients on the label. (When I opened my LLC business account my banker suggested I include them for people who have allergies.) I prefer thick, plastic labels bc they don't tear and can be re-applied if necessary; however these are a good value for the cost.

The images I used for my save the dates were professional photographs. When I previewed, the save the date online, the image quality looked clear/crisp. When I received the save the dates, they appeared blurry & cheap quality. I ordered 100 of them, so sadly now I'm stuck with 100 save the dates I can't use. I wish Zazzle would've helped me ensure the pictures would look as they did in the preview before I spent $150+.

I received my poster however a few things I would have wished to create a better experience:
- it was shipped rolled up so took a while to flatten out my poster. Had I realized this I would have opted for the framing solution
- The printing did not account for framing because when I went to buy my own frame, it cut off the bottom of the poster. As a result. I had to try to cut the top of the poster so the last line of the poster was not cropped. This created a less than perfect final product
- It was very limited in what I could do with photos for each part of the poster template. Essentially it was use the photo as is and enlarge only. Also it was so challenging to work with the template view and the photo views that several of my photos wound up having folks with eyes closed because I could not see them on the screen. Had there been a way to enlarge the view in the editting process, I would have caught these errors.
Really liked the concept of your site. Another option might be to make a poster board as I would have paid for that as well vs just a poster or framing.

In the picture of my card online, it had pearls, metallic studs, and other decor which look, in the online pic, like the Hallmark Signature Cards -with little plastic accessories glued on. However, it's just a flat card w pictures of pearls, lace, trimming, etc. I knew the pearls and gold wouldnt be actual precious metals,... but I expected plastic replicas of pearls, lace, etc. I wouldn't have paid that much if I'd known it was just a flat card /picture s 3D/pop-up. They are beautiful flat Cards, but they should be cheaper -since you pay almost $10 for shipping, and have to wait a week for delivery. I could've done same-day pick-up personalized flat cards via Walgreens for cheaper price.

The site was easy to use and navigate. When I received my order I was excited until I opened the package and the name on the invitations ordered was spelled wrong.
I emailed the issue I had and never heard back from them. I paid $50+ for invitations with the name spelled wrong on them.
I was able to choose exactly what I wanted. No more looking/searching for what I wanted.

The creation process was frustrating in the app... I'm usually pretty savvy and it definetly had a learning curve. My bigger frustration, though, is that the final product (graduation postcards) arrived significantly zoomed in from the image on the screen. So now my daughter's head is partially cut off. We had to send them out because I needed to send the invite, but I was pretty disappointed

Spent more on the shipping than the actual product to have it shipped and delivered within four days of purchase (as advertised). Only to find out they waited until the end week to ship to their currier which then took an additional three days to deliver.

Creating my business cards was relatively easy. Took me a few tries to finally complete what I wanted, and uploading the logo and sizing it took me some time, but figured it out eventually. My main gripe is that I submit my order around noon on a Thursday and wanted next day delivery or at least by the following Tuesday because Wednesday I needed them for a trade show, so I paid over $20 for expedited shipping. I did not receive the cards until late Wednesday so went to tradeshow with no cards. Regardless, I feel as if the expedited shipping charge should be removed from order.
I submit a customer service issue and nobody called me or emailed me or anything. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I ordered a personalized mug on 12/2/20 which was to be a birthday gift on 12/16/20. When I ordered, estimated delivery was 12/10. Here we are on 12/17/20 and it hasn't even shipped yet. The first time I contacted customer service, they said it would be delivered between 12/11-12/14. Then I get a message today saying production is delayed and it takes 10-12 days from ordering to be shipped. Well 10-12 days from 12/2 has already passed and the mug isn't even done yet. If you want to take chances ordering from here, go for it but don't expect to receive your item by their posted delivery date. Very disappointed and the only reason they got 2 stars is their customer service responds pretty timely.

Order wine label's with my daughters name on them, suppose to be, I thought, glitter and sparkle but was just a sticker with various colours to simulate sparkles. They arrived quite quickly which was a bonus but really I could have bought stickers and printer pretty much the same thing at less cost.

Took me close to 30 minutes to tweak a simple business card template. Their design software not instinctive at all, extremely difficult to navigate.not even sure if what I designed is what I ordered. This is the most unclear complicated software I have ever had to use and I'm really experienced with digital editing.

Received my Hotel Accommodation detail cards in the mail today. Surprised at how small the print was but they are beautiful so I was happy. Went to put them in the invitation envelopes and "optional text on back" was printed on every one. There was no option to delete the phrase so now I'm stuck with these and no time to order new ones.

They charged for shipping more than most and my item never arrived. I emailed them twice as well as UPS. And 10 after shipping haven't heard back. And still nothing arrived. I have had 2 good and 4 bad experiences with Zazzle. I ordered 4 items and all had some issue... like never sent and tracking remained at "label prepared", rejected design on one item, but printed on another, poor printing that was skewed and incorrect ink that was nowhere near the preview "proof". Customer services takes a long time to get through to while being in the hold queue. With each call (6 of them), they either eventually gave me a refund, or fixed the issue. It's been exhausting. It would be nice to know why a design gets rejected.

Ordered a small poster. Shipping time good, but image is blurry and dark, and poster was improperly packaged so it arrived with 3 out of 4 corners dented. Definitely not worth the money. Will not order from Zazzle again.

I purchased 100 envelopes from Zazzle 6 weeks ago now. I've called twice in the past two weeks since the estimated delivery date was 2 weeks ago. I was told that they moved facilities so there is a bit of a back up. I was NEVER notified about this and would have NEVER know this unless I called customer service and waited on hold for 15 minutes each time. All i got out of it? "We're working 'hard' to get you your order. Here's 10% off" Oh thanks so much for saving me a couple of bucks and not being able to send out invitations and having to call people to invite them. What a disgrace. Do not use them.

I've been having a hard time simply deleting my account after they made unauthorized charges for a zazzle black membership, and am still waiting for some kind of confirmation that my account has been deleted.It started when I received a "welcome to zazzle black" email after having not logged into my account for months.
I had cancelled that service back then after receiving terribly slow service (all i ordered was a mug and it took forever to arrive). When I submitted a complaint to support they claim its an auto-renewal. How the do you auto-renew an account that was cancelled? I also cant login to my account no matter how many password reset links they send to me.
I think they don't bother sending confirmation emails when you cancel that service just so they can scam you a year later and claim they're auto-renewing the membership that you cancelled.
If you have no proof of the cancellation they can makeup any story they want. I would stay away from zazzle and always make sure you have alerts setup with your bank so you can keep a lookout for unauthorized or fraudulent charges from shady businesses.

avoid this site at all costs.

I wish I'd checked here before ordering from them. I agree with the criticism, colors are washed out and quality is not great on some items. On the plus side, the products were well-packed and package arrived.
I ordered 4 mugs - 2 custom. The customize feature is very rudimentary, and there was no way to see a demo of the finished product... but I really wanted these mugs so I took a chance. The travel mug with text turned out as expected, but the other is just missing the added text altogether.
Also in the order was wrapping paper, which is listed on the packing slip, but missing. Given the comments about customer service, I think I'll just let that go.

I loved the look of these cards online, but now that I have them in person they look and feel cheap. The print is not all the way to the edge leaving a white edge on one side. The envelopes are terribly thin and can be read through. For the price I am not pleased with the quality.

I ordered business cards and paid considerably extra for express delivery quoted as 3-4 business days after printing. Received an email next day confirming printing completed and job sent out for delivery. That was over 20 days ago and despite email requests for clarification as to where my order is, I have had absolutely no response from Customer Service. As for the tracking number provided, UPS says order was never sent to them for delivery? Who needs the hassle and run around. It may have been just a small obviously unimportant little order to you Zazzle but it was important to me. So very disappointed.

The cards and magnets were unfortunately substandard for the quality demonstrated on the site when building the cards.
I would strongly suggest that you seek samples first or it will be a costly lesson.
