I did open 1 box which was the volant cold air intake. Well packaged an the instructions was step by step bolt by bolt. Even for the removal of the existing part that your replacing.

My AMEX cards x2 were being held hostage by them. I was able to hold at checkout til I conjured up a solution. Was good to watch the video to confirm I'm buying the right part. My "new" truck is a work model, and did not come with a plug for connecting my trailer, ( it had a dummy cap in the bumper)although Chevy provided the wiring for it, it was capped off. Bought the Hopkins twist mount for my year… fit perfectly in the hole in the bumper, and I'm happy with the workmanship of the connector.

I bought a battery for an HD Deuce. While the battery physically fit the terminals where recessed back on the battery. This required a spacer to attach the cables. Spacers were provided. The problem was with the spacer the bolts were in danger of shorting to the frame. I had to add insulation to insure it did not short out

Parts ok, sent on time but when I called for a physical catalog I was in formed you don't have one. Unusual for a big company like you guys not to have a real catalog. Some of us older guys prefer catalogs vs computers.

I critter chewed out as wire bundle on my truck causing shorting of the Cranksahft Position sensor. Thus causing the computer to have serious issues. The reconditioned ECM worked perfect, easy to install. Very happy.

I place my order and the very next day was shipped, my experience was the best it even arrived 3 days earlier then expected delivery day I was so happy I was able to receive them before my birthday wheels were perfect mounted and balanced no scratches or anything they did and awesome job

Product was used and painted. Tabs were broken off. Was able to get the unit connected but was very difficult. Update: Ended up sending the unit back for replacement. Took a couple weeks for the exchange but the pcm works great!
