I previously purchased LED headlights from LED EAGLE via Amazon Prime. Overall, I felt their were great quality and easy to install (30 minutes). My first purchase was nearly 2 years ago and they're still going strong. Definitely better than any factory light that came with my Chrysler. Recently, I was looking to purchase a second set for my wife's car. I reached out to their support team via their website to find the right LED kit and they were very prompt and helpful. Would highly recommend anyone purchase from LED EAGLE. They are a Canadian company that ships to anywhere in Canada and the USA. I love supporting local businesses.
I was recommended them by a friend in the automotive trade a few years back and everything has been great. Great products, knowledgeable staff, and if I have had any issues they always have gone the extra mile to help me out.
Have made multiple orders this year and between the quick shipping and customer service everything has been top notch. Haven't had to return anything yet though so I can't review that aspect at this time.
Publicly sharing what I wrote in response to their survey questions: I was very surprised to find out how hard it was to assemble the right collection of Flaming River parts to end up with a collapsible steering column for a 1966 Mustang. It's literally impossible to do without calling your tech support. Imagine my surprise when Brett (x129) told me NOT to order the '65-'66 steering column FR2000MU1LC and to order the '67-'70 column FR2000MU2LC instead. And that was only the beginning of a LONG conversation, with both of us trying to figure it out. Even with a parts list in hand (thanks to Brett), ordering was no picnic. For starters, the recommended steering column FR2000MU2LC cannot be ordered on your site (though the more-expensive powder-coated version can). I ended up ordering about half the stuff from Summit and about half directly from you. That's absurd. When I placed the order on your site, on the final step, I got an error screen instead of "order complete". Not good.
Some good stuff from them, some bad stuff. I've averaged my review here. Buy at your own risk frankly.
I bought an LS-3 crate engine from GMPerformanceMotor.com, a.k.a. Gandrud Chevrolet. Total price including shipping was the best in the nation. However: * The ship date slipped quite a bit; Gandrud never gave me any updates on what was going on. * A buying incentive I thought would be automatic (a free 6-pack of synthetic oil) was instead "By request only." * A meaningful rebate also turned into a problem because Gandrud didn't send me an invoice until the engine shipped - after the rebate expired! * The instructions with the crate engine leave A LOT to be desired. Chevrolet seems to depend on their dealers to fill in the information gaps. I've asked maybe a dozen questions, and gotten useable answers to about half. Recently, I asked a question three times, and only got questions back. Image if you asked the size of a trailer hitch, and instead of "2 inches" the answer was "what type of trailer are you using?" - repeatedly! I will much more heavily weigh the quality of available support before selecting the source of my next GM crate engine.

A recent Fios TV update to the user guide removed the option to be able to increase the font by the user. This makes the guide and many other functions very difficult to read for me and those that are vision impaired. Hopefully, Fios will address the issues with another update soon!
I ordered some car parts for my client's Honda Civic here because the price for parts is really good. However, I must say, the shippment took a while, almost 2 weeks. P.S. This shop is based in Europe, but they have worldwide shipping.
Slow shipping, small orders with UPSsurepost or Fedex SmartPost. 10 days to receive product. Often not very well packed, but enough. Just no sparkle to the customer service, but decent selection and prices.
Well for me mazada 3 is a very awesome car especially when you like speed and fuel efficiency though I'm holding back on the 2 stars cause I'm not satisfied with the interior design of the car
I ordered 2 gaskets from Cometic for my dirtbike. I was told it would take 6 weeks before I received, the item which I was okay with. But, I was never given a shipping quote. After receiving the item, I received an invoice in the mail a few days after that gave me a breakdown of charges. I paid $38 for 2 small gaskets, capable of fitting in a medium sized envelope. I was charged $26 after the two gaskets were put into a massive box to ship to me... I spoke with the sales rep and HR from Cometic, both of which just told me (that's how it is). I won't be purchasing from Cometic in the future.
STAY AWAY! I normally don't write such reviews, but I was so insenced by this interaction, I felt compelled to. I had contacted Lexus of Ramsey NJ via internet about a particular 2021 vehicle. I should have known better, when it took several emails and phone messages left to obtain the "Lexus Packet" which has the Carfax, window sticker and other information. I was then contacted by BETSY SCUDI. I advised her that this vehicle was a "Certified" vehicle and asked how much that had added to the asking price. She told me some $ 2,500-3,000.00 which, from prior experience with other dealers, I believed to be an accurate number. I advised I didnt need or want the certification (the vehicle had been titled in 05/2021 which leaves the factory warranty valid to 05/2025 or 50K miles). She stated she would talk to the manager. She called me back and stated that could take $ 1,000.00 of the car; whoopdi whoop! I then asked for her to email me a complete breakdown of all fees charged. There was a NY fee for $ 60.00 which she later expalined to me to be for NY DMV and ALSO another DMV fee for $ 304.00; WHY TWO DMV FEES? The big one was a $ 799.00 "DOCUMENT FEE" Now in CT. They call this an "DEALER CONVEYANCE FEE" (another bull$#*! fee that they use in CT) If you buy from a NY Lexus dealer most only charge the DMV fees. This $ 799.00 fee IS PURE DEALER PROFIT AND GREED; THE GREED OF THE CAR INDUSTRY, ESPECIALLY DURING TIMES OF A GLOBAL PANDEMIC! Document fee? They need to prepare documents to sell you their car. They have employees, specifically hired to do administrative work for which they pay salaries; their salaries to do this being paid thousands of times over from the profits they make from selling their cars, without the need to pad those profits with another bull$#*! fee. I spoke to BETSY SCUDI again, and said the most I could pay for the vehicle was $ 44,000.00 (they were asking $ 46,284 WITH the $ 1,000.00 discount; Whoopdi Whoop). Mind you, this less that one year old car had 16,000 miles which is high mileage. When you trade in your car, the dealer deducts money for higher than average mileage; so I did the same in turn. BETSY SCUDI proceeded to tell me they would not go any lower and then this was a Certified vehicle. I asked for the General Managers name; she told me it was WAYNE SCHEY (she didnt even have the proferssionalism to spell MR SCHEY'S LAST NAME) I asked to speak with him but she said "he was on the phone." The KICKER, is that she proceeded to tell me "IF I WANTED TO NEGOTIATE THE PRICE FURTHER IF WOULD HAVE TO BE IN PERSON.!" I stated WE ARE STILL IN THE MIDST OF A PANDEMIC AND THAT SUCH COULD BE DONE ON THE PHONE! She was adamant about any further negotiations being done in person. To all who read this, 1) We are still very much in the MIDST OF A PANDEMIC; 2) I have COMORBIDITY ISSUES which is why I am keepng a low profile, still; 3) there is nothing is this day and age that can't be negotiated VIA PHONE, FAX OR EMAIL; 4) there are car sellers online (Carvana, Vroom, etc.) THAT ALL THEY DO IS SELL CARS ONLINE, WITHOUT ANY HUMAN FACE TO FACE INTERACTION. Don't be bullied buy these dealers; they NEED YOU TO BUY THEIR CARS. LEXUS OF RAMSEY values profits and making money from bull$#*! fees, OVER THE HEALTH and well being of their perspective customers. This treatment was inexcusable, cold and callous; I'd rather stay with my 2015 LEXUS that go through this bull$#*! with any dealer, in particulae LEXUS OF RAMSEY. MR. SCHEY, when you read this perhaps you could respond with a viable reason why ANYONE WOULD HAVE TO APPEAR AT YOUR DEALERSHIP IN PERSON, IN THE MIDST OF A PANDEMIC, TO NEGOTIATE THE PRICE OF A VEHICLE? STAY AWAY!
It's a good thing Camaro Central is around. Sometimes we need something for our 1980 Camaro restoration that the other guys just don't have - and kudos to CC for having it. And they sometimes will estimate shipping much higher than it actually turns out to be; when that happens, they only charge you actual shipping. So that's the good. The bad is (1) prices that often aren't competitive, and (2) they have always gotten my sales tax wrong (more than 2X what it should be). I have a hard time understanding it; YES sales tax is stupidly complex because of the many jurisdictions, but if I Google "what should my sales tax be", the first two sites give the correct answer, instantly, for free - so it can be done! (Not to mention that all the other Camaro parts places get it right.)
They Repair my car engine and done very good job. They have experienced staff and show great effort on my range rover 3.0 engine.
If your looking online for auto parts, it is a bit scary. I have used this site for two cars I worked on. You get the parts via UPS pending on how bad you want them. I worked on 2 cars on one weekend, figured out what I needed, and ordered the parts Sunday night. And since I paid for 3 day shipping, I got my parts the following Thursday. If you need a part ASAP and cant wait, then go to your local parts store. A relative of mine that works at a major auto parts store say's they use this site for hard to get parts. Since they know what the customer needs, they can send it back before giving it to the customer if they get the wrong item. Just be careful. You NEED to have an idea of how parts change per serial # breaks. They can show 3 parts that can look the same, but; have different prices. But fit different models. If you order the wrong part, then call them ASAP! Don't wait a few days, or you might get stuck it. DO NOT get internal engine parts (pistons, rings, bearings) from here. Find a local repetable engine machine shop or parts store for that.
I asked them to repair my tire. I ran over something and it started to lose air. I dropped it off at the Troy, Ohio location of Tire Discounters. Called the next morning and was told i was third in line. Called back to 2pm and it wasn't done. Drove there after 3pm and it was still in the bay. He finished up and drove it out. I paid. Drove home then to Piqua. The psi read 37 (on the damaged tire). Stopped in piqua and came back out to the car and the tire pressure read 33 psi. We picked up dinner and headed back to troy. The tire now read 28 psi and the tire light came on. By the time i got home around 630pm, the tire pressure was 27 psi. I woke up the next morning to a completely flat tire. Called them on monday and they said it couldn't be their fault and they wanted me to bring it out to them to look at. How many times does it take to fix a tire at Tire Discounters? Fool me once, shame on you... fool me twice, shame on me. NEVER AGAIN.
After spending close to $3000 with SVT and sent them all my OEM parts they sent me remanufactured garbage cylinders with crooked sleeves inside. Missing chunks out of the exhaust and intake ports. Do yourself a favor spend the extra money by OEM parts. We gave them a chance we will never give them a chance again. They cost us two races And weeks and weeks of time.
Beside the fact that this fiberglass hood is extremely well designed, and a complete head turner, the way cervinis packages their product is excellent. Packaged with steel supports. Arriving with zero damage. And thehood lined up perfectly
Definitely worth every penny, I ordered window regulator which cost 150.0p at other site, got it around 30.00 and shipping is fast to my place in Columbus, running more than half year now, no issue so far
Wanted to upgrade my head lamps. Sent email asking a few questions. Good answers orderd my bulbs and fitted. Very pleased with the improvement in lighting.
I was in search of a dry flow filter for my stillen GEN 3 intakes. Z1 motorsports did not have the filter I was looking for and when I got in touch with Stillen, they helped me out same day to get my package on the way. Estevan was very helpful.
MOPAR will check all the security points on your vehicle, And the final result after a service, it's like having the car Brand new again. Great!
I've been purchasing from FCP for over a dozen years. Their customer service is second to none and the Lifetime Warranty on parts are the main reasons for using FCP. No where can you find a seller who will allow you to returned consumables. This includes motor oil, oil filters, air filters, cabin filters and even brakes. Their pricing is better for many products while the rest will be comparable with other online sellers. With a purchase of $49 you get free shipping so it's convenient to buy from them without having to make a large purchase each time. Will continue to make FCP my first stop for parts.
The worst customer support I've ever talked to! Received broken parts and I was having them replaced, but they couldn't find any information on their database and it's absurd! Sent them a copy of the receipt as proof, but they still can't help because they need to be able to access it on their database. What a scam!
I sent my '97 Viper stereo to The Viper Store to repair not being able to eject a CD. $250 later, I got the stereo back, and it did seem to be fixed. Less than a year and exactly one drive later, the 5th CD played since I got the stereo back wouldn't eject. The Viper Store politely told me that it's out of warranty and therefore my problem. In my experience, reputable businesses take better care of their customers than that.
What was I thinking? Why did I send my targa top out of town to this guy to be refurbished? It might have been the nice web site. Or his confident manner - he might have been right in his claims or he may have been wrong but he was never unsure! Perhaps that drew me in when it should've made me suspicious. I sent my targa top to him for review and went with his recommended Full Restoration. Paid to ship to him. When he received my payment he began to work on it and returned it as promised. I followed his instructions for installing it. Only issue is that the air noise was so loud when I drove it I initially thought it wasn't locked down! It was quieter driving with the top off than with the top on. All our conversations ended with a deflected reason on his end or a projected cause due to my car. It never focused on the solution which came when I took it to a local refurbisher I later learned about. He needed to tighten the fabric, orient the bead downward toward the channel and slightly bend the top sheeting. All dealing with the top, not the car. I think I maybe I might've been able to force him to stand behind his work had I been able to take it there to prove my issue to him because he definitely was not taking my word for it. I ended up wasting a compete driving season on this, spent money for shipping and had to get it ultimately repaired for more money. If you can't drive there definitely don't take it there.
I sent my '97 Viper stereo to The Viper Store (a. K. a. Hot Car Accessories) to repair not being able to eject a CD. $250 later, I got the stereo back, and it did seem to be fixed. Less than a year and exactly one drive later, the 5th CD played since I got the stereo back wouldn't eject. Hot Car Accessories politely told me that it's out of warranty and therefore my problem.
