Had poor service at the Luggagehero across from the White House (Washington, DC). Overpriced, understaffed, inflexible options - no card, no cash, online payment only. Here's the kicker - I just got charged a monthly service fee! I might add that their chatbot doesn't - chat or do anything else. Will be cancelling this asap. Avoid at all costs - I wish I had an alternative, but I didn't.

If I could give negative stars for I would. If you don't mind waiting for your order for over a month and being ignored by customer service then lug is for you. They oversell products all the time and don't give you a refund unless threaten to get your credit card company involved.

I purchased two new lights. Neither of them work. I looked up the manual online and they mention taking apart the light to see if the wires are connected. First, I shouldn't have to do that on a new purchase. Secondly, I don't have that small of a screw driver to open it. I don't advise buying this product. Don't buy from this website. Bought a Bluetooth adapter, it stopped working after a couple of months. When I contacted them for a refund they answered, and I quote, "We should make sure you can use it forever when you buy a item?". Cheapest quality out there. It's all branding. We ran lab tests on a bunch of difference products, all showing they were contaminated. That's why they give cold sores and rashes to people. I did this after using one myself. I received a terrible response from the staff, it was clear they get this a lot and don't give a $#*! after you've made the purchase. Beware!

Do not buy anything from this company. I bought a leather head cover for my chair and it was awful. It came with Velcro strips to hold it on, and they don't even stick to the chair. Luxcard is a very unorganized business. I paid $75 for an amazon giftcard to get my fake ID and nothing ever came and my money was taken away from me... would not recommend to any one who is simply trying to get a fake ID.

OMG buyers beware. They scammed me out of 1,200 dollars. Wont give me my money back. I had to report them to the BBB and Police. They sold me a fake good copy of LV Azure. I had it authenticated and wanted my money back and they refuse to.

Products look great on line. And they aren't inexpensive. That is where great ends. You pay upfront and then wait for the furniture. When I bought, delivery was June. Actual delivery in August and September. Delivery one in August - damaged. Three weeks+ later, new one delivered - this time utilizing white glove delivery that you pay extra for. Also damaged and rejected. Lux Decor did refund...

Dr. Umanoff and his team are the best. I needed a ton of work done and was stressed out until I met Dr. Umanoff. He truly is an expert in implants. He explained everything clearly and put me at ease. His staff made the appointments a joy. Highly recommend this office for all your dental needs
