I ordered and paid Rs 5500 for purchase of a teddy bear for my daughter's birthday. I was promised to get the delivery on same day. I did not receive the parcel till date ( more than 10 days since I ordered). My request for delivery or refund has been totally ignored. Maybe we should I should take a legal route or a typical Hyderabad style 'go to their office and make a noise ' thing.

Don't buy from this store! They illegally lower the value of your purchase on the declaration (invoice) the IRS will fine you (because this is illegal!) And the store does nothing to solve the problem, leaving the customer with the loss!
