Item received was broken. Called and faxed the company, I did not get help from company. I was given false statements about the replacement of the scooter that was broken. Iturn my complain over to my credit (VISA) and they are dealing the complaint as type this information. First day I had this thing going, I had my grandchildren crriving it and it was a lot of fun. Seiki the mysterious Chinese company who manufactures televisions are ripping off New Yorkers and anyone on the East Coast. I bought a 47 inch TV that lasted almost a year and was still under the replacements warranty I had panel failure. I paid $360 for a 47 inch and in order to qualify for the replacement warranty I have to pay over $200 to ship it to California not including packaging!
