Do not buy from this company. They advertise a little lower price than Amazon, but they don't give free postage for returns. They sent me sneakers that were supposed to be extra wide and they were not. When I called their customer service I was told I have to pay the postage to send it back. That's over $10. Product was not shipped. Refund was never issued although it was requested many times. Customer service is horrible and they do not respond to issues. I tried to deal with them for too long and could not deny their payment through my credit card because too much time had lapsed. I learned my lesson. I ordered some shoes from this website. When they arrived 2 weeks later the wrong shoes had been sent and the box was totally damaged. I emailed them advising that I wanted a refund and to please advise on the process. They have emailed me back saying that they suggest I keep the shoes and they will give me some of my money back. This site sells fake shoes and it claims to sell "100% authentic shoes with accessories in box." Good thing I cancelled my order and got my refund before the actual product came. When I got the shoes, they were the $#*!test replicas I have ever seen in my life. Seriously, avoid and report this site!

This site is great! Prior to ordering I called customer service and spoke with a very friendly and helpful young lady. I went ahead with a purchase and my shoes arrived at my home within 48 hours. Oh yeah, the prices are great too!

Fake designer products - Thought I was getting a good deal, but as usual, too goo do be tru. Not only were shoes toatlly fake knock offs, the quality was very very poor! Do onot use this site if you expect the real thing!

Same customer service experience as others. Didn't receive my boots. Something happened to them in route. That doesn't count as bad customer service. What does is that I've sent three emails about the issue during the past week and have received no reply. Very disappointed.

I ordered the Adidas-Gucci Gazelle sneakers. They charged me, sent me a confirmation of my order, and that was the last day ever heard from them. I sent them emails— asking for my order number, shipping information, tracking and general information of when I was going to receive my product. Never heard from them.

I've never seen someone screw up a case so bad! When she is in the courtroom it's hard to tell which side she is on because of how often she sides with the court. It's clear she has some kind of underhanded deal with the court.
