on 5/24/15They are awful. My poor daughter has no prom dress because the one she ordered arrived and is in a dreadful condition totally unwearable. Has anyone managed to get a refund before I take this matter further with other authorities?
I agree but they are deceiving by using a uk website domain. People normally order on recommendation as I did, however there is a Dylan Queen. Com which I became aware of when it was too late. This appears to have better customer feedback and is the original website. Trying to fight for money back is hard and time consuming enough without trying to find out how this company can be shut down.
