Having read all these very poor reviews from very genuine customers who have been ripped off, I would like to ask why the hell this website is not just closed down? They must be taking thousands and are still allowed to trade despite sending goods not as described! If this was an English company they would be lynched! Why are they allowed to just carry on ripping people off. My advice ladies go to a reputable company in UK such as Gray & Osbourne or House of Fraser- at least you can return if it doesn't fit! You save no money with this scamming company as you pay hidden tax costs and delievery charges- they are not cheap!

They are awful. My poor daughter has no prom dress because the one she ordered arrived and is in a dreadful condition totally unwearable. Has anyone managed to get a refund before I take this matter further with other authorities?

I agree but they are deceiving by using a uk website domain. People normally order on recommendation as I did, however there is a Dylan Queen. Com which I became aware of when it was too late. This appears to have better customer feedback and is the original website. Trying to fight for money back is hard and time consuming enough without trying to find out how this company can be shut down.
