What is your returns policy?
Does anyone have the address for these people? Ive been completely ripped off and need the address so I can send the hideous dress back and the bank and investigate it and help me get my money back. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
I would like to know that after receiving the dress and jacket for a wedding in May, the jacket isn't the same measurements I gave them, its full of marks and flaws in the material and the dress is sooo bad I can t wear it. They have made it completely incorrect and again its not been finished. I have tried to communicate with them and all they said was take it to the cleaners to get pressed! I need a refund instead.
How do you get a refund from these people
You have many bad reviews about receiving a dress that looks nothing like that has been ordered so I am very confused if I should order the dress I found on your site which I absolute love. Also I need to be certain whether I will get a refund back if I do not like it
What is the return policy

No you have no recourse sorry they are telling me to take them to alterers and get them fixed $#*!ty company $#*!ty workmanship i hope its not the same for you.

Your dress maybe ok, but if not you will need to return the dress back to china and request a "charge back" from your bank. Be aware that there is a customs fee on top of your delivery charge too. I would see if I could cancel the transaction. Good luck.
