I had 9175632528 down as a contact number for them which I believe was customer service.
I used chat which was terrible and then email which was great as when I then got nowhere I had a mail trail to forward to my bank to dispute the transaction and get a refund.
Same as above you cant get a phone number and don't answer e-mails. If you have ordered from them say goodbye to your money. This company needs shutting down. It is a disgrace. I ordered my wedding dress from them and it broke my heart when it arrived.
The factory is in china. Trying to return and exchange a wrong color dress was almost impossible. The phone no. From customer svc rep. Stated in email they gave me was "no answer"... as i tried to return dress fedex... the address given for return was undeliverable. What a frustrating experience. Their communication is in "poor" english. Numerous threatening emails was only way i could communicate... they offered me a 20$ refund after I returned the wrong color dress. Finally after couple months, paypal settled my case and refunded original amount. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
They only offer live chat but all my question got answered there
I initiated contact through the contact us area on their web site and have been emailing ever since - I have never spoken on the phone ever
There isn't a number unfortunately, the only way to contact them is by email service@dylanqueen.co.uk. Good luck as they are not very quick in answering and will keep putting off giving any answer. Keep submitting your email every day to them.
