Recently I posted a reveiw on site jabber bout Dylan queen and the wae iv been treated, so on 16th June one of ur team from customer services got bak to me and asked for order no of my suit n shed pass my complaint to her managers to get my issues resolved in some way I done so rite away n yet I'v still not been given a solution iv asked on numerous occasions for full refund n tbh I thot progress was being achieved wen ur team took my issues to nxt level' for want of beta phrase 'yet Neva heard from Dylan queen management team since cld u plz find out wots happening n get bak to me asap plz thku
