Ticket #1758013218 hi, i'm still waiting for the usa warehouse address to determine how much i'll have to pay to ship a coat back that was not manufactured properly. i was told i'd get a full refund for the coat, but that floryday wouldn't cover shippig even though it is not my error. i'm really disapppointed and will definitely not give good reviews.
