Yes i've tried numerous times by e-mail concerning an order that i placed nearly one month ago, but as yet i've received no answer despite my credited card being debited. please advise on what i can now do?

Order # 026418954013 7/20/16 how do i get a refund? i only got 1 dress, the 2nd dress is temporarily not avail. i asked to get replaced but they were sent to the wrong address, it's been 3 months, i would like my money back $70.31. at this point when i contacted floryday.com directly they don't answer. need someone to help me!!!!

I received my order and none of the items fit, but i am not able to find a way to return them. the site says merchandise needs to be returned within 14 days, but gives no return instructions. it gives an email for service, which i sent, but i have not gotten a response. any suggestions?
