Hello, i ordered a jumper ezbook 2 ultrabook laptop windows 10 home 14 inch intel for 170 euro and 0.50 sentfee. i went to pay but payment failed, tried again, failed again so i thought lets try again tomorrow now i see that payment went through twice and the price is 189 instead of 170. i would like to cancel one of the orders and have the correct price of 170euro as advertised for the other order. i submitted a ticket hoping this will get sorted out. anything else i can do but wait for a reply ?
