The last experience I had was telling me you had liquidated, I had to fight for the money back for the order I had with you. Why should I now trust this name?
Cant reach them online orders don't work are they closed?
How do I get my money backfor goods not received?
I have ordered a set of custom fit razr x irons from callaway. I had chosen a delivery addreess different from the billing address. First I got an email where they said: "We have placed a restriction on your order, and can only deliver the clubs to the billing address". So I changed the billing address so that it matched the delivery address. "Now I have gotten a second mail that says: "Our account team have advised, As this is your first order, we can only proceed if you can supply the AUTH code for the transaction.The AUTH code is available from your card issuer." So I get on the phone to my bank and they are totally blank. They have never even heard of an AUTH code. At this point I'm getting suspicious: What do they need this number for? They have already withdrawn the money from my account, so what seems to be the problem? Do they wanna sell those clubs or not? Am I being the victim of some kind of scam? If you have experienced anything like this, I would very much appreciate to hear from you. Thanks in advance
