I live in Canada and was searching the internet for a Christmas Gift for my buddies son, he loves Liverpool and Golf when I came across a great site called "Golf Europe Store". They had what I wanted, but I am always skeptical when purchasing from a new company, but I tell you, it was the greatest experience, I placed an order and with-in 5-days I received it, It was what I wanted, the quality and service was great and I would highly recommend using this company. No warranty service despit the legal 2 year warranty. No repsonse whatever And if you buy throughout Amazon hey provide only a 90 days warrenty service policy so;-(
Ordered a new set of golf clubs and they came in right on time. Much faster than my experiences with the other site I used in the past, less hassle, and cheaper too. Love these babies! I'll be back later for more toys. Thanks golfstoreeurope!
They have good prices but slow shipping and response from customer service. Also they are not fulfilling the return policies you would expect. I will shop somewhere else even if slightly higher price to get a better experience.
Yet another horrible experience to go with all the others posted on this site. Place an order 10 days ago. Order has been being processed by warehouse staff ever since even though their website states 24 hour dispatch. Have been emailing daily for past 5 days to get an update. Zero response though they cite 48 hour customer response. They are either a scam or totally incompetent. Avoid!

Delivery times for a customized set of Mizuno irons longer than expected (almost 4 weeks) but appropriate and timely responses from customer service to my queries and quick delivery of the standard items (Taylor Made rescue, gloves, spikes, etc.). All in all, not the smoothest purchasing experience, but fair and honest as far as I am concerned. Good enough for me. Will use again.
This is the worst experience on web-trade I ever had. Paid the item "available on stock" 1.5 month ago and still no fulfillment.
Over weeks it is not possible to get anybody on their telephone "service-line". They occasionally reply to emails only with very unsatisfactory message.
Great site. Ive had 4 orders in the past year and all arrived in time. Last set of irons arrived within 3 days. Customer service very good and prices competitive. Ill be shopping again when the snow goes :))
Some are reporting less than perfect experience with golfstoreeurope, but I had an excellent experience. Ordered golf balls and a bag to replace my old one, and it came in extra quick! I was able to have everything I needed for a weekend of golfing with friends. Very good pricing and beyond my expectations. Thanks, I'll be back!
It has been a very bad experience. Three weeks after ordering two items that allegedly were in stock, I have not received anything. Their customer service is non-existent. Their lack of respect for customers is intolerable. I will not buy anything else from them. GolfStoreEurope is fully unreliable. Do not buy there, if you can avoid it.
This is the worst internet shop I ever met.
In mid September I placed an order and they immediately charged my credit card.
The order has never been executed, so in mid October I agreed with them by email to have my money back.
Another month is over, but I only get promise, no refund.
Absolutely unreliable!... if not worst...

Ordered and paid over £300 for goods over 3 weeks ago but have not received. Non existent customer service, no advise/emails received regarding my order and only a recorded message when you try to telephone them. No goods or refunds received even though I have sent numerous emails. Waiting for Paypal and my credit card company now to recover the funds.
Shop elsewhere and save yourself the headache.
3 weeks and still waiting for my order (clothing). They have not stopped replying to my emails, but in my book that doesn't make them any better. As many other people have said, avoid this site if you want to avoid trouble.
Well it was excellent experience. I got all of my shoes in very quickly and made for a fun time out at the golf course with the family that weekend. I was very impressed with easy site navigation and phone service as I called to ask about ladies shoes. So friendly and helpful. I will be back soon!
I don't know what the issue is with other people, but I love this online store. I have never had any issue with my purchases; as a matter of fact, It's always been a smooth process. They have a lot to choose from and plenty of options. Shipping is lightening fast as well, which is definitely appreciated. I would highly recommend.
This website simply sells items they do not have in stock without informing you!
I have been waiting for my order for 3 weeks and now they are telling me that there will be a further 2 weeks wait because the item is out of stock.
Of course, the price of the items was immediately charged on my credit card...
This is the second time I have major problems with them and I am sure there will be no third!

Items listed as IN STOCK are not actually in stock.
They charged my credit card and nothing happened for a week. Finally when I contacted them they told me that the item had been discontinued.
They didn't even bother to tell me that. And I still don't have my money.
Rang the company due to mixed website reviews. Got through to Martin who was courteous and professional. Asked him to physically check that they had the product I was looking for and he did this and confirmed it. Product was shipped on the day they said it would be and it arrived the next day. No problems. Both Martin and Catherine (who took the order) were very nice. My experience is that you should check by phone that they have the product you want as it looks like their inventory system is not showing accurate quantities, which seems to be causing some grief for other users.
Maybe you guys were just unlucky as I have ordered twice form Golf Store Europe and had no problems with delivery. One order was a custom fit Vokey and the other for shoes. That's just my experience... Pieter.
Massive delay on my order and they have charged me for goods they could not ship because it was out of stock. Still waiting for them to confirm if I will be getting a refund for what they could not send!
My first time on their site but I have been to their store many times. If you ever get the chance you should visit their retail store, it is amazing and the staff are very friendly. The website, golfstoreeurope.com is the next best thing when I can't go in person.
Web site is easy to navigate and had no difficulty with placing my order. On dispatch of the item, I was informed of the tracking number and, the item was received within the specified time. Good all round service from this retailer.

My Father is a big golfer, I found golfstoreeurope.com and it is now one of his favourite websites. He doesn't go on the internet much but he finds golfstoreeurope.com easy to use and he pays with his paypal account as he uses it for ebay too and knows his payments are safe.
Golfstoreeurope has a lot of custom fit clubs to pick from, I would say that is what sets this site apart from others. I have really small hands and I was able to finally find some clubs that fit me just right.
I can't say that I don't see some of you had a bad experience with this site. But I must tell you that I had a great experience with this website. I had some problems with my order but their support was very fast and helpful.
I have bought items through this website several times. 3 or 4 separate orders and have always received the products. The total ordered value has been for +/- 1000 euro's. The delivery wasn't always very fast but the products have always arrived and my emails have been answered correctly.
I bought a beautiful rescue Nike of the last year at an excellent price. The club arrived today and it is magnificent. Unfortunately supplier forgot to enter my house number and the phone number to the carrier, this could not deliver but no one warned me and no one knew who was the agent in Italy courier. In the end it all worked out well but I think that such errors should not happen. I want to thank Jenny for the effort expended in resolving the problem, although it was not within its competence
