How do I get my money backfor goods not received?

I reported golfstoreeurope to my card issuer and after one mounth i got a check posted to me. (It was 600 Pound shopped with a mastercard.)

I went through paypal complaints, but the issue was resolved in the last minute then by golfstore...

I opened a dispute with Paypal, just to try and start a dialogue - I really wanted my order rather than a refund but they will not answer the phone - however, despite my pleas for them to speak to me they just refunded straight away. I don't know whether this is a scam - advertising loads of stuff they have no intention of sourcing just so they can earn interest of you money - or if they are just incompetent? Either way, they must have quite a large 'slush fund' at any given time from all the goods that have been paid for but not dispatched, and, intentional or not, they ARE profiting from poor customer service. It would be nice to think that some action could be taken against them by Trading Standards or somebody?

Likewise I went through PayPal complaints, as I used my account to pay for the transaction. PayPal raised the complaint with them, and they refunded the money into my account really quickly. My saving grace is that I only ever do any payment on line through PayPal as you are protected.

I went through PayPal complaints as I had paid with my account had to send an email telling them my issue that also got sent to the company. They had 20 days to respond.

If you transaction was more than 100 days ago, it is too late to take it up with the credit card company. If less than 100 days have elapsed since the transaction date, get in touch with your credit card company immediately and register your problem complaint with them. They have a formal procedure will take it from there.
