on 12/14/19Directly under (south of) the terms REDEEMABLE POINTS on 'your account', click. Scroll to the bottom of that drop-down box and you will see:: Report Missing Points
I do not think you can reach them by phone. Go to mypoints.com and make sure that you're logged in to your account. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen and choose Customer Support under "contact us" on the far right side. When the generic response comes up, choose the option that says you need more help and to send the email. They usually respond within 48 hours even though it says it can take up to 2 weeks. I've always had good luck with their email support people. Good luck.
