on 6/1/18Why can't they at least respond with a real person on an email at least. Its automated. With no help just sends you to a website that charges for trying to fix the issue. I have lost all trust in this company and not spending another dime with them. I'm going to call the BBB and report them if that works. They took 65,458 points from me without notice and that's about 400.00 plus dollars i was entitled to. I was a loyal customer for years and they took it all away. Don't use them, they can not be trusted. I have read many others blogs reporting the same issue. It's sad but figures. My big lost for the New Year. Already,.
