That's not the case now. I think they are deactivating accounts or someone there has hacked peoples accounts and they have no points left. There is NO ONE to communicate with. This is really upsetting for me since I lost 65,458 points! I Have tried for days, nothing but they send you to a paying company you have to use credit card to get a HUMAN. All automated responses. They locked me out of my account first. Then when I got in all my points were gone. I don't trust them anymore. I'm going to report them to the BBB, probably won't do anything but it is all I can do. Beware this has happened to many lately. Redeem fast and get out before its too late.

I have emailed them about certain issues like that, they always get back to me.
