Company was hired to perform audits to prove you are not illegally using health insurance. Essentially, you are guilty until you prove yourself innocent. They must be paid bonuses for denying audit and health insurance coverages with no recourse for mistakes or errors. Please hire this company to provide your employees with undue stress and fear created by Alight Solutions.
I have been waiting three months to get my very legitimate claim reimbursed. They make you jump through hoop after hoop. Now I see three claims have been cancelled. I tried to get on the website again and was informed my password was wrong. I had just used it. This site and their customer service people could not be worse. I am ready to contact the attorney general in my state to get MY money.
I absolutely disgusted with the customer service, would someone explain why is so hard to borrow my own money to buy home to live like any other Americans dream are so difficult even though I have all the paperwork corrected. When I call to speak with someone, some helpful but some can't even speak English right to help me and hung up the phone on me.
Have been trying since March to get my deceased mother's 401K account released. Have been asked to send the same documentation numerous times -even after being told they have everything they need. As I write this I'm on hold waiting for a supervisor. It's been 23 minutes. If you can avoid dealing with them I would. I'd give them MINUS 10 stars if possible.
Alight is the service provider for J&J benefits. Absolutely horrific and incompetent company. Will NOT provide any kind of statements by mail for 401K accounts or other requests. They dodge the request for months, super long phone wait times, do not honor simple requests for basic statements(ignore, delay, or instead of sending appropriate statements they sent me a data dump of 50 pages of thousands of line items for each single transaction and amount!), and their website indefinitely is non-functional where you cannot even download or view simple 1099-R statements. Great for the other legal party as I can't prove or demonstrate any holdings from J&J!
My company unfortunately switched to Alight from Fidelity. Even since then it is been nothing but problems. They take a very long time to resolve any issues (if any).
- Poor quality control. There is a QDRO on my account and they changed my mailing address to that of my ex-spouse 'by mistake'. Not to mention the fact that they withdrew thousands of dollars more than my ex-spouse is entitled to.
- Trading fees. None of the large custodians charge trading fees.
- Their website has zero usability. No realized gain/loss information.
- The login form is a joke and incompatible with LastPass
Enough is enough. I'm looking into a potential lawsuit. This is borderline criminal.
AT&T partnered with this company for retiree HRA and Insurance. Customer service is alright but they don't know jack about nothing. They can't read receipts, they will quickly switch you to someone else, there is never a mgr. To help and all of them seem to be reading instructions from a book. The recording always say stay on the line for a quick survey but the reps always disconnect the line. Since January I haven't been able to get one single problem that they created solved. Don't even deserve a star at all.
I have submitted the required paperwork multiple times and they still deny. Faxed them the required info 3 times. They claimed they never got it. I have the receipts from the fax confirming the number of pages submitted and the date.
I can't get the site to work. I have been trying for HOURS to submit the required documents digitally and the site just says "page unavailable" when I try to submit.
If you are an employer, PLEASE do not use this service. Unprofessional and rude. My family needs insurance and they want to deny us during a pandemic!
At first I thought they were incompetent just like everyone else says. But the more it went on, and the more I see they do it to everyone else, I'm convinced that this company is a front for scammers that nickel and dime their victims to death through seemingly legitimate charges that they knowingly misuse and setup savings accounts they never intend to give you access to. Maybe for some of their customers somewhere in some universe they do legit business to appear legit, but I've never met a satisfied customer so I have no idea how they've made it this far if they aren't rolling in scammer bling.
The worst company to possibly try to contact to ever exist. Working on a pension benefit from a client who is deceased. After numerous 2 hour long wait times to get through to any customer service representative we finally received a check in the mail. However, the check withheld federal taxes after we submitted three different times that we did not want withholding. So we sent the check back and requested them send us the full amount with no withholding. Two months later here we are, no repsonse from them. Can't get through to anyone on the phone. Absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with.
Answer: It's a legimate scam company. It has offices and many employees, but fails on adminsitering benefits, wrongdfully denies claims,. And has no effective customer service. Whatever little they are paid by the company that hires them is a ripoff.
Answer: They are often imposible to reach in a sense because the computer system has limited topics, none related to Alight screw-ups, and if you pick the least immaterial choice, the rep you reaches is not emplowred to solve problems, only to report them to the indifferent Alight higher-ups in the U.S.
Answer: They weer picked by the company from which I retired - has to be bacasue they work cheap - but are not worth what they charge. Who hires a BBB D- rated company?
