Ordered a dishwasher - the day it showed up it was the wrong cover it was sent back. They wanted to charge me for the ship back. But it was their fault, not mine
We ordered again - my mistake - but they then starting flipping dates on when it would arrive. Mistakes, poor training or downright lying. You tell me.

I don't normally write reviews, but I have to warn unsuspecting potential customers. I went with them for about $5,000 in appliances twice due to them having commercial washer and dryers I wanted.
I wanted to believe the problem was the shipper like they said, but they did me dirty twice. "Lost" shipments twice and poor customer service taught me a valuable lesson. It was not worth the heartache. Stick with your local big box stores or commercial distributor. Service and deals are infinitely better.
These guys aren't worth the headache. I'm STILL waiting on being credited for product that I never received after two months.
This place does not care! Ordered cook top, 2 weeks later called to ask why it wasn't making progress on shipping, warehouse lost order. Told me they would rush the order after they told me in would be 10 more days. Rush meant 7 days, 2 to process in warehouse and 5 to ship UPS Ground... THANKS! Went to install cook top and it was missing 1 black burner cover. Contacted and they needed model #, serial #, pictures, etc. I bought it from you, how hard is it to look up the model # and send? You think I run a ring illegally obtaining burner covers to resell? I didn't get what I ordered. FIX IT! Rude, condescending and worst Customer Service I have ever encountered. 5th review I have ever written in my life, 4 others were all positive... That's how bad.
I bought a Bosch dishwasher with install and removal. It started with the deliverymen who spoken little to no english. First they dumped about 3 gallons of water on my hardwood floor, such so that it was leaking into my basement. Then they gouged the floor. Then I had to drive one of them to the hardware store to buy a part they needed for the install, even though I paid the $30 for the installation kit. To me they did not seem to know what they were doing. This was conformed when the newly installed dishwasher failed to operate. The "installer" went to great lengths to assure me that the unit was just "really quiet". It has been a week of time consuming phone calls all on my end, and false promises, on their end. I would never buy anything from Appliances Connection ever again and neither should you. Be warned, I wish I had come here first.
Stay far away from purchasing with this company. They put in disclaimers about once you accept the merchandise, you cannot report damage. However I called while the delivery people were at my home because delivery company said nothing goes back on the truck. They left everything I signed nothing. Appliances Connection refuses to take responsibility for the damaged goods. I signed nothing, I said please tell me where I signed cause not only do we have a lawsuit for the furniture but also forgery. That being said do not buy from them the damaged is significant. Also do not let fragilepak owned by Caddens moving and storage ever deliver anything to your home.

I purchased a 3 in 1 Gaming table on July 7 2022 and received it on August 5 2022. When I started putting it together (August 9 2022) the Table top was damaged and the box it came in was not. I reported it to customer services on August 10 2022. They opened a ticket for the claim. It is August 22 2022 and they still can't give me an answer on if or when they will get me a replacement part. I just wanted want what I payed for not money back. Be wear of what shape your merchandise will arrive in.

Excellent experience with Appliance Connection. Ordered a washer and dryer from another online retailer who told me they were in stock and would ship out in next couple days. 4 days later I get a backorder email. So... I searched again, found them here, at a cheaper price, in the warehouse, and ready to be shipped. Plus, Adam gave an additional discount on the order. From New York to my garage in Ohio in 1 week AND I got almost a daily email giving me a status update. Job well done. Will order again and recommend to friends and family. Thanks
I ordered a small window air conditioner. The Appliance Connection contacted me with a confirmation of my order within 24 hours. Once I verified the order, I was contacted by text & email of my delivery and installation date and time frame. The installers had my air conditioner the day before and called to ask if it could be installed sooner! That was just what I needed to hear on a hot night! Installation was efficient & professional. I would recommend Appliance Connection to friends & family and use them again in the future!
I ordered $3500 worth of appliances from these people on December 29th 2020. As of March 6th 2021 they are yet to be delivered. I can not believe the absolutely absurd pace of their shipper and their warehouse. I get that Covid-19 is slowing things down, but seriously! I have received many orders from other companies during this same time and they have not been this slow. In taking this up with their "customer service dept." I am just fed excuse after excuse.

I was skeptical at first because it seemed too easy but the order was processed quickly and everyone I dealt with was very nice and helpful. The couch came much fast than I thought it was going to which was a nice surprise. Will buy from this company again for other household items.
Love this company. Have purchased 3 or 4 large appliances from them in the last five years. My most recent purchase was a Frigidaire large upright full size freezer. It arrived in perfect condition and has been working great to date. Have had it for about 2 months but this review is about AppliancesConnection.com and what a great company they are. I see no reason to buy my appliances from anyone else as we are just thrilled with their prices and service. I can highly recommend them.

Terrible said it is in stock then after they have our money it not in stock. Then to make sure you can't cancel the order they tell you it has shipped but it sits in a wearhouse for 2 weeks and know one knows anything about will not do business with them again.

My husband and I order a island for our new house.It was delivered but we never opened the packaging to make sure nothing was Broken. 2 days later we opened the box and soon as we opened it we discovered all the damage that was done to it we connected appliance connection cluster service and they told us they can offer $50 or we have to pay $478 to have it picked up.$50 isn't even enough to fix and charging us $478 to pick it up is Robbery that will leave us with less then $200 for a item wr paid almost $700 for! Definitely less than 1 star. After receiving the wrong color oven "antique white" (it shows white on their website, but is buttercream in person) I had the most grueling process of returns. I knew the second I saw it, it was wrong. I was first told I needed to may $379 for return shipping, which I agreed upon. The next day was told I also had to pay a restocking fee. Yet they charged a "15% restocking fee" which was $865 and $379 return shipping fee. So $1244 later I was able to get a refund for my remaining money. I'm completely disgusted. That's SO much money for them to scam on a misleading product that was falsely advertised on their website and now the consumer is paying for it.

We purchased appliances on May 22nd of 2018. We received an email from Appliances Connection on June 6th that our order was being processed and we were expected to receive our appliances ahead of schedule. Then, communication pretty much stopped. We contacted Appliance Connection and asked for a status update. The only thing they could tell us, and kept repeating was "There's nothing I can do." We then began receiving emails almost daily that only said the appliance was in transit. And the expected delivery date kept getting pushed out. Horrible, horrible company who knows nothing about anything. We will never use them again.

Appliances connection quickly credited the installation fee after shipper refused to install refrigerator. They were polite and quickly took care of this matter. Very happy with appliances connection service.
Appliances Connection staff very helpful and polite. Problem is with shipper that delivered refrigerator who refused to install the unit. Showed them my invoice that I paid $99.99 for professional installation and they refused to install stating they were not authorized to install refrigerator. They were not helpful at all, left refrigerator sitting in muddle of floor, got into their truck and left. They could care less about customer satisfaction.
I ordered two complete sets of kitchen appliances (fridge, dishwasher, microwave and range) for a total of approximately $24k. I confirmed before I purchased that some of the items were in stock and would ship immediately. All lies. They are horrific. If you can reach them on the phone, they spin lies that offer encouragement that my merchandise would ship shortly. Lies. This has been the most frustrating purchasing experience I've ever made. I have spent countless hours on hold and they consistently give me the run-around. Avoid this company at all costs.

I bought a set of Speed Queen machines for washing and drying. Two different dryers showed up damaged. When the washer finally came in, it was broken as well. I was told they would have it repaired. After five weeks of no washer, they told me that all they could do was take it back because no one in New Hampshire would repair appliances sold by them. When I told them they had to take the dryer back because no one would repair it either, they told me no. I had to go out and buy replacement machines, and they refused to give me my money back. Be very careful. If anything goes wrong, they will head for the hills.
Tip for consumers:
If anything goes wrong, they will give you weeks of runaround. In this case, they told me that I could not send my dryer back even though I could not get repairs on it. After I bought a new set of machines, they told me they could not refund me because I didn't have the old machines to send back even though two weeks before they told me they wouldn't take them back.
When I sued them in small claims for the money, they asked for a jury trial to delay the case and cost me more.

What everyone is saying about delayed shipping times is extremely accurate. I wish I would've never ordered from this company. I specifically chose them over a competitor for my couch because they offered "Express Shipping" - what a joke! Express if you mean it's been 3 weeks since my order and they still haven't even received the couch to their warehouse (and then it's another 4-7 days once they receive it to their warehouse). Now they're saying the couch won't arrive to their warehouse for another week - so it'll be 5 weeks since my order when I finally (hopefully) get my couch. No communication about this delay either, I've had to email them multiple times. WORST customer service.
If you're thinking about ordering a large furniture item from here - look elsewhere. Their shipping times are lies and they're prices aren't any better than the competition.

Distributor does not back their product. Dishwasher took 90 days to delivered, original estimate given was 14 days. Received defective dishwasher that was not discovered defective until 60 days after purchase and installation. Appliances Connection refused to take ownership and help their customer resolve issue. LG is claiming it is delivery issue. 90 days shipping delay followed by defective $1000 unit that no one wants to take ownership and help the customer. Poor performance for both companies

Ordered a bed for my 7 year old son when I went to put it together realized damages to several pieces one of the main pieces is not able to be fixed and can't get new piece so now I'm out of $500+ and my son doesn't have a bed
I bought a range from here. Came in with a dented door. Two weeks later and they are just now in contact with LG to get an authorized serviceman to replace it. Buy from Home Depot or Lowe's or at a local store. Beware.

Requested price match for GE Refrigerator and Microwave- Alex S. Took order by phone, but I never got my invoice because he spelled my name wrong. After calling several times to check on it and getting my name corrected the invoice was $136 more than quoted to meet the price match. Also that same day (that invoice came) they were selling for the match price on their site but still did not correct it and I also never got the $50 rebate from the site as promised. After numerous calls it was never corrected. They are just a scam I would shop at Madsion or Elite appliance instead. I have used them before and should have this time.

A company of crooks and l liars. For a month they were telling me stories like – "the item was marked as damaged", "the item was labeled wrong", "the driver didn't have enough driving time". Pay $50 more and buy from any other company.

Another New York scammer. Find an item that said 10 in-stock on hard to find freezer. Billed my credit card immediately and then nothing. Only after contacting did they tell me the item should arrive on August 30(a month later). Then they try and say it has to do with COVID, What a bunch of garbage. If the item is in stock, you print a tag and call the trucking company to pick the item up.
